Clean Express Auto Wash is a great place to get your car cleaned! The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate how new the equipment is—makes me feel confident that scratches to my car are much less likely. The free vacuums are a nice touch, and the little giveaways they hand out as you go in for your wash are a fun bonus. The only drawback is that the pricing can be a bit on the higher side if you go for the upper-end washes. Overall, though, it's worth it for the quality and service you get...

I love this car wash brand! I purchased a monthly unlimited package and it's so worth it for the very reasonable prices! The salt from the snow plows will eat your car up in Pittsburgh winters. Cleans your car well and the vacuums have strong suction. My favorite feature... the INDOOR vacuums... I didn't have to get frostbite drying my car off and vacuuming it out. Very friendly customer service at this location. Highly recommended!

The basic wash is not very good and leaves your car looking dirty. The vacuums are nice to have access to. They do not provide towels or air or water sprays like most other car washes that follow this model. It's all around a very mediocre car wash. Be warned they are too busy on the weekends to ever get your car washed unless you want to wait 30min+ for your turn.

The staff was extremely rude, and was screaming and yelling at me because he thought I did not follow his instruction properly. When I first left the place, I noticed that the brown soaps was still on my rear tires and when I got home, I took these photos of my car, which you still can see the bird’s waste and the dirty window in the back of my car.

These guys were pushy as hell, we just wanted to drive through for a quick wash and were essentially berated for not buying their membership. We had to tell them no over 10 times and then they sat there staring at us waiting for us to change our mind. Dude just take our money and let us drive through the wash.

I went to get car washed guy that is supposed to help you align car into wash was occupied I was screamed at with my 10yr old son in car for know reason I was furious after wash complained to attendant and explained to her what happened also went on website for complaint no response. I will never go again and now will go to competitor up street also was going to sign up for monthly wash but will not be doing that as well

I was denied service at Quick Clean Car Wash because there was snow on my car. I was told their brushes would be frozen, and therefore they would not allow my vehicle to go through unless I completely cleaned all the snow myself first. If a car wash operates in a region with regular winter weather, frozen brushes should be a known, anticipated issue not something pushed onto the customer to solve. Expecting customers to do a full manual snow removal before being allowed to use a paid service defeats the entire purpose of a car wash. This reflects poor preparation and lack of winter readiness. A professional business should either have proper cold-weather equipment, clear posted policies, or staff support not last minute refusals. Disappointing experience and not something I’d recommend during winter conditions.

This is my first time at this location. I have an unlimited wash package. I just signed up for it last month. I swear this location cleans my car better than any of the other ones. Definitely worth a stop.

I pass this spot daily and, frankly, my car was overdue for a wash, so I decided to give it a try. At first, I was a bit puzzled about where to enter, but I eventually found the entrance with an attendant ready to assist. This wash is brush-based, and you simply drive in, pop the car in neutral, and let the system do its thing. The whole process was quick, and it did a decent job given how filthy my car was. They also offer free vacuums and air for tires, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, since then, after buying a wash package, I found the wash inconsistent. There are always streaks, and bird droppings still on the vehicle after the wash. I am also very concerned about the lack of any indicators at the end of the wash, so be careful as unless they have a safety mechanism built in, I can see the potential for an accident. As a result the original five star rating in now down to a three, as I feel that the wash is overpriced because it does not get the vehicle clean.

Friendly, professional staff. Very clean facility and retail area. Daniel was great and took the time to explain the different subscription options, which was one of the reasons for my visit. My wife already has the unlimited wash program and it’s paid for itself more than once during the Pittsburgh winter, plus there’s an indoor vacuum/drying area!

I'm an Unlimited Wash Club member and I have washed at several Clean Express locations (as well as some of their competitors), but this location is hands-down the best around!!! They get my car cleaner than anybody else, and with their foam brushes, I can be confident that my vehicle will never be damaged. However, the wash isn't even their shining star. It's the workers! Their staff is nothing short of incredible and will go above and beyond to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. Their smiles and energy are highly contagious! The managers, Rose, Dan, and Beth, run an amazing show and can help you with any issue you experience (that's if you experience anything negative at all 🤗). I will never go to another car wash because you will NOT find anybody else who is better. You'd be lacking common sense not signing up for their unlimited membership. Unless you're just stupid and don't want to save money while keeping your car in incredible shape year-round. Go join today! I promise you won't be disappointed.
