Dumbest and slowest workers in any Circle K in Rock Hill not to mention they are supposed to be open 24 hours but close from 2am to 3am unlike any other Rock Hill Circle K they also will put a sign up saying closed from 2am to 3:30am before 2am even hits and won’t let you in and they have these workers with bad attitudes that watch you in the store like your stealing specifically a older black woman with short black and the older white woman with messed up teeth highly recommend not going here there’s a Circle K right down the street not even 2 mins right across from steak and shake I’ve never had any of these problems with

I stopped here yesterday evening @approximately 6pm to grab a cup of coffee. I grab a cup and there is a baby cock roach crawling around on the counter around the stainless steel at the bottom of the coffee urns. Went here since i came to SC but never again. I had actually just stopped at a laundromat right by home Depot and there was a roach on the wall. I have stayed at the motel and they have roaches. Scared to relocate now. Bugs all over. Concerned that it may be a problem. I keep my home spotless, except for the kids rooms, don't do bugs of any kind.......

I mean it's a gas station but it's seen better days. Huge pot holes in the parking stops and not very clean. Plus bathrooms are broken. Look like they've been "broken" a while based on the signs in the doors. Tried to use the squeegee to clean windows and the water black made my windows more dirty.

Can’t stand going here . Sequoyah not willing to help a customer who was spending more than those in the store. She refused to go grab a product that they stock in back ( due to theft issues ( counter is low and easy to grab products) . Other locations store this in the front near the other front facing products ( their counters are higher) . Service is very inconsistent . No wonder this place has issues . The one off Dave Lyle is just as bad .

As of the spring 2025 season I noticed a new hire(older Lady )was hired in and when you go to do self check out she watches you closely looking directly into your face not what your ringing up. It's like being in the self check out lines in Walmart. They watch you more in the face or to see you as a person instead of actually keeping their eyes on the scanners scanning . Also, this location has some sticky floors on the right side of the building by the soda machine A LOT of the time. Plus some days you go there there's like 3 people (crew members) standing behind the counter talking. I'm sure they owner has not hired 3 crew members to help customers while working from behind the counter in that small counter area.

13 cents off thanks to the Upside app and gas is already cheaper in South Carolina. Easy to access, the pump worked well, the receipt printer worked and I was on my way. I did not have any need to go inside today.

I just went into this store to use the bathroom after getting gas. I had a small seizure in the bathroom, and fell. I was trying to yell for my daughter and an employee came knocking at the door telling me they were going to call the cops because I was yelling and banging and I needed to get out now. I tried to finish my business but the employee kept threatening to call the cops. Never asked if I was okay or what was wrong. Rude employees, the bathroom was trashed as well.

Sorriest service and management at this circle k. I went to use the bathroom. They said they were cleaning and bathroom was closed. I stood by the bathroom watching them clean and mop the floor. While they new I was waiting. I waited for 15 minutes and after the floor was dried I asked them if I could use the bathroom now. Then the one attendant said oh the bathroom is closed because of a water leak. I stood by watching them mop the floor after I asked the lady if she could put toilet paper in the bathroom. I kindly and patiently waited for the floor to dry and them to do their job. So you knew I wanted to use the bathroom so why didn't you show some courtesy and professionalism and tell me from the start. Oh I'm sorry we just found out. Wow what lies and unprofessional service. This occurred with the 6 pm crew on Friday.
