Tyzon did an amazing job on my 1990 Jag. He carefully cleaned the carpets and leather interior until they looked like new! The exterior was washed, waxed, and clear coated and the engine cleaned. Very impressive work! Tyzon was very communicative, because the day of my appointment, it was scheduled to rain. He let me know a few hours ahead of time that we may have to reschedule, but when it seemed like the rain was going to pass, he made his way over here. Very punctual! He was very receptive to my cleaning requests. Once he started working on my car, it unfortunately started to rain, but he had a canopy in his van that he set up, and continued to work in the rain! I was very impressed by the dedication. Once he was done, he did a very thorough walk-around the vehicle with me. I had a nasty stain on my passenger seat from spilled wood stain, and he managed to make it look like it never happened! The interior was spick and span, and the exterior has never looked better, even after pollen season did a number on it. He had to stay a couple hours longer than anticipated to get it all done, but it was at no extra charge! TLDR; punctual, communicative, thorough, reasonable pricing, fantastic work. I will be returning to Chrome Star for all my future detailing needs!
