Just did a vacuum. Everything worked and all but time was too short to get front and rear seat areas, had to plunk another dollar in.

I seldom have to wait for a bay to be available and when I do, it's not for long. I love being able to wash, wax, and vacuum my car in one location.

Paid for deluxe wash pulled in when instructed and stopped when instructed. Then nothing but blue lights came on and just stayed on. No wash no anything. Number listed online isn't useful for assistance, it is a direct line that connects to the system inside the location where you swipe your card........ no way to contact an actual person. I need my money back or a wash but cant get back anything for the inconvenience.

0 stars if i could. Would not let me close out my lane for the car wash and continued to count up on the bill. I attempted to contact the owners and did not get anyone to answer.

Used the automatic wash and got the $14 option mentioned by others. Got a fairly decent wash, but it barely dried the car at all. Would not recommend.

Paid full price to get under my car washed in the automatic car wash. I was too slow pulling in and as soon as I entered the under carriage wash stopped. Then I went to wash in a bay and had the sprayer not working. Lost $4 then finally gor a sprayer working. Will not be back!

I brought my car by for a quick scrub and vaccum. The wash was OK, but the vaccum nozzle kept falling off while I was cleaning. Wasted time and money. If you are in the area, go to Frank's on Clemson rd by sparkleberry. 5 bucks for a wash and the vaccum is free!

Wash was dirty with lots of garbage. Vacuum hoses broken or not working very well. Used to be a nice place to take your vehicle. Coin machine never works...take your own change. I was so disappointed. Also..not a phone number available to contact anyone.

I just stopped to vaccum out my rental car before returning it. I went to the middle vaccum. That one wouldn't allow my quarter to slide down. My quarter just sat in the slot. I went to the third vaccum next to the side road. That one turned on, but the hose was stopped up with trash so it could barely suck up the dirt on the mats.

Surprised. I bought the cheapest car wash just to get the snow grime off my truck. Did a great job!

It's pretty good for what it is. Your basic automatic carwash. It has the brushes so it's not touchless. It seems to do a decent job, as good as any of the actual car washes in the Sumter, Columbia, and Camden areas. The blower/dryer on it isn't very good, but thankfully in SC you really don't need it because the heat and sun will dry your vehicle off.

I paid for the $14 car wash. Not only did it not clean my vehicle it didn’t even rinse off the suds. Then when first driving in listening to the automated voice it doesn’t guide you in and it hit my truck. Tried called the number to ask for at least a refund on the car and I get no answer.

Went there on March 17th 2019 paid 14.00 dollars for automatic car wash. The machine sprayed the foam on it and the brush worked from back of vehicle and then stopped at back glass and that is all it done. Then showed to drive out, leaving foam on vehicle. Had to spent another 10.00 dollars in a bay to finish the job the automatic unit did not. Will not go back. Wasted a total of 24.00 dollars. Go to Frank's on Clemson road you will get a car wash for your money .

Paid for the best wash and the machine sprayed soap and went down once with a brush then it was done. No second brush back, no rinse, no wax, no additional rinse. Left my car half washed and soapy... went to the next stall which was manual to rinse the soap off and there is a minimum purchase. Not pleased with this washing unit.

1st and foremost I was using the stall next to the automatic car wash and as I was washing my car it started beeping so I went to put more money in and it shocked the every lovin holy $hit out of me the shock was so bad it pushed me back atleast 2 feet. I ended up putting a dollar bill in so I didn't have to touch the thing again and finish washing my car. Until I had to change the settings that is but I figured the button wouldn't be conductive but it still shocked me to turn it but not badly. But I'm left with a burn from that 1st shock. Don't use that stall!

I paid $14 for the ultimate car wash and it stopped halfway through so I had to finish washing the soap off myself!! I should have done it myself to begin with!! Worst car wash experience in a long time!! Update 05/21/2024: I went there today because I was told that it was working correctly now and selected the ultimate car wash but this time everything worked as it should have and it did a good job!!

I stopped to use the manual carwash on my Tundra. Everything worked as it should. It has been a few years since I used this car wash. It is certainly showing it's age and can use an update, but for $4, my truck is clean. I never use the automatic car Wash's like Franks. $14 for a so so job would not set well with me. I like the manual car washes.
