I had an incident with the old lady with a deep voice. She was extremely rude. This is the second time she did this to me. She always put me behind some even though I was in line first. Will never visit this place again. Today's walk out will be my last time here.

The Hispanic female store clerk actually encourages "Lenny", the fat, drunken, aggressive vagrant screaming at customers coming in and out of the store, when she was notified. She said to call the cops knowing perfectly well nothing would happen since he's on private property. The store can hire private security which they don't. I hope this review serves as support for a big fat civil and criminal lawsuit against the store for knowingly allowing and encouraging this to happen once one of these guys physically hurt someone.

On 9/5/23 I went there on the morning just before 8am to put gas and I couldn't figure out how to use self checkout machine and the employees that where there at the time didn't help me they just made fun of me and one employee a girl told me that I have the lowest brain so l left just across the street. I am an older person and i am not very good with computers or technology I wish people where more understanding and had more patience with people like me. I Don't recommend coming to this location the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional to older people i seen this happen to a and older African American lady and the same employees just made fun of her they act like they own the store i hope the owner sees my post and talks to the because they are just horrible to people. GOD BLESS AMERICA ๐บ๐ธ love and peace to the world there is a lot of good American people looking for work and that are willing to be nice and helpful to people unlike this boy and this girl there are much great full people willing to work unlike this two rud employees I see so many complaints on this page but I don't think management cares I think they just care about making money and don't care about people they should hire a bunch a baboons I think they would do a better job with costumers than this 2 ๐ LOL now I understand why they have the k is because of killing the American costumers service really I never seen more rude and unprofessional employees well in Wal-Mart the employees are pretty rude and offensive too

I can't be a silent voice anymore. I've been to this location nearly everyday since it opened. Loved the store and the staff. Great People! Here in the last month an associate "Kay something" Started working there in management it appears. Very rude, and disgruntled when asked to tend the register while she's messing around in her phone. I'm told that if I don't like it that I can goto AmPm accross the street. Lol ya know what I took her advice and I am! I might consider coming back if I walk thru Circle K doors and never see her again.

Service has declined greatly. Pricing and policy changes daily and not for the better. Inconvenient checkout with one register for cards and one for cash meaning after you've put your merchandise on the counter if you don't know, you have to move it all to the other register. Zero to no dairy products.

Employees are usually friendly if they choose to help you. For some strange reason they only want to help you when your using self check out ( they hover over you). Check the expiration dates because I have gotten expired items more than once. The store at certain times can be very dirty especially around the soda machines which I could understand if there weren't employees just standing around gabbing. They do have easy to find restrooms

I am a regular customer of ัะฝฮนั location & have had a ๐ฃ๐ช๐ข๐๐๐ง of ๐๐จ๐จ๐ช๐๐จ. From randomly being closed for several hours at a time, charging for items that should be free w purchase- such as creamers & most recently false advertising (this happens regularly with the fountain refills they charge more then the posted price) I was in ัะฝฮนั morning to pick up a pint of ice cream- that I have been purchasing almost daily all summer- itโs posted price is $3.99 and when I went to pay they were charging me $6.00! Almost ๐๐ค๐ช๐๐ก๐ the posted price! When I pointed this out I made it a point to also show the employee the sign that lists the price. I will say that the employee that assisted me initially was nice and wanted to help w the situation but when he brought his manager over and explained what was happening he was of zero assistance, in fact he even attempted to gaslight me! He picked up an ice cream sandwhich that is $3.99 and proceeded to tell me that the posted price was for the sandwich! Sorry, but being that the posted price was not even on/from the same freezer in fact they are in different parts of the store! Add to that, I have been buying ัะฝฮนั exact item on the regular for a couple of months now! So beyond unprofessional. I would have given one star were it not for a small handful of employees that are pretty awesome. They almost balance out the one guy who is consistently awful.

Great place for snacks, gas, car wash and Drinksโฆ. except the slushy machines barely ever work. Thereโs three machines. Each machine has about five flavors. I was there today for gas and all of them are not working. I asked the guy behind the counter when they would be fixed and he said with the struggle of his shoulder. I donโt know. Please fix them. I enjoy a Coke Slushy Every once in a while. The location of this store is the upper desert Lancaster and itโs summer right now. Weโre averaging about 100 to 105ยฐ a day. That would be the best time to have the machines working. I donโt think you would sell as much during the winter, but you sure will during the summer, but only if theyโre working. Thank you for letting me Voice my opinion. Please fix them as soon as possibleโฆโฆ.

If capitalism purgatory was a place it would be this circle k. With the fastest e-vehicle charger around, a bitcoin atm, a checkout that allows you to simply show a camera the items that you have picked up, including cookies, and also no working bathrooms or real food, other than cookies and a few under-ripe bananas.

One of the cleanest stations in Lancaster. All sorts of snacks, drinks, and food. Quality fuel at a fair price - I am an Uber Eats driver who fuels almost daily and my car runs superb on Circle K gas. Excellent carwash that will keep your car clean long after washing without damaging it. Station is monitored closely by Lancaster Sheriff's and stays crime-free. --- Improvements I would like to see: More actual food options and a couple quarter-operated vacuums.

Staff have been respectful to me during my visits, but there only ever seems to be one person at the cashier with a bunch of people in line. Maybe I just show up at weird times, but it makes the wait times a bit obtuse sometimes. Nice selection of foods, though. The gas is pretty good. Always cheaper than Chevron or Shell and works just as well. Always able to get in and out at the pump without many issues.

I really have that bad ๐ experience in this location ... my house far away all way in the bay area so I stopped to charge my car so I went in side to get me something to eat and small water so I ask the staff can I use the restroom she just give me a attitude and tell me No the crazy part. She just pushed the button for somebody else to use it I don't think people use drugs can be at customer service and I think she was just being racist i don't recommend this location for anybody else. They have bad customer service and they closed at 1:40 am supposed to be 24 hour ๐ this girl i don't think she supposed to be working there ...

This Circle K on Division and Avenue K, is by far the best Circle K in the Antelope Valley, is also the newest. All of the employees are kind caring, courteous individuals. There are approximately 20 gas pumps, compared to eight at the AM/PM across the street. Gas is usually cheaper here than anywhere else, while AM/PM continues to try to drop their prices in attempts to compete with Circle K. Unlike AM/PM, Circle K excels in every possible way, and there is no longer a need to go to the far inferior AM/PM. CIRCLE K has a great car wash with the cheapest prices in town to wash your car. This store has a huge variety of fountain drinks at a good price. They also have an unlimited soda fountain program, where one pays $5.99 per month for unlimited sodas. They have some of the best coffee for any convenience market. They have about every bottled drink one could ever want. There are more quantities of snacks, types of foods with a larger selection in any convenience market. From Pizza, to an exceptional breakfast pizza, burritos, sandwiches, and many other items. A large selection of candy bars and chips, donuts, Icee's, you name it they have it. I have attached numerous pictures to give you an idea. The candy bars and chips are very expensive and price, but in all fairness every other convenience market is just as high priced. They also have a program where if you buy two packs of cigarettes you get a dollar off of each pack. AM/PM is trying to compete with them but they're failing miserable, in comparison to the superior Circle K. They're soda fountain is always very well calibrated, and also unlike an AM/PM, who has horribly imbalanced syrupy sodas that are horrible, and AM/PM'a crushed ice machine has not worked proper in 3 years. There are always homeless people that ask for change got any convenience market. Those homeless people who hang out at Circle K are for some reason courteous and kind as well. Where at ampm seems to attract the homeless people who demand change! There is also a counter with bar stools to eat snacks and food items. They also have a great beer selection. The restrooms are always spotless here! The employees obviously work hard to ensure this Circle K at this location runs like a well-oiled machine. There is no convenience market that is as clean, well stocked, with restrooms, let alone spotless restrooms. This store is exceptional in every way. One picture I am attaching shows a homeless persons shopping cart in front of the store entrance, that definitely interferes with customers coming and going. I have nothing at all against the homeless, and I feel badly for anyone without a home. This is the exception though. Because there are quite a bit less homeless people who interfere with customers coming and going. I'm still trying to figure out why this store attracts more kind homeless people. It is very nice to have this store available, because I have had nothing but problems with ampm directly across the street, as well as every other convenience market. It's only a matter of time in my opinion before Circle K puts a few of those lesser convenience markets of business, or so I hope. Good job to all the employees who work here, you have made this store very exceptional and a treat to utilize, kudos to your employees, their hard work and efforts pay off exceptionally, unlike any other convenience market in the envelope Valley. There's only one suggestion I have that needs improvement. That improvement is you need to place your ATM and credit card reader / machines a bit further away from the other equipment that prohibits easy access to slide one's card through that ATM reader. It's almost impossible at times to swipe my card. I would be elated as many of your customers would be as well if you could correct this, hard to access ATM swipe machines. Thank you for all you have done to improve the conveniences markets single-handedly. You have earned and deserved to be known as the very best convenience market in the Antelope Valley. Thank you!
