They pre-scrub the back of your vehicle now. Really appreciate it. It they could pre-scrub the hood if there's a lot of stuff on it too, that'd be even better.

My car wasn’t dry at all after going thru the wash.. I found a used towel on the ground just to dry it off a bit so there wouldn’t be streaks when I drive off. The owner came over to me and said I have to pay $1 to use the towel 😂 and then when I said no and gave her the towel she complained that she works hard for her money.. yeah running after customers for $1 is definitely working hard for money, maybe if she didn’t work so hard she’d have some repeat customers.

I pulled in to get cash out if my wallet and I wasn’t even there for 1 minute until the karen lady manager came out yelling at me to go away and that I can’t use their vaccums for free. Lady also put me on the “do not serve” list because she’s impatient and I didn’t have cash.

I came here three weeks ago and they charged me $45 for hand wash. Today they asked for $60. I asked why they raised the price that much in three weeks, they said that's been the price always and called me a liar. I said I'm going to give them a bad review, they said they don't care. One wonders how this place is still in business.

Washed my car and it came out dirty. They washed it for me again, but the drying part of the car wash when the towels at the end hit the car are dirty. They left a foggy film across the bottom half of the car. Will never come back here. One of the staffers was rude on top of that. He tried to explain to me that my car is old and it doesn’t matter anymore. RUDE!

Dirty car wash, you will see a lot of trash on the floor, and the car wash is not washing your car clean. I recommend you don’t waste your money.

Absolutely terrible experience. I took my car here expecting a simple wash, and it came out with paint chips all over it. The damage was obvious and completely avoidable. No one warned me about it. If you care about your car’s paint, stay far away from this place. Never coming back.

Paid for the deluxe which stands for below bare minimum I guess. Didn’t properly wipe down my car, no air freshener and completely skipped vacuuming my back seat. For $20 I’m not expecting a full detail but I am expecting what’s advertised. So disappointed, they used to leave our cars pristine when my family came here years ago. Definitely save your money.

Went to get my truck washed and employee at the kiosk recommended the $15 wash I chose it and they tapped my windshield wipers down. As I got to the end of the wash the last roller tore off my wiper. I walked inside to see the manager she said she would have her employee fix it I asked her not to touch it . She said my truck was the issue and it could of broken her machine. She refused to return my money or pay for the damages. All I wanted a new wiper maybe $20 ….DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE …… btw she was the owner

Good car wash, but expensive. Similar 6-7$ basic, they charge 8$. They could earn more if wouldn't be greedy, because they could have more people to come with affordable prices. And there's no sink with water.

I have periodically utilized the car wash over the years but today's experience will ensure I never return. I pulled into the car wash lot and began vacuuming my car's counsel when I was abruptly approached by a lady who told me to pay $10. I asked for her to repeat what she said and she reiterated for me to pay $10. I was taken back by her rudeness/tone demanding I pay $10. She didn't ask if I was going to proceed to the car wash after vacuuming my car but ultimately she clarified I had to proceed to the attendant and pay for the car wash first and then after ward I could utilize the vacuums. In any event, as stated, the manor which she addressed the matter was unacceptable let alone demanding payment of $10 was enough that I will not return.

Terrible wash! The bottom half of my car came out of the wash dirtier than when it went in. I paid $18 for their 'best' wash and half of the extra soap and 'special' wax didn't even come out of the machine. The soaps and all the extra add-on's they advertise and charge more for are all bullshit. Terrible TERRIBLE wash

Not the best customer service at all. The guy was not pleasant too interact with. I also had to guide myself onto the track, scary. The free vacuum was cool, I took my time using it. Pricing signage from the street was inaccurate.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. I only go there because it's across the street from from work... and every time I say never again. It's really not even worth $2😂. I'm so frustrated decided to leave a review and then saw all the other one star reviews!!! Seriously fine me if I'm ever spotted there again.... my car was had so many dusty water spots don't get it. Are they conserving water or what??? I need to take it to a car wash after work to get it clean and the stupid vacuum on the right.first space from the entrance is out of order😡what a waste of time and money!!!! Yuk!!! Have some dirty car photos fresh out of their wash posted!!!

We go to this car wash regularly. They did change the price from $15 to $18. It has a roller in the wash, which not all car wash places have. I saw an employee take off the antenna for the car in front of us. They have an employee help you choose car wash and payment, which helps with the flow. They also have free vacuum with trash cans at every station (with plenty of stations)
