Whenever I get their gas I get about 5 mpg less, much shorter range on a full tank, and the car wash is always broken.

Worst cashier register ever. Lady around late twenties was rude as could be. I feel that she discriminated me when trying to purchase a lottery ticket.

Lady with the cast on her arm name tag says Donna is very rude and is costing your business a lot of money by customers not coming back I’ve talked to people in the community and they have the same feelings about this lady saying yes I hate going in there if she’s working she has no people skills and does not need to be working with the public

I was getting fuel there and the pump was going super slow and the night shift worker comes out and screams at me because I was there for longer then he liked. Maybe circle k should get there pumps fixed and that wouldn’t be a problem

Stop and got gas outside and they held extra money. 76 dollors that I need . They took my 22 for the gas,but still have not release my 76. That's some BS. Use go there all the time .. USE TO being the word.

"Easy Pay" is showing a lower price for gas on the signage, and charging you 10 cent more a gallon for not having their BS card. (on your Sign , in front of your gas station - not a Google price)

I will NOT return. I am currently pregnant and I purchased a bottle of PET milk. I drink it and look down at the expiration date. THIS MILK IS 4 DAYS OLD!!!!!!! Not only that, I looked at the nuts and they are bad too🤮

I went to this gas station and asked for $15 in gas. Paid cash. I was refused a recipt, then later was told I only paid $10. They kept the other $5 dollars and I had no proof of it. Of they did it once to me, they probably do it all of the time. I will not return, and I will make sure to tell everyone of my experience.

This place is disgusting. I watched the assistant manager wipe out the coffee pots with the same rag that was used to clean the bathrooms. They also tell the employees that if they see a cup on the floor in front of the fountain machine to blow in it and stick it back in the cup dispenser. Nobody that works there washes their hands when handling the hot dogs and other grill items.

Went through the Circle K on Highway 70 got the $8 car wash it only spread out water and hot air I reported it to the cashier he is a new cashier he was rude and inconsiderate. He replied with that's impossible because they refill dish soap. He pretty much treated me like I was lying or making up something and he kept saying he couldn't give me my money back, but I never asked him for my money back. I just wanted him to know that it was broken and I can see soap spraying out the side of the hose so future customers won't lose their money in their car wash because it was broken. He replied with I needed to step to this site I was holding up his line, so I walked out and did this review.

Well once again me and my husband are in hickory store circle k and the managers have there employees watching us like hawks and we have done nothing ever here and we’re labeled thief’s. I’m going above corporate head and will be speaking directly to them. I’m tired of this we have never took a thing we didn’t pay for and come in multiple times a day.

I went in the station to pay before I pump with cash to get the .10 discount. Inconvenient since I have numerous CC in my wallet but .10 a gallon on 40+ gallons adds up! So long story short, the small print on the less obvious sign states the discount is for a Circle K card tied to your bank account, NOT CASH. What a scam! BIG sign showing the discount, little sign stating the requirements. Never again.

Got a reward stating 40 cents off the gallon for today's date 05/23/2024 here at the 1612 Conover Blvd E location here it is 4:15pm the prices have not changed and yes this is an official circle k with official circle k gas. Very disappointed that the line is growing and yet we as valued customers can NOT benefit from the reward due to technical difficulties. Lines are growing large and yes people are leaving.

I was just at this location as I am every morning and most of the day and a lot of time at night as well because my wife and I deliver for door dash and are a very frequent customer all employees know us and like us being there and I quote feel safer just knowing we are around at night because of my wife's time as a clerk for speedway she is uniquely adapted to dealing with discruntal customers and the hordes of children that think the parking lot is a hangout spot at night as well as the local homeless that are always trying to steal anything they can from there . That being said . Today at 11:00 am just minutes ago I entered the store and the temperature is really chilly especially since the wind is blowing fairly hard . So I had my hood over my head just enough to cover my ears from the wind outside and was just going inside to grab a drink as I always do several times a day 10-20 times a day which in my thinking makes us a well known very frequent customer very liked and wanted customer if for no other reason for the amount of money we spend on a daily basis let alone the added plus of or knowledge of all the locals and the easiest and less confrontational ways of dealing with them that are unwanted or possible trouble they can and do cause which in my thinking makes us very trusted customers. But the attitude and tone as well as general manner in which I was just treated simply because I had my hood on covering my ears from the wind and steadily dropping temperatures outside, during my whole 4 minute trip to the fountain drink station then straight to the register I was stopped by the older lady I am guessing is a manager because I have not one time seen her and as I entered the store she left the register and followed me to the fountain drink station and before I got to the register where she should have been waiting for me to place my drink up on the counter she stopped me and ordered me to remove my head covering before I would be allowed to purchase anything from the store and if I didn't remove my hood I would be forced to leave in such a tone and verbal manner that it would seem as if I had come in and spent half an hour stealing everything I seen or as if she had believed me to have a gun and thoughts of holding the store up for what little money is in the register or something equally as horrible an act . Which I would never dream of doing either or anything else in any way to harm or be a problem of any sort . So instead of calmly asking me to remove my hood and explaining that they have had recently had several different problems out of other non frequent customers she was outright hostile and demanding with no manners ,curtious way of speaking or reguard for anyone's feelings whatsoever. Let alone her general mannerism or thoughtfulness being that of a prison guard. Being a manager requires a certain mentality which at the example she shown me she obviously doesn't possess or she should have been mindful of others feelings and the way she was showing her lack of customer service skills . Because at the time when she snapped her orders to remove my head covering or I wouldn't be able to purchase anything and would be removed I was calm and stated why is it that I haft to do this when I got the response and I quote because I said so now you remove your hood or be forced to leave. Just as hateful as before if not more so . Now this is the only time and only employee that has even mentioned any such thing to me. The entire rest of every shift and every other cashier has never once spoke to me in such a way my own mother never in my life (I'm 50yr old ) has ever spoke to me in such a way or manner or tone let alone ignored me when I asked why that is necessary and just repeated the statement you will remove your hood or be removed from the store. I want to make every follower and ever other person that reads my review to at least be aware of this particular manager and possibly help me by posting a review of such blatant disrespect of frequent well known customers such as myself to change the actions

Me and my husband went in there to buy drinks, cashier was super rude and when my husband asked a question he answered with " I just said that" in the rudest tone. Didn't get the guy's name but it was some bald guy on third shift.

Used the Too Good to Go app. Received a croissant, spicy Italian sub, and a rather large bag of chips. All within date. Definitely worth the purchase. I'll be a frequent repeat customer.
