Worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Worker scrutinized my purchase. Rolled his eyes continuously, I gave him extra money and didn’t even take my receipt I wanted to leave so fast. I was a repeat customer but I will never go back.

Ued to be best plce in town for coffee in the early hours before the rest of stores were open. New staff is lazy and rude and they are often out if coffee between 5 and 6 am. Should have kept the great girl who used to work 3rd. She always made you welcome and she kept the coffee full and fresh. New staff ia worthless on all shifts.

It's a nice little place but is very understaffed. Has a nice little rafting area. Returning funds to cards does take a few business days depending your bank/card services. While it is a shell station and accept shell rewards cards they no longer accept bi-low card which isn't there fault. Bi-low swiched to the plenty card which uses Exxon Mobil.

Today I went into the storeAnd was discriminated againstAll because I have a foot brace on my foot.I use the EBT card.The clerk in the store was Laura.She acted like I was going to steal something in the storeI feel like itAll because I have a foot brace on my foot.The in the store Laura cleck. Needs to be fired. She treated me like dirt.

By far the worst circle k. Managers here don't know anything about customer service.They're quick to try and steal your money too. It's always dirty and not stocked. Can't ever clean your windshield here either. Just go to the one across the street.

Customer service was rude I left without filing my tank and you will never see me here again for sure! She told me to go to another store because she was not opening the bathroom. Just because other ppl do drugs in your bathrooms doesn't mean I should be turned away

Just witnessed an employee try to deny an older gentlemen buying cigarettes because he gave her his valid passport for ID, to which she replied "this doesnt work, this has to have a US stamp on it". Your employees need to learn the actual laws regarding ID and tobacco purchases, instead of relying on ignorance and bigotry. Thankfully another employee stepped in and told the first employee to "stop hassling him", to which she responded "I'm just doing what I was told to do." So it sounds like the manager at this location, or whoever "told her" to deny cigarette purchases to valid passport holders, needs to be educated so s/he can pass CORRECT information along to the cashiers here.

3rd Shift clerk here is very racist! I observed how he greets (if he does) one set of customers from another,...he also avoided giving me a receipt as well to probably avoid touching my hand....I seriously don't want contact with anyone anyway as I am a germaphobe!!! People of color live in this area, get use to it or just leave nobody wants that experience when they go into an establishment to spend their hard earned money!!!

I pay a monthly fee to be a member of the sip and save program where I have unlimited drinks for the month. I stopped in to get a drink and when I got to the register the cashier told me that the computer wasn’t working for that and I would have to pay for the drink. I told her I had already paid for the drink when I became a member of the club and it was not my fault that the computer isn’t working. She made me leave the already poured drink unless I was willing to pay for it, which I was not. Very poor service. Would not recommend this Circle K or that program to anyone

I seen and had an bad experience with Cashier Laura last night around 8:51pm she was so rude and believed to be racist. I had three people in front of me one was a young couple and another one was a white guy. when I walked up she was belittling the couple giving them attitude and by the looks of it made the customer feel looked down on. but once the white guy came up I swear to you not she had a full conversation with this man laughing and carrying on I literally had 5 things in my hand waiting, finally after the guy tells his story about his card and his package not being delivered to his home, I was next this heffa did not say a word to me only gave me attitude , I've been in customer service for 8 years so I automatically speak to her and she says nothing. so as I'm waiting on my receipt and extended my hand out she forcefully slams it in my bag, knowing I wanted to jump over the counter I didn't I left and verified with the guy waiting behind me if he seen what just happened to me. SOOO I called the job to see when the manager was available the next morning which is today 07/19/18 and all I got was a nope. hung up I called again and now the phone been busy since last night... If I have to call Cooperate everyday to get an investigation on this lady, to be honest next time wont be the friendly me. somebody has to put her in her place and I'm hoping her manager does before I do.

The Manager (Rebecca) at the 2434 S. New Hope Rd., Gastonia, NC. has no business in the customer service industry. She is a very rude individual with a temper that doesn’t align with providing great customer service. I will no longer patronize this business as the store personnel lacks professionalism and customer service. I will advise any and all associates of the same...it starts here, but doesn’t end here as Yelp is next! UPDATE: Against my better judgement, I stopped at this same location today 08/13/2022 and received the same HORRIBLE customer service. Advised the cashier, Billy, the my items were scanning at the incorrect price. He tells me there’s nothing he can do about it and shrugs his shoulders. It took requesting a Manager in which he replied “You can go and get her”. I had to ask where and he replied “She’s in the cooler”. NEVER AGAIN!!! I guess the hourly wage doesn’t compensate for customer service!

Customer service was awful during my visit. Zahara (?) the shift leader needs training in customer service. Her attitude was was so bad that I told her I didn’t appreciate it. After I told her that she refused to refund the $14 for my car wash that was broken. I had to go back in the next morning to see the manager- Storm. He was nice and quick to refund my money. I asked him to have the District Manager give me a call and it appears they aren’t to concerned about customer service because I never received the call. I will NOT spend another dollar at this Circle K or any other.

My experience at this location was better than others. The lady behind the counter was really nice! The bathrooms definitely need a better cleaning than what I saw, but still one of the cleaner circle k bathrooms I have been in. This location was clean inside and out. The hot dogs on the rollers were definitely old. The fountain soda was awesome, Coke Zero mixture was great and it came out cold! The coffee machine!!!! It grinds the coffee been before it brews your cup! It was good! Awesome coffee!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station before. Didn’t think customer service could get this bad. I bought a slushy and candy and double charged me for both so I ended up paying eight dollars instead of four. They Lady said I only paid once and got mad at me for asking if I had the right amount. Such a bad experience

Over the last couple of weeks the store has gone down here there are displays everywhere cluttering up the walk ways, the coolers are always empty. The last manager would not have went for that. She worked hard and kept the store stocked and ready.

The woman with the light brown long hair that slicks it back in the front (sorry didn’t catch her lovely name) needs to be trained thoroughly on customer service. She bluntly talked about me to another associate in front of me, then proceeded to lie and respond rudely when I called her out. This isn’t my first encounter with this rude woman. This kind of service is uncalled for and definitely not OK. I will no longer support this store who continuously treats their customers with no respect.

This Circle K is the absolute worst. Most of the staff are disrespectful, racist, have the worst customer service, and/or all the above. Their staff member, Laura, doesn't know how to talk to ALL customers. It's ridiculous to walk into a convenience store and get spoken to like you're nothing. And NO one has done ANYTHING about it! Super infuriated by how my friend was treated today. This is NOT the FIRST incident that I have witnessed concerning Miss Laura, either. So please if you want to go to a Circle K, go to any other Circle K BUT the Circle K right beside Ashbrook and Walmart.

Just left this store. Have had no issues until today. Think the cashier's name was Christy (mousey, no chin, long brown hair in ponytail). She rang me up 2 weeks ago with the bag of ice I brought in and purchased. Just left to get 2 bags for $3.76 at Walmart vs $6 at the gas station because she ran up to me at the ice vault screaming at me because she thought I was going to dash with the ice! If you want people to prepay for the ice, lock it up or put up a sign! Ran out the store with at LEAST 6 people in line screaming HEY! HEY! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT! No duh. You trying to shame me for it isn't going to do anything but make you lose a paying customer. Dummy. Not to mention, I had parked on the opposite side of the building. Will most likely reach out to the corporate office in this one.

Avoid At All Costs! Got Bad Gas at this location that completely bricked my car. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager for almost two weeks now and they have ducked my calls every time. This location has been reported to the NC Department of Agriculture and I have filed a complaint with Circle K corporate. Again. Store manager will not call me back or take my calls. Absolute joke trying to get a resolution to an over $5000 repair Bill that was caused by their product. Fuel Up At Your Own Risk!

The guy behind the counter was rude and acting like he was put out because a customer came in. He had his phone plugged in and on it, are you kidding. At least hire people with customer svs skills. What a joke
