The employees keep the doors locked after midnight without a sign indicating its closed im so sick of this.. If u dont want to deal with customers please find a new occupation.. This is so bad for business.. And the bathrooms are always supposedly out of order 😔😡

Car wash broken. I paid $15 for the most deluxe treatment and it just sprayed water on my car. No soap, no scrubbing, nothing. The entrance to the car wash was sharp and narrow, so I had to reverse multiple times just to enter.

I won’t rate this location any stars after my morning stop! Cashier was so busy taking to One of her friends! I was buying 3 12oz Red Bull’s which are advertising 3 for 7 on the cooler where they are. I get to the register and they rang up 10.00 and the cashier didn’t brother to check the sign or to see what I may have been taking about,because she was busy taking to a man I assumed to be her friend. I didn’t brother to argue I just asked for the managers name and left. But if this is what circle K Represents then it’s not for me.

I have been in customer service for 20+ years and it seems to me that as our world is changing it is falling to the wayside. We as consumers are accepting it as a norm. Do not; stand up and fight for the proper care of the customer.

No problem with this location as it is. Easy Pay has not consistently worked in two years. Other locations are fine. Lived in St. Louis for 30 years. No problem there. If not for this, it would be my main stop for gas.

I didn't understand why I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. The cashier said no because I wasn't a customer, but I bought a soda, chips, and gas. I'm not kidding, but the cashier looked like she was under the influence of some substance and had dyed hair. I didn't see her name. I hope you'll take my comments into consideration.

They are always running out of things that should be regularly stocked at a convenience, mark such as soda syrup, or CO2. There is more than one person working, but never more than one person behind the register. I’m not sure where the other person is, it’s not a very big store. The prices on the shelves do not match the register prices, and when pointed out they will rudely snip that it is because I didn’t download a coupon. It shouldn’t matter whether or not I have a coupon, your advertised price on the shelf needs to be what it matches on the register. I’m not talking about Some obscure deal that I’m not getting, I’m talking about what it says on the shelf that the product is supposed to be.
