I want to say that I had very very bad service just right now at this circle k.the worker there was really really rrreeeaaalllyyy rude and disrespectful to me and my 16 young son.yelling over the counter and even can out the store and started yelling at my son and got in face.the work name was “jay”. I hope action is takin or I will file a report. This is a no star

Very courteous young men. I use a cane to walk and if the employees aren't busy they will open the door for me. I recently purchased a couple of bottles of soda (the smaller bottles) and a few more items, not heavy to most people, but heavy to me. The young man was kind enough to double bag the items for me. My only regret is I did not get his name, Wonderful customer service!! Thank you. 😊

Tori was very helpful this morning when my gas tank would not fill properly. I was so concerned but she took some extra time to read instructions and determined that the cover had been left open for too long! 😧 We fixed the problem and in no time my tank was filled up. Who ever is working this morning is racist. Being rude to me and everything. They don't deserve to work in a industry where you deal with people. I go to this circle k every day. This person was probably mad because that had to go work at a different store that usual. She wasn't the normal staff that works behind the counter. Made me feel so uncomfortable, treating me like I'm a theif. All I was purchasing was two drinks and a couple wraps. This person deserves to be fired.

The experience I have witnessed and received at this store is extreme management abuse (harassment, yelling, cursing, manipulation, intimidation, belittling) to the highest level. This store deserves to be evaluated and shut down for horrible employee treatment.

Who ever was working this morning was the slowest employee I've ever seen. To the point where I didn't even take my change due back. I lost 3$ and some change because this person is so slow at the job. When there's only two people in line you shouldn't spent 10 minutes with a costumer. I know this location is having problems with getting employees but come on man. You have to be able to use a register at a gas station.

This is the worst Circle K ever. The hot chocolate and coffee never works. Their candy is old and stale. I just bought a Three Musketeers bar and when I’ve bit into it, it was almost hard as a rock. And the service there sucks. There is a QT right across the street where you will get better service and better quality snacks.

Just had a "ruin your day" experience. 11/7/24 @6:45pm. Asked for something behind counter. Whole time she was looking around the at other people. Paid then noticed she gave me wrong item. Requested correct item (same price). Told too bad this is what you bought. Then run around, asked to stand aside, too long waiting for resolution. Bad training? Bad hiring? Whoever is managing should address this unnecessary, trivial, but infuriating bad service problem.

Younger lady up front today (09-09-25) off the get acts like she's working in a high end resort baby you work at circle k we both make the same amount you aren't better than anyone. Go find a new job if you don't like the area and are gonna judge people coming in.

Your average Circle K, not many pumps, but OK convenience store selections. Convenience store prices, so only get the essential supplies if grocery stores are open. Friendly enough service, and a convenient location right on the 101 loop, so it has that going for it. Has on site car wash, although you can find cheaper options, and lacks monthly wash plan. Due to valley wide issues has been out of gas quite often recently, which is quite a failing in a gas station and convenience store.
