They always have specials advertised throughout the store that they do not honor. When questioning about it, they are always rude and frustrating. I would discourage going here.

The employee, Jennifer, was friendly and efficient. Bathroom could use some cleaning, but it wasn't horrid, just a bit messy. The rest of the store was clean.

As we pulled up the clerk shut off the pumps and proceeded to lock the door and leave. Said they're closed for the night. What a poor reflection in an already terrible company.

Circle K car wash is ridiculous. No water pressure, left dirt and soap all over vehicle. Way better off at Puddle Car wash across the street.

Not a Shell location. Cannot use Shell rewards. I called to check before driving over and they picked up the phone, heard my question and hung up. Roof was leaking and drips right on you if you’re pumping gas.

The guy who works there is so rude! He laughed at my purchases and is very unhelpful. If you have any questions about any of the products they sell he won’t help you but rather make you feel stupid. He also is always on his phone well checking you out giving you almost no attention at all.

This car wash sucks. I've been there twice and won't be going back. $20 down the drain. Both times, the sides and back of my car were still dirty.

Well, better than the one on Broadway for sure, and at least it’s open when you go there. Some customer service people are happy, some are not. Store is a little cluttered still trying to sell out of season merchandise, but you can usually find what you came for. No significant complaints after going the the scary Circle K on Broadway, and the one that’s only open half the time on Arapahoahoe.

I am subscribed to their sip and save program and recently went in to get my daily free coffee. When i entered my sip and save number, it did not register and the employee did not know how to correct it, so I paid full price thinking I could message customer service for a refund. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me, even though they verified my sip and save was current. I had to contact my credit card carrier to issue a charge back, yikes! Also, I just went again this morning because online it says they are open 24 hours, but they are closed from 10 to 6. They cant even take the time to update the store hours online.

Got refused service by the Asian girl because my son was with me and she claimed it was the law. I have been certified in Texas and Colorado to sell and handle alcohol. I had ID and am a chef that needed beer for bread. My 4 year old had to ask why the lady wouldn't let him get his chips and juice as we had been riding the lime scooters and he was hot. I had to explain to my son that people make up rules when they are afraid or don't know what they are talking about. Be open to information but don't ever let someone lie to your face. You can tell them they are wrong but don't waste time fighting fools. I have always used this place as a last resort but thankfully there is a 24 hour 711 around the corner. Please, if you want any kind of good service go anywhere else.

Left a 1 star review and it was removed. Not okay. What I said was this place is supposed to be 24 hours but the guy who works the night shift, he frequently takes very long breaks overnight, the door will be locked and multiple people will pull up waiting for him so they can get in and he is nowhere to be found. Almost every time I go here he is on a break. I'm a manager at a convenience store myself in Boulder and if I was away from the front counter this frequently I would be fired. Get it together circle k
