The absolute worst experience. Waited in the car wash for almost an hour. Right before I went in, the Chevron employee changed a pipe and the car wash didn't work when I pulled in. I walked in asking them to address the problem. They just apologized and returned my money. Wasted an hour of my time and still have a dirty car: horrible customer service

Pumps were terribly slow and decide not to pump but just one gallon. Went to another service station only to find out money in my debit card was withheld by this gas station. Went back and employee said it was the bank, but bank says is the merchant and refund may take up to two weeks. The greedy are getting greedier and abusively using working people's money to get richer

Be careful using this gas station Chevron store number 00202650, 801 SW 42 Ave, Miami Florida. I used my card to purchase gas and after paying for the gas $33.02, I immediately saw a charge for $99.00 which my bank declined. I asked the clerk why my card was later charged $99.00 and he said it’s my bank that tried to put a hold on my card. He stated I should speak with the manager at 6am to get answers. Today’s date October 22, 2019 11:43pm I’ve never used a gas station that attempted to charge my card $99.00 after making a gas purchase of $33.02. Care to explain????

There was a line of 6-8 cars to get into the wash but it was only a five minute wait to get through. The $20 wash left my car spotless and I used the vacuum after to clean the interior. The $10 I spent on the vacuum ($3 for three minutes then $1/ minute after) is quite steep, but there aren't many other options in SF. I would recommend this place for a quick and easy car wash.

The food inside at the Boarshead deli counter was rotten - 2 sandwiches smelled horrific (1 chicken and 1 tuna) and 2 fruit salads were both rotten. Do not trust the food here.

The air machine only takes quarters. The gas station attendant refuses to do any cash back transactions. This is such a monumental pain to go through for $1.50 worth of air.

RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE! I came in to get $8 of gas. The clerk put 8 gallons on my receipt which made an attempt charge of $29 to my account which I didn't have on that specific card. He said very aggressively "it declined " I was confused and asked him why. He began to be very rude and had a harsh attitude with me about it. Even the man behind me heard me ask for $8 on the pump. Who asks for gallons?? Now my account is still pending for over 1 week. I never got my $8 back. That clerk needs to be fired for such rude and aggressive attitude towards loyal customers. I didn't deserve to be talked to or treated that way... NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK

If I could give this car wash a negative star I would. My car is dirtier now then it was when I took it there to begin with. There was soap all over the car when it started drying so obviously the car dried horribly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS CAR WAS HAS BEEN TRASH FOR YEARS!!!

If you want disrespect and to pay for services you don't get, this is the place for you. Beware if you buy a carwash the receipt states the code is only good for 72 hrs...if you go and the wash is out of service (as it is 40% of the time) tough luck, no new code or refund for you, provided with a scowl. They're on such a busy intersection their horrible service (see reviews), unfortunately has no negative impact on their business. Please vote with you $$$; I am. Never again.

Have had this touchless car wash on my list for a minute now. Finally tried this machine and initially I was happy with the experience ; however upon entering the pressure wash cycles I noticed that the water jets were VERY high pressure. The sound of the water spraying on my car was very concerning. I inspected the job after (in the evening) but It was not until the next day (in the sun) that I noticed that my entire car had looked like it had been keyed in a swirly motion! I then realized that this was caused by the car wash and my car was actually scratched all over really badly :((( . It’s discouraging to know that the gas station probably won’t compensate me for a full detail / polish to correct the damage caused by their machine. It’s also discouraging to know that some parts were scratched so bad it took off almost all the clear coat exposing the actual paint underneath !! But at least I can let someone else know that this wash is a car scratcher 5000 and I hope they fix whatever is causing this issue :(

This girl the tall one, I think she's Nicaraguan, is in the cafeteria. She always speaks and answers customers with a bad attitude. She tries to make you feel inferior. I always arrive at 11 for a sandwich and says they're closed, and they close at 12 a.m. You say hello and say good morning to her, but she doesn't respond. It seems like she wasn't educated. This type of person shouldn't work in customer service.

Self service.. best for its 24 hour car wash.. touchless.. and gas for folks who work all day and prefer to gas up and Washing the car later. They have in the store attached.. food.. coffee.. and something for breakfast.. I have never been. They have car necessities:products needed like coolant, oil., an air gauge for tires. They also have Beer and wine bottles.. if you are so inclined late at night.. and live nearby. I am not that near at my office. but the time I leave.. other car washes are not open! One downside why they only got 2 stars from me is how unfriendly and unhelpful one female cashier was to me.. at night.. other times also the evening cashiers seem unintended and unfriendly in your business. Otherwise the place actually offers packaged snacks.. drinks/water to go.. the public bathrooms.. fairly well stocked and we got gas there several times during Hurricane Irma. One night cashier has been helpful in the past. I have not seen him for some time..he was older..maybe later 50' s. If I owned this place. I would fire the current bunch of employees and hire better workers.. also I would be around at night. I do not go here in the daytime. The other plus is there is a 24 hour Walgreens across the street! Please see my photos!
