Clean Detailing is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for car enthusiast level quality service and are really serious about preserving the appearance of your vehicle. My Escalade was only 3 days old when I took it to an automatic car wash and I got sick to my stomach with how many micro scratches were left in the black paint after just one wash, thousands of dollars in damage to the paint. After paying another company thousands to remove the micro scratches, I found Clean Detailing car wash. They gently hand washed the inside and outside of my vehicle. It only took them about an hour and half to clean the whole vehicle. Their waiting room was comfortable enough that my wait only felt like 20 minutes. For the quality of work they’re doing, they should be charging way more $$$. I brought my Escalade covered in road salt from last week’s snow storm and left with the Escalade looking like it drove off the showroom floor.

I’ve been a customer of this establishment for years and I would always recommend this place to all of my friends. The staff and the owner Joel have been nothing but a true professional. This place is the number 1 car wash detail to me in all of Fredericksburg. Joel put an Ethos’s Graphene Coating on my Audi A8L and I get lots of compliments about it I believe my car was the first to have the Graphene Coating but don’t quote me on it. I always have my car hand washed there every time. Send your friends to this place because I recommend them to mine.

I brought them an absolute disaster of a car. 8 years of grim, food, spills and stains on the inside of my car. I dropped it off thinking it would look better when they were done but I had no idea they would make it absolutely brand spanking new perfect again. God bless them for the work they put in at a VERY reasonable price. They worked a miracle and if they can clean my car, they can clean anyone's.

The car wash was decent. And I don’t even think it was a bad value. Except the vacuum was a piece of crap, and it literally kept falling apart in my hands. It also had low suction. The vacuum part was kind of important therefore I gave it two stars versus three.

This was my first time visiting The Clean Detailing Car Wash, and while the process of stopping and moving forward through the wash wasn’t bad, I think I may have been moving a little too slow. After pulling out, I noticed that my car still had soap and water on it and even worse, there was a huge scratch on my door. At that point, I just wanted to speak to someone about getting some towels to dry my car and to acknowledge the scratch, since I was afraid to go through the wash again. That’s when Joel stepped in, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly kind and immediately told me to pull my car into one of their bays. I wasn’t sure what he planned to do, but to my surprise, he and two other employees began hand-washing my car and even took the time to buff out the scratch. To top it off, Joel told me they would still refund my money. I honestly haven’t experienced customer service this genuine and thoughtful in a very long time. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive one, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely be back for other services just because of how well I was treated!

It took approximately 3 days to complete the detail but man was I impressed when I got there to pick up my car. Joel did a phenomenal job! Although I wash my car on a regular, for a 8 year old vehicle, Joel somehow restored it to a pristine like-new condition as if it came off the show room floor. I am glad I gave this place a chance and will be taking my vehicle back at least once a month to be cleaned!

I have had the most wonderful experience with Clean car. They were able to take my old 2014 Honda that has been exposed to many outside elements and turn it into a brand new car. The work they did is amazing. The other thing I want to mention is that their customer service was outstanding. They treated me with so much respect and kindness. AMAZING DETAILING SERVICE!!!!!!! When I say my wifes car was terrible inside I mean it. It was her mothers day present to get the car detailed inside and outside. They did a fantastic job and if you have 2 little kids like we do you know how these little creatures just detroy your car with crumbs and yogurt spills in placed you didnt even know existed. Well Clean car wash and detail got every spec of dirt, crum, and yogurt spill cleaned and got my wifes car back to the day we drove it off the KIA dealers lot when it was brand new. Highly recommend.
