Consistently closed and untruthful on services, there cannot be hot wax if there's no hot water and the undercarriage spray is too weak and only sprays the driver side of the vehicle.

Do not take your new truck!!!!!! We have a new 2021 f150 limited and it would catch on the belt. The guy told us to drive slowly thru....it didnt clean it. We left with soap all over the truck. We had to go across the street to water works to clean it off! Absolutly rediculas! And theres no contact info! I had to private message them on facebook....no response.

2 days in a row, the arm didn't lift like it has in the pass. I paid for the gold package and had 2 more weeks of use, but this is a hassle. Cancelled immediately. Never going back. Joined ModWash due to the good rating of 4.9

I always used brushless wash since I own an all black vehicle. I need agitation to remove caked on dirt film. Used this company with great results. Removed all the grime and without a scratch. Very happy. I will use again!

I have been a member/subscriber of this car wash for a couple of years. You guys charge my credit card every month, however the last two months you’re car wash is always closed due to lack of help, that’s your issue not mine, you are still charging my card and when I call and leave several messages for you to return my call to cancel my membership and you do not call back that is a big problem! Somebody needs to return my call, cancel my membership and refund my card!

Stopped by today to try out the new brushless wash ... worst I ever had . Car came out filthy as it was before entering. Not to mention the drying time was only about 30 seconds. Wast of 16 bucks ... won't be back . It was around 3pm today .your more than welcome to come look at my car or I can meet you down there and show you . I have used your wash for years and have always been happy . This new thing in there now , iam just not happy with . Ill send pictures if you like .

**UPDATE** If "all accounts were suspended", why did I get charged in early May? Why was I told my card would be refunded and it never was? I am not "bashing" a family company. Everything I stated was factual and based upon my experiences. Your reply exemplifies my assertion that your customer service is poor, at best. Instead of trying to fix the situation that you caused, you try to blame me. I have an email and phone number on file and never was contacted. And don't make it sound like YOU terminated my account, I requested it be terminated when I called your office. First, I bought the membership online since the Hubbard location is very close to my house. When I arrived for my first wash, the attendant gave me my RFID tag for future use. It took 4 separate visits and 3 different tags before it finally worked without assistance (the tag was always reading "invalid" or something similar). Next, the car wash was rarely open during their scheduled hours of 9a-6p. I'd show up after work at 3:00p and there was no attendant and no way to wash my car. This happened on MANY occasions. Also, the quality of the wash was always poor. Streaks and dirt all over. FINALLY, the wash closed for the month of May and half of June with no warning. And despite this, my card was still charged on May 5th for the membership that I am unable to use. I called the office several times (the first few times I was told I would get a call back and never did). When I finally reached someone willing to help, I was assured my card would be refunded and it would be posted within a week. Well, it's been 2-3 weeks and no refund. The car wash and the customer service are poor at best.

Switched over to new pay system while not honoring almost a month of pre-paid that was charged and taken,,, should have refunded all payments to the existing customers. It's a shame as this business was close to my home and convenient. ****Reply to (not-so)Classy clean owner. If you are doing what is best for your customers, I WAS a customer as of our phone call this morning. It's is a direct lie to say I did not have a credit card on file for "a long time". Not good customer service to just say "you'll have to just buy a new membership " I am including a photo of your company charging my credit card 10 days ago for a full month service. The same credit card that you are telling the world wasn't on file. Not "bad mouthing " your business, simply sharing the facts. And yes,, I'll go down the road like you tell all of your other customers.

As you can research i never never leave a review but a lot of of these comments are true i live just less than 2 minutes away from it I went through the car wash and it did not clean it dirt spots All over it then talking to people i know in the area they also said that they don't go there anymore because experienced the same problem the owner should consider selling it to one of the Big car wash chains because of the bad reputation i would of never left this comment if there was someone there to give a rewash but there was not i was totally disappointed because when I just don't want to wash it myself due to time this is very convenient to the people of Hubbard who also has to drive to Belmont avenue to get a good car wash the thing I'm not understanding is with all the compition out there why he doesn't improve

Read the reviews and the responses by the arrogant owner and I will NEVER use this car wash. Prices equivalent to big car washes and they include free use of vacuum and towels. This place is a joke. No thanks. Just one of those businesses that is a cash grab and does not provide value to customers. I have no problem with the prices, but refuse to do business with entitled, arrogant people. No, I have never been to this car wash… and I never will.

DO NOT GO HERE. I just went for the first time. The change machine short-changed me. The vacuum I used had no suction. Finally, I went through the carwash, and the back of my car was still dirty. I called the owner about all three issues, and he basically told me "The change machine is new, your car was too dirty, and no one else complains." Looking at these Google reviews, people do seem to complain plenty. So much for customer service, I guess. *UPDATE: Are you suggesting that I NEVER got out of my car? I live in Westview Heights, three buildings down from your business. But I don't know why that should matter. I didn't inspect my car immediately because I expected the service to work. It did not... which I noticed immediately when I got out of my car, so I called you. Maybe you're suggesting that the back of my car got dirty again during my .2 mile drive home? The attached pictures show how dirty my car was when I got home. What, exactly, would someone have to say to get decent customer service from you? I also notice you didn't respond to ANY of my other complaints. Did you also see me counting my change or trying to use your malfunctioning vacuum? Because you didn't mention that. Your only response seems to be: "Our carwash doesn't clean that well. If you want a clean car, go somewhere else." I also see that other people had complaints similar to mine, so you lied to me on the phone about having no complaints. Keep responding to your customers this way. You're just showing potential customers exactly how TERRIBLE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Don't worry, I WILL go somewhere else, and I'll make sure to tell everyone else in our building to do the same.

I’ve went to this car wash multiple times in the past and have purchased the cheaper wash and my car does not get clean. This time I decided to go with the $20 wash to see if it worked any better and unfortunately it did not. After getting home from the wash, the whole back of my car still had dirt and fingerprints on it. The side of the car was also dirty as well. I went on the webpage and found the email and attached these photos to an email to ask for help and got no reply. I called the phone number and spoke to I believe the owner, she told me that I should have exited my car at the end of the wash and inspected and then talked to the workers if I had an issue. I explained to her that there are no workers, or I have at least never seen any workers at the Hubbard location. She advised me that I should have called immediately at the exit of the wash and she would have allowed me to go back through the wash. She did offer for me to come back to the wash and get a free wash, but I explained to her that I’ve already been home and re-washed the car on my own. I explained to her that at the exit of this car wash you are basically on the road so there’s no where to really stop and inspect your vehicle. I asked if I could get a partial refund or a coupon for next time and was told no and that multiple people always call when they get home and complain that their car is still dirty. If that is the case, then what seems to be the common problem? Your car wash seems to be the problem if cars are still dirty after leaving this wash! She also mentioned to me that my car probably got dirty on the drive home from the car wash, which is not really possible since I live less than three minutes away from the car wash. I will not be returning here. I felt that my concern was dismissed, not great customer service. I have now received a text message from the phone number I called with my concerns. Very passive aggressive and immature to be texting my personal phone number when you can respond right here on google reviews for the public to see. Also, how do you know if I own a business or not? Very rude to make assumptions about that. That has nothing to do with my concerns. Thanks!
