Would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I paid $115 for a wash on my truck and there was still bird poop on my truck, interior was barley vacuumed, only put tire shine on 3 of my tires, inside of the windows weren’t wiped down, and my dashboard still had dust and debris on it. Would not recommend getting your car washed here take your money somewhere else.

It's a fantastic price for a hand car wash - not a machine wash, and they always do a great job. This car wash is always well-staffed; we are in and out quickly. Everyone is extremely friendly. We only have the outside of our car washed ( I prefer to clean my interior myself because I’m extra ), so I'm only speaking to the exterior service. Thanks, everyone, for providing exceptional service at a great price.

Worst service ever, they partially clean my truck, hood was dirty and manager came out saying that they need a special chemical just to clean it right and the want to charge $100 more to do it ... It's just the matter of clean or right ... Don't go there ..

Great car wash! A true hand wash, which is nice if you want to avoid tunnel washes but dont want to hand wash yourself. Been a few times and the service is always good and this last time i had paint splattered all over my car and they were able to remove it quickly. Very friendly staff :)

I just arrived in Naples for an extended stay and needed to get 1000+ miles of road grime off of my Land Rover. To put things in perspective, I am a bit of a Land Rover nut and I love my car enough that it has its own Instagram account @districtrover. I normally enjoy washing and detailing it myself so I am very judgmental when I have others do it, but I decided to treat myself to a full exterior and interior package at this place based on positive reviews. The team did a very thorough job vacuuming and wiping down the interior and then got busy on the exterior. The devil is in the details and I noticed that the final drying, tire dressing, and miscellaneous wiping down was done very professionally. I could see that they were proud of their work and they earned their tip. I am not only satisfied, I am delighted with the end result. I will be back during my stay in Naples and this car guy highly recommends Classic Hand Wash of Naples.

Awful. I thought cat wash would result in a clean vehicle. Clearly see where the vehicle hadn’t even been wiped down, plus finger prints etc. 2nd time I have tried this place and 2nd time they have let me down. 1st time the inside windscreen was cleaner before I entered the place. Terrible!!!!! It all came off with a microfiber cloth! Don’t eve go there…….

Pretty quick but bad detail! Didn’t clean any rims only put amor on tires!Too the lady Debi in the office treats the workers like crap and it’s not enough workers.i watched a young man run from front to back numerous of times.you guys need to be careful before someone passes out in that heat. that will hurt your company big time.my child would never work there it’s not organized at all! Tell the office lady stop making us wait in the office because she’s out being a you know what to the gentlemen’s it’s to hot and at her age she’s just giving anxiety! I saw it!

I took my new truck for a hand wash and free ceramic sealant. The hand was was not very through and I imagine that the sealant used will make it pretty difficult to get the left behind now sealed in dirt off. At a glance the truck looked shiny and wheels shined. I got on the road to find my windshield was pretty dirty. The bug removal was not very impressive and a few spots were just missed. This happens but I expected more care for a $55 wash, vac and wipe down. First time customer.

Not a fan of this place. Way too pricey and not worth it. Since the response to this was rude,I will say I don’t mind paying more for a GOOD wash. The wash here doesn’t live up to its price therefore it is not WORTH IT.

Just had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, the process was quick and efficient, and my car looks sparkling clean — inside and out. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was from start to finish. It’s always a good feeling to drive away in a car that looks brand new again. Highly recommend!

So at first they tried to over charge me on the wash and when I pointed out my truck was a regular sized pick up truck they gave me the price stated on the #3 package for $99 That being said that package was an interior, exterior detail and while they did a decent job on the exterior my interior wasn’t even wiped down and the floors were still dirty I wasn’t expecting my car to be brand new but for the price I expected much better work to be done! I don’t think I will be coming here again and if you choose to go make sure you look the car over before leaving as this is my second visit leaving dissatisfied.

They blocked my friend from commenting after this business broke his car window. When he went back to ask for reimbursement for the damage and a refund for his membership, the owner, Dave, was extremely rude—calling him a liar, cussing at him, and refusing to take responsibility. My friend tried to handle everything calmly and professionally, but because the owner refused to cooperate, he had no choice but to call the police to file a report. Instead of working with him, the owner issued a no-trespass order on the spot so my friend can no longer wash his car there—and they still never fixed his window or refunded his membership. But what the owner doesn’t know is that my friend Alessandro isn’t stopping here. He is pursuing this through every legal avenue to ensure accountability is served. He has every right to seek justice, and he will. Trying to silence someone by blocking their reviews doesn’t erase what happened. This is America—we have a First Amendment right to share our experiences and warn others. And believe me, the people of Naples deserve to know exactly how this business treats its customers.

I purchased a membership here and, unfortunately, the quality of service has been consistently unacceptable. After multiple poor cleanings on both my Lamborghini and Maserati, I gave them several chances to improve — but the issues continued. This past Saturday, I arrived with my Maserati in perfect condition and left with my window no longer going up. The staff refused to take any responsibility and also refused to refund my membership, even though I no longer feel comfortable bringing any of my vehicles back. The owner and manager were extremely dismissive and unprofessional throughout the situation. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about your car.
