I used a code for a free wash. The staff were so nice and helpful! They even offered to hand dry my car when there was some debris on it after the wash. I drove 1200 miles and it came out immaculate. Usually I hand buff to remove bugs after drive thru washes but not at Charlie’s!

Charlies was AWESOME! took me back to high school and the Green Lantern Car Wash days. Except so much better! They had my Juliet on a conveyer belt! Very streamlined. She's beautiful and has been restored to her former glory and the people who helped me smiled the whole time and didn't make me feel weird that my car was kind of yucky! Very impressed. Have already told friends.

Great place they have vacuums that are free of use to clean out your car. Friendly place always clean arrive early for a great spot to clean. A lot of space my #1 go to for car cleaning they have a valet clean service around $20 clean the entire car

Went in a got a basic car wash with the added interior feature. It’s the summer season, and I go outdoors frequently and had bugs on the car. After getting the inside cleaned spectacularly, an employee said that I had remaining bugs on my car and to do another round in the car wash and then get the hand dry added on. I assumed I was going to pay for that additional service, but it was complimentary! I have never seen a place so attentive to the care of my vehicle, so organized, and so kind! I do not live near their location, but I absolutely will make the drive as well as ensure I stop by whenever I am in the area weekly. Best service ever!

Had me way to close to the car infront of me had to brake at the beginning so i wouldnt hit them and they also didnt spray the front enough because I was so close to the other car. It wasnt busy at all so there was no reason to have me that close to the car. No towels to dry car. And wheel shine I paid extra for only got on my rim not my wheel, they need to adjust where its spraying. Not a fan would go to GO Car Wash instead.

I mean, place is cool and I love the idea but I have to knock it down for a few reasons. I had to ask a lot of questions in order to get what I needed done. For instance, they have a hand drying station that's a service they provide. Cool! But I got the interior clean and did not know it came with a hand dry as well. No worries. Other than having to ask a lot of questions which is fine I know for future but it took a while for me to be able to buy a wash when there were only 2 cars in front of me. That's fine, I can wait for a wash if the job is done correctly... but it wasn't. My biggest complaint is my wheels still full of break dust even after the hand dry I have my pictures for reference. Why do my wheels look like this coming out of a place that's supposed to clean your car? If they can fix this issue then I'll definitely come back because I'm already up to speed on how things are done here now. I just want my car to be clean especially when I pay extra to have it done. I'm more than happy to give 5 stars once my car comes out correctly.

Update to the update: they definitely cannot deliver on their dry car guarantee for the hand dry. Went back to try again and it went the same. Mgr decided to give it a try, same result. Just pulling around the corner and I have spots and streaks. Update: Decided to try the hand dry option since it claims to leave a spot free dry. Nope, that definitely didn't happen. I've got streaks of spots. Prev: It's ok. Can't back them up on their claim of being the best bug removal. The people wanding cars at the beginning would probably have to stop the line and really work each car over. Multiple trips through definitely wasn't enough. The cheap wash is about the most I'd do if I am being lazy. Otherwise, a good self wash place would be better.

Signed up on-line for a membership, then went to the carwash to wash my car but the system didn't update, so I had to pull out of the fast lane and wait on someone to help me, the employee that came to help couldn't get wifi on his tablet making me wait longer, had to go closer to the building and still couldn't get WIFI so then had to go in and exchange tablets. So I thought I was saving time by signing up on-line but ended up taking more time out of my busy schedule once I arrived at the car wash.

Overall Charlie's car Wash cleans your car very well. The biggest inconvenience is they do not provide towels to clean your car's interior. I understand they want the $35 to clean your interior but as a previous member coming from go car wash not providing towels to clean. Your interior is a major inconvenience and is what made me cancel my membership with Charlie's. The only other inconvenience which isn't necessarily Charlie's fault. A lot of people find their belt system in the car wash. Confusing for whatever reason so you need to make sure you watch yourself and don't get hit.

Looked promising Initially, like a well maintained car wash, but it left some things to be desired. I paid for the top tier option so that I could have my tires shined (really the whole purpose I went). The machine only got 1 out of 4 tires mostly covered, the other 3 were splotchy at best. The wash itself had a sort of mildew smell as we were riding through, telling me they haven’t updated or cleaned things in a while. I see others have left reviews with similar issues — All in all not worth paying for anything over $10 since it seemed to deliver the base level wash no matter what you paid for.

I have been coming here since they opened. I was pretty excited to have a car wash that did interior cleans for only $25, it sounded too good to be true, but I have to say, they really nail it every time! I have toddler twins, and an eight-year-old and let me tell you my car gets absolutely trashed. They always make it look brand new. I used to spend hundreds on interior detailing, but this definitely gets the job done! Also, I have to mention how pleasant and professional all of the staff are. I truly have had nothing but extremely positive interactions with everyone I have spoken to, and I will definitely be a customer or as long as I live in the neighborhood! Shout out to all of them for working so hard!

I had just got my vehicle 2 months before I started going to this place on 11/25/25 I thought it was a good idea until I noticed they were washing my paint off my hood I reported it to the manager when I noticed it he said he would investigate it by looking at videos and get back with me he also told me whenever I get my car washed tell the guys in front with the sprayers don't prop the front meaning don't spray the front smh the sprayers are too high if its washing paint off thats common sense days a couple months had went by I never did hear anything back so one day last week when I was there I had to ask someone about it they took my number down I just now got a call back yesterday saying sorry for taking so long calling me back and they wasn't going to fix my vehicle its ok they are hurting themselves I won't ever gave them good reviews because right is right and wrong is wrong
