They advertise cheap gas prices but when you pull into the parking lot all pumps are “out of service”.

Store manager lied to me saying inside was closed so she could chain smoke cigarettes out front with her friends. This was at 11pm when the store is a 24/7 store

Great location and easy off and on Interstate 75 convenience. However, be aware of a Hispanic employee inside the store who treats customers abruptly especially when pre-paying for fuel inside.

Th is place isn’t as bad as the other reviews. The cashier scanned my items quickly and was kind to me. Bathroom is also very clean.

This place is a hit or miss. I actually just saw DUANE sell to an underage guy. It was between the times 4:25pm and 4:46pm. The his had grey shorts and I believe the same colored shirt with red and white tube socks, and black slip on. Duane ran the ID ran through the register and the system didn’t accept it for alcohol sales. Then he did a separate transaction.

Gas pump only let me pump .26 gallons no matter what octane I chose. The refill tanker was finished refilling the tanks. I had no time for that. If you shut the pumps down, you should've posted a notice. I took my business elsewhere and will not return to any Circle K.

very Bad customer service. I don't plan to return to this place. the woman who took care of me. She claimed that I had to know how to use the machine to pay. I told him I didn't understand and he rolled his eyes at me and started talking loudly in front of all the other customers.

Worst or ever terrible service I bought eight packs of the same kind of cigarettes Marlboro reds that I've been smoking for 30 years. When I got home I noticed one of them it was a Marlboro medium. They made the mistake. They never gave me the receipt in my bag. So mor eor less to me they've stole $8 from because I can't stand them they are going in the trash. Call for service and extremely rude. Stay away from this store. I would have gave him no stars but I don't know how to do that I guess the least is 1

Owner replied to a review saying they “are saddened to learn that your experience was less than satisfactory. Our Circle K team is dedicated to provide great customer service and would love the chance to serve you again in the future.” Really? Then why not make sure that your car wash works more than 50% of the time? And why not answer your phone, EVER, when I call to see if it’s working before I drive 10 minutes to get there?

I go to Circle K all the time, that is about to change real quick. I was just in this location for over 35 minutes because the single employee does not speak English. Not only that but he charged me for two of what I got instead of one. He had no idea what I was talking about and ended up arguing with me until I pointed it out on the receipt. He ended up having to call his boss and instead of giving me the money back he gave me one extra item. I am very disappointed in Circle K, and even though he tried to resolve the issue, it was anything but.

I am a Circle K only person. I enjoy using these stations, however I will never again come back to this one. These employees are the most rude, hateful and arrogant people I have ever seen. They have zero customer service skills whatsoever. They were unbelievably rude to the lady in front of me and then proceeded to talk to me like I was an idiot while I was entering my member number in , asking “what are you doing, just swipe your card”. When I told him what I was doing he got sarcastic. I paid and left. Definitely won’t be back.

We were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton a couple weeks ago and stopped here. The lady at the register was the most pleasant person we’ve encountered at several convenience store chains lately. I think she might have been working by herself and was still smiling.The store was clean, the restrooms were exceptionally clean as well.

I went in to get a quick hot dog, nothing is up front, all of them are in the back and mislabeled! I asked the lady sweeping, if they were still cooking and she says yes, so said oh there's none ready then? She says in Spanish, that she told me that they were ready! Luckily I do speak a little Spanish, assistents she doesn't speak English though, so I asked her if the ones on front of the "tornado" sign were hot dogs and she said they're labeled, I explained that they weren't correct and she then tells me, I'm Spanish again, "I told you they're labeled" at this point i just walked out still hungry! I love circle K but I'll never come in here with a ride non English speaking clerk, that apparently thinks customers are just a nuisance!

Update …. Problem solved. Thank you. Im changing the rating as agreed From 1 to 4 stars Yesterday I filled the tank. I’m trying to get in touch but the phone is not answered The pump didn’t give me receipt for the $57 that I spent. Instead a I have a charge from my bank for $ 176. I used an American Express last three digits numbers **730. Please check and fix this in order to revisit this review.

They have a very nice young lady working there believe her name was Getanna. Greet everyone with a smile when they walk in and says hello and goodbye when they leave I thought their service was courteous I'm very helpful

The only associate working in the store, Getanna, who was about to finish her shift at 5:30pm balanced her cash and logged off the system at 5:25pm leaving a line of customers who needed cash transactions or something as simple as getting the pump receipt, waiting for over 15 minutes with no one at the store to help.. The second employee, who happened to be the Manager, Swapi, was in the phone, sitting in her car at the parking lot. She came in the store at 5:38pm.. Horrible customer service. For this exact reason AI will replace this kind of employees and I don’t blame it.. people who don’t want to work and don’t care about customers should no to have a job.
