if i could give no stars i would . every time i come to this place the doors are locked it don’t matter what time i come . the employee was rude and if you scared to have the doors unlocked over night yu should get another job

They close down the store for a shift change and to clean the store. How are they supposed to be a 24 hours convenient store and there never open when people conveniently need to buy something from there store?

I was denied access to the restroom by a cashier bc they just cleaned them...well isn't that how you would want customers to see your restroom when it's been cleaned but Im not allowed to use it bc it was cleaned...being denied access to a public restroom made me want to knock that girls teeth out

I WAS REFUSED SERVICE: For the past 12 years I have patronized this location. And I have NEVER been treated so rudely and with such disregard as I was this morning. I feel your overnight employee needs to be educated on value of good customer service and how to speak to people. Especially to those she has previously waited on!?!

My husband was refused service! He wanted to buy a beer and I was buying a snack. Mind you, we had 2 seperate transactions. This rude lady asked for my ID even though i was waiting in line to purchase my things!! I told her that i am not buy the beer and i am a seperate transaction! She then proceeded to take my husband's beer and told us to leave the store. Also I am 9 months pregnant and over the age of 21!!!! I do plan on doing something about this. She must have had a rough night. Girl, you work at circle k... it's not that serious.

Came to the store around 10:30 am on 7/28/2024, to pick up a few things, sign on door said in restroom, waited a bit no one came to the door, came back around 7:20pm, to get gas and the same damn note is still on the door, myself and others waited, then decided to leave. I know Circle K missed a lot of money today. SMH

I was denied service 2 times by the same woman! This woman did not let me buy alcohol with my passport, which legally is a form of government identification that has my birth date on it. This is the second time I was denied service by this horrible employee. The owner of the store said that they will resolve this issue, but clearly nothing has been resolved. As I was leaving the store this horrible lady told me to not come back to the store. Wow. Great customer service circle K. You do not care about your customers. You need to fire this woman and hire someone who is professional. She has also been a problem to other customers as well. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and they did not have any problems with me. Actually resolve the problem this time. If you want to know who is the Lady just check you schedule on July 29 at 7 pm

Young black male is always in his phone everytime I come into the store without fail. He can’t even get out of it long enough to ring you up. I have to often tell him to give me my stuff once the purchase goes through because he’s in his phone.

It's after 10am April 26,2025,pulled up at the store pump, to get gas and a drink, and the door is locked with a sign saying, cleaning in progress, not ready to serve to people, or just don't wanna be bothered by anybody, store always has issues.

On August 3rd, 2023, my brother entered Circle K on Burbank & Gardere due to his sugar levels dropping rather fast. He went into the store to buy so that he could get his sugar levels up. Two cashiers were working yesterday, one was assisting a customer and the other was standing behind the counter. The first cashier that was waiting on a customer to return with her license, asked the second cashier to assist my brother twice, the cashier asked a third time for her to help him and she mumbled something underneath her breath and still no help. My brother waited 10 minutes while his sugar levels continued to drop While watching the second cashier tickle the first cashier. At this point, the first cashier was checking him out. The first cashier kept apologizing on behalf of the second cashier. The third person working never turned around to help or assist. This is not acceptable nor is it professional. What would they have done if he would have passed out due to his sugar levels dropping? Stood and watch seems like it to me. Your workers need to be more professional in front of your customers. I really pray no one else has/will experience that type of behavior from your employees. My brother is a diabetic and was only trying to get something quick to eat due to his sugar levels dropping. This type of behavior took him by surprise and all he wanted was to check out to get something in his system real quick. We will continue to reach out until we hear from someone.

Unprofessional workers at store on Burbank Dr. Always locking the door to the store talking about system down or bathroom break…. Sad way to have a business ran.
