Hello so im complaining because this gas station is horrible first there Coffee station never has Coffee second of all there shake machin never has any flavors and third of all there gas pump always stop in .48 cents hopefully they can change some stuff

Jason from the kitchen is very helpful and friendly! Nice to have some friendly people in the kitchen now. Makes me want to continue going there when the staff are nice, instead of feeling like my order is an inconvenience.

This location is bright and the people are relatively friendly, but I will implore anyone who goes to get gas there NOT to prepay on your card, then go pump. The money will NOT go back on your card if you don't use the whole amount. Case in point, I went there on 12/2/2024 and prepaid $60 on the pump, but only used $47.78 worth, so I was owed $12.22 back. I went in to ask for my money back, and I was told that the difference would go back to my card. That did not happen. After a few days of not getting the money back on my credit card, I called the customer service line, left a message and got a call back from Allas (her name is spelled differently to keep her anonymity) . She told me that I should expect the refund back in 1-5 business days, but THAT refund did not happen. I called my credit card company, but there was no such refund from Spinx to be processed. I went into the store the other day and asked to speak to the manager and the lady at the counter said that the manager was not in and there was nothing she could do to help me out. I will never go back to that gas station and it's a shame that they're getting off on the wrong foot, having built on a prime piece of land. By the other reviews, they have indeed made some missteps. I hope they get their accounting together or others will be shorted their money.

Customer service at this location is horrible. Very nice store just not the right people in position. It’s a young (White girl) that works in the food department, she NEVER changed her gloves, she was playing in her hair scratching her arms. So I stood there waiting to see if you would changed her gloves. But of course she didn’t. She proceeded to pull TRASH and then started fixing food…. Supervisor needs to know this

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato. Didn't open it until I got to work. (So I couldn't take it back). Why on Earth would u COOK the lettuce and tomato into the wrap with the chicken?! The tomato and lettuce were slimy and discussing and still piling hot! This place not for me.

The Black American women in the kitchen refused to make my childs grilled cheese sandwich because I am white and my child is Hispanic. It was clear we were victims of discrimination and racism after watching other Black customers ordering and being served their food, after we had ordered, and the comments the staff made and the comments those other customers made to us as they were leaving. We ultimately requested a refund. When will this behavior stop, we should all be part of the solution not the problem. I wish my child had not been there to experience it. Shame on you Spinx for allowing your staff to discriminate based on race. Absolutely horrible.

This store is a joke. I visited the store at least 3 times a week. However on yesterday 5/6/25 was the worst. Once a week I place an order for regular gizzards. But for some reason the container size wasn't the same as usual. After sharing my concern with the young man in the back. He said they had ran out of the other containers and it was nothing he could do. I said ok I'll just get a refund because I will be paying $5 for the extra small container. I'm not quite sure where the young lady come from but she stepped up and perked the container and proceeds to hand them to the next customer. This lady is always rude and keep a frown on her face. Please address this issue before you lose customer behind her. I also asked Jas at the register for the name and number to call and she refuse. She actually told me to Google it. I'm a paying customer and this isn't a way to handle things.

Just opened this week! Store is spacious and very clean. 20 gas pumps in front of the store & diesel pumps behind the store for truckers. Cooked to order food selections plus some premade sandwiches.Full service checkout & self checkout registers. Employees were friendly.
