Store isn't 24/7 closes randomly around 2am to 2:30ish for hour so staff can clean and stock , which for a store that has very little business during those hours don't see why they need to close the store . Big waste of time and money to use this store . Completely idiotic hours seems like that brand is more in to liberal concerns then actually being a business.

Stuff rings up wrong everytime and I mean everytime and the clerk literally could not care less. I have to show them its on sale everytime. I thought maybe one time or two times but it is everytime I go there.

I work at a nearby school and use this store to gas up our 4 vehicles so I am there often. The staff is great but the machines aren't. I am unable recently to use my mobile Exxon app to pay for gas at the pumps. I get a message on the phone that they are unable to process my payment. Several pumps wont print receipts which means I have to go inside and ask for one. Also register number 1 inside often glitches when paying by credit card and we have to switch to register 2.

Went in to pay for gas on pump 19 and went outside to pump said gas and it didn’t work. I went back in and the store clerk kept asking me “what’s wrong with it?” “Why won’t it work?!” I said it won’t pump gas. She smacked her lips at me and acted like I was asking her to do a big chore in order to put it on another pump. I then asked her to put the gas on pump 17 which didn’t work. When I went back in to get my money I said can I have my money back and she said “I was getting it for you if you just hold on” I said you don’t have to be rude. I live walking distance from this store and avoid it most of the time but now I will be completely avoiding it. Thanks circle k.

I think her name was Sarah but she was very nice and very helpful! Definitely needs a raise for outstanding service. I am allergic to bees and she didn't hesitate to move my car when there was a swarm of yellow jackets around it. Thanks!
