I was so excited when I discovered a place to not only wash my dog but my truck as well. I saved cleaning labrador hair out of my bathroom for the next week and got to knock out two chores at once. I was an idiot and thought the machines only took cash but when I returned with cash in hand, saw the signs with the QR code. This is on me and not on the business as the signs were very clear. I take accountability for not paying attention. Something that some of the individuals leaving several of these reviews should try. The services provided are excellent but what I really love is the honest responses to the reviews from people who lack common sense. My only request is a slip lead on the wash so I don't have to keep my dogs collar on to wash him. But that is a minor inconvenience that I don't mind. I will be recommending this business to anyone I know who will benefit from the convenience of this two-for-one local business.

I went to wash my car and it was a disaster, when I went in to wash the car it stayed in the first wash cycle, it did nothing else, the rotating brush in the back just hit the car, the time advanced and it continued in the same cycle, until I got desperate I had to get out of the car (I was completely wet) and my car was just as dirty, I didn't get to wash the roof, nor the rear window, nor the trunk, all of that happened in the automatic 2

Car wash has been good the times I went no complaint there. My only issue is that the self service dog wash says 24 hours but it’s been closed the last couple times I went at night. Not a huge deal. Overall still happy with my experience ☺️

Great car wash Im very picky with car washes this one is fantastic generous ammount of time in the auto very clean, plenty of dry time, plenty of rinse, self serve everything works and is kept tidy great local car wash very grateful to have it near me, always see the guy servicing it he works very hard and it shows I love supporting good business and happily give yall my money

I will never go back. Went through automatic 1 no clear directions. So thought my payment did not go through. Swiped again pulled through. Under carriage wash started got to the stop. It did nothing. Pulled through went back . So I got charged $39 bucks for one carwash. Never going to use them again

I used the dog washing room. They have two tubs with access doors and each had an apron available for use. There was also a table. The minimum amount required to start is 7 dollars, which will get you 10 of machine run time. 15 dollars gets you 25 minutes, you can add quarters as you need to. It came with shampoo, conditioner, pet deodorizer, rinse water, and a dryer. The water was warm, and non adjustable, the water pressure was good. The tub when I got there had hair all over it. So the last person didn't clean up after themselves. The tub I used was also a little slow at draining which was frustrating when I was trying to dry my dog off because water kept splashing up and you can't wait for it to drain because once the machine runs out of time, that's it. It was also super humid in the room with what felt like no air circulation. Honestly it felt cooler outside and the temperature the day I went was 96 degrees.

After driving from Iowa I decided to try out my friend's local car wash as he happens to know the owner and wow did it do a great job. The automatics use AUTEC's "In bay express" concept where you drive through application arches, making the time you are actually sitting in the wash much quicker. I recommend!

I have always brought my cars here to clean since they’ve opened. They have warm water and are low car friendly! The dog wash was super nice too with a little spot where you can let the dogs run around while they dry. Thank you for being a great local dog & car wash.

I used to like this place but now it’s becoming disgusting and dangerous. This is how it looked at 7:00 am this morning. They never clean this place. I have to dig the other dogs’ fur out of the drain just to use it. I refused to use it today in this state. I have also cut my fingers on the broken door chains and my dog has gotten his paws suck in the ramps. Don’t bring your dogs here.

We went specifically for the dog wash. This was a great and convenient way to wash our elderly Retriever. There are two bays/washing stations for dog washing. There is a ramp to the bath, but we found it too small and loose for our dog to use. I liked how easy it was to change settings to rinse, shampoo, dry, etc... and there were many different options available. Instructions were easy to follow, however the options in the machine don't necessarily match the options on the wall description. Smocks to keep clothes dry were provided. You will get your shoes wet either from the large puddles of leftover water from previous patrons or spillage from your own bath. Be careful, it is very slippery as there are no mats. The water was warm for the pup, but the dryer blew cool air. They also offer a small dog run for your pet to relieve themselves before/after bath. Be aware, there is a lot of trash in and around the dog run so keep an eye to make sure your pup doesn't eat something they shouldn't. There is a Tub sterilizer setting, however, you have to use this option DURING your washing time before and after the bath so they ask you to use your own time/money to sterilize. My disappointment: The parking. There are two parking spots (1 regular, 1 handicap). There were a couple of cars there for the dog wash and we all had to park partially in one of the lanes to enter the carwash. The area is set up specifically for a car wash so I understand the lack of parking, but it makes it slightly hazardous especially when busy. Overall, we had a good experience and it saved us from a big hairy mess and aching backs trying to do it from our own tub. The total cost was $10 ($7 for the initial start & $3 for extra wash/dry time).

Bought my dog in for a wash today 12/14/25 was had a little bit of a wait so took him over to pee outside dog area is full of trash all around as well as no bags to clean up after pets and only place to throw a poop bag away is over by the self serve car wash leaving it for people washing their car to have to smell dog crap. No onto the dog wash itself I like the options for different shampoos conditioners and deodorizers but button are wore off and had to keep looking at the other side to see what I was selecting . Don't know about pet wash 2 but pet wash 1 is missing the ramp to help dog into wash tub and as a pet owner with an older and disabled dog my dog was hurt getting him in the tub as well as getting him out. Please fix this as we love the way he smelled when done and he seemed happy

I don’t usually post about car washes, but this place has Quality tools and products. Their vacuums are strong and the attachment fall off, there are clearly people that maintain this place. Foaming brush smells like orange, just a great experience that takes both cards and cash, change machine on site. It’s clean here and very impressive.
