Bad customer service. They leave the cars for carwash in front of the gas pumps and block the access, traffic goes to the street.

I just had my car washed and get home and noticed they only wiped it down half way, they didn’t even vacuum the back. What a waste of money and tip.

Dear Chevron, the person working as a cashier here at this very moment could use some customer service training. While the machines were down outside and the manager was on the phone “all day” trying to solve the issue... no one put out signage on your pumps which not only traffic jam going on caused by all the confusion because people were going from pump to pump trying to find one that worked, but it ended up making him frustrated. When I pointed out putting up signage would’ve helped a lot of people I was told I was”overestimating what he can do” ... so apparently preemptively eliminating confusion is too hard to handle for him and explaining to customers wasn’t working out for him either.

I wish to give negative 5 STARS. I am very nice, and patient, but the manager, DON is the best candidate to cross every line possible. He need some training on how to operate the system, the cash register, and especially he needs some customer service training. I've been using this location for about 2 years and every time he have helped me there was an issue. He made me leave at list twice because he believed that my membership was suspended. Each time I turned around and someone else helped me! GUESS WHAT?!?!?!? Membership was just fine. Later on, I got charged $49.99 instead of $1. I asked if there is a mistake... and again he is telling me that I'm not in the system. Eventhough there is the charge on my cc, I have the new sticker, I washed my car on the new membership he is telling me that I'm not in the system. HE NEEDS HELP TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HE IS DOING!

i had no issue with this gas station in reference to some of the other posts i've seen. we picked this specific location as it was easy to access off of the freeway and luckily, we were able to see the confirmed price for the gas on google maps and we noticed it was also the cheapest option in the area. i would also say that i noticed the trash cans were emptied and relatively clean compared to others visited in the past. i'll be sure to mark this location for future use when driving up or down the freeway.
