It is supposed to be 24 hours but I couldn't even get anything to drink when I needed to. The door was not open and the guy looked at me scoffed and walked away. Do not go to this one.

I tried to use my plenti reward at the pump and wanted to go in to pay, and the cashier did not know how to complete the transaction and I ended up not being able to use the plenti reward after all.

No restrooms available to it's customers unless you ask for a key and even then they will tell you someone took the key. This is against federal and state laws. When you do ask for a key they are rude. They are not the only one in the area doing this either. Out of Order is unacceptable, I am filing a complaint against them and wish others would do the same.

Restroom out of order. Just put in $30 in gas. Needed a quick restroom break. Then buy something to drink. Should’ve gone to the restroom first. Then I would’ve known to take my business somewhere else.

If I could give 0 star, I would. I stopped by this loation on March 29 2022 around 7:10AM. I bought a coffee. My 2 kids needed to use the restroom. Both lady and men were locked. Then we saw a Black man came out. We asked the cashier if we can use but she would nit let us use it. It feels like reverse discrimination to ne because we are Asian.

Very horrible customer service. The car wash they sold me cannot be redeem or use at that location due to the machine is broken and they do not have the proper sign notifying customers that the machine does not work before purchasing and does not honor a refund I lost out on $15 Due to this problem. Went inside to speak to the cashier, and she was very rude. She would not give me a phone number nor a managers name to talk with about this problem.

Rude cashier with locs she doesn't know State regulations, I asked to buy lottery tickets at 3am she immediately started hollering and getting aggressive saying that the machine was cut off. But in Louisiana and every other state wants the tickets are drawn at a certain time it takes 30 minutes to an hour to reset and you can purchase tickets they just choose quote unquote the cashier says that it doesn't start back into a certain time because they don't want to do it. Management needs to update their cashiers and the store policy letting them know that lottery starts back after 30 minutes to an hour after the numbers have been drawn. She was very unprofessional and very rude I guarantee if I was white she would have never had that type of attitude she would have been Yes sir and no sir and it's sad that you treat your own black people like that.

This Circle K is one of our favorite to stop for fuel. They have a large fuel station and it is easy to access from either Coursey Boulevard or Airline Highway. They also have a car wash, vacuum cleaner and tire inflation system. The convenience store is well stocked and always has friendly service.
