Came here for the dog wash, but the water is way too hot for ANY dog to tolerate. I have been a dog groomer for 10 years and worked as a part time vet tech for 4, dogs tolerate lukewarm water best, slightly cooler than your average bath water. The water here was steaming hot, even leaving my hands red after. Just turn the temp down and it would be a great facility. Otherwise it was clean and looked nice, it’s in a nice area.

Tried to use the dog wash, no one is here, I tried the #2 station and after I paid it seems that it is out of soap and the dryer is ok but no nozzle for a proper dry. I won't do that again because I tried to call someone but only got a recording says to report it on line... What a waste of time and money

I got my car shampooed to loan out, and they did a fantastic job of the internal detailing. Very impressed with the attention to detail, the tech that focused on my car really went above and beyond. Also the customer service experience was fantastic. The gentlemen with the pulled back hair, tattoos and Jordans. Wish I had gotten his name, but would request him in the future.

kinda disappointed. I went through their service of them washing my car for me and I just got the basic wash ($15+$5tip). My car is still very dirty, I understand I got the basic package but they wrote on my front window and you can tell how much they didn’t really wash my car, the pen marking was still on the window… my brother went through the self service one cause he has a cracked window and his car came out a lot cleaner for cheaper. They seemed nice but service was not good

Dog wash is an expensive waste of time. No water pressure, little shampoo, highest dryer setting is ridiculously low. No tap pay. $10 for 12 minutes and it is easily taking 40 minutes plus. So around $40 to clean a medium size dog. I can get 5 washes for that same price at Federal Way Pet Supply Plus. Unless it is an absolute necessity I recommend going anywhere else.

While the main car wash is down, they have set up a mini wash down the street at the do-it-yourself car wash. I was greeted by very friendly people who quickly got busy doing what one would do if one was washing their own car. However, I didn't have to get out in the cold and do it myself. It was surprisingly fast and m(y car looks amazing after the winter layer of grime was removed. Most of all I was impressed by the attitudes of my car wash gurus. I am very happy to have given them a chance!

The place is open 21hrs a day. It is coin operated and it's do it your own. Also they have a Shampoo/Vacuum I have never seen one before it's $1.00 for 2min. Pretty cool shampoo / vacuum.

Water spots! Would not recommend it. Took my car to get a quick rinse on a Saturday afternoon. Did not used the brush as it wasn't too dirty and I don't want scratches. Only used the pre soak, low and high pressure rinse, very light foam gun, and then used the spotless rinse 3 times aroud the car afterward. 3 times! Parked in my garage for the weekend and 2 days later came back to it seeing water spots all over the car. Ended up spending extra 2 hours of hand washing it to get like 80% out. Most likely will have to spend a lot more time and money to get all the damages out. I have used other self wash before and did not had problem like this.

Classy Chassis Express Self-Serve Car Wash and Dog Wash is hands-down one of the most convenient and well-maintained spots in town! I absolutely love how easy everything is to use—whether I'm cleaning my car or giving my pup a bath, the whole process is quick, efficient, and stress-free. The self-serve bays are spotless, and the equipment is always in great working order. It’s clear that the owners take pride in keeping the place clean and user-friendly. The dog wash station is a total game changer! It’s spacious, easy to use, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I especially appreciate the flea treatment, shampoo, and conditioner options—it makes it so easy to give your dog a full spa day without the mess at home. It's the perfect one-stop spot to keep both your car and your furry friend clean and happy. I always leave with a shiny car and a fresh, happy pup! I’m so glad to have found this place—it’s a total gem, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you, Classy Chassis, for making car and dog care so simple and enjoyable!

I came here for the dog wash. Very easy to use compared to other self dog washes I’ve been to. It’s also much easier than in my tub at home since there is a short chain to hook them up to. $8 for 10min and there’s a blow dryer and shampoo included in the options like the ones for the cars.

I went by the car wash because my daughter had spilled a full cup of juice on my back seat and floor. I was able to get in and out of there with a great express detail for my vehicle and even got my carpet and backseat shampooed! Detailers were Jon & X, they did an amazing fast and great job with my truck! I was outta there in 20min at the most and my seat and floor was practically dry to the touch as I pulled out of the place! They surpassed all my expectations prior to getting my truck cleaned! Definitely going back because of their reliable quality of work and cost efficient services. And the workers there were so pleasant! Great customer service guys!!!

This is the best bang for your buck. Nice clean space. Recommend 1 dog at a time. The soap and conditioner smell great and my dogs took to it well. Option to sanitize station is comforting.

The dog wash was a complete let down. It cost me 40+ dollars to wash my dog. The place was dirty, I had to clean out the station before I could even wash my dog. There was no towels, it took forever for the water to heat up(which cost $$) the soap didn't come out at all.. it was all around a horrible experience for me and my dog. I do not recommend going to this place to wash your dog.

It was a nice car wash. Didn't have free vacuums like the other ones do. But all in all it wasn't a bad place..

Google set me to the wrong location but I used my Spidey senses to figure out where it was supposed to be. Overall it's a good car wash but they need to adjust the rinse cycle because my vehicle was soapy afterwards and the blowers did not work to dry the vehicle at all. I went through the car wash again and they fixed the problem They had very friendly staff.

The self service dog wash is a great value. The spray nozzle distributes the shampoo, conditioner, oatmeal treatment, and just water. The drying hose could be a little stronger but it does work really well if you put it close it does shoot the water out of her fur. I have a long haired Akita so she takes a long time to dry anyways, I take my own towel so it's not an issue. I really like the convenience and affordability of this. My dog likes to get dirty on walks and at the beach so it's really easy to stop by and give her a quick wash. I pay $10 and it's plenty of time to get her washed and rinsed.

Definitely a favorite! Vacuums are lacking. Well maintained -- but garbages do get full and vacuums clogged as their not clean out as frequently as other places. I especially appreciate the dog wash station! A little room with elevated dog washing tubs and coin/card operated water sprayer and dryer -- I'd just recommend bringing your own dog shampoo. If you have "baked on vehicle sludge" I'd recommend bringing your own degreaser and scrubing brush/cloth for your vehicle as well -- otherwise don't expect a miracle!
