Had the best experience at the Cat Wash Center. My boy “Tubs” was shaved into a lion cut and then bathed. He came out looking so handsome and smelled amazing ! Wonderful, competent woman who genuinely cares about the animals she serves. We were thoroughly impressed by her set-up and efficiency. Very professional and skillful in her work. The one caveat I would make is that we were ushered out of the house very quickly the minute she found a flea on our cat. We didn’t know he had any fleas, but our service was abruptly cut short without explanation the minute one was detected on our animal. I understand the need to keep the environment safe, but a gentle explanation as to why we were forced to leave so quickly would have been helpful, as I left feeling a bit embarrassed. All things considered, though, I can’t say anything negative about this business because they do quality work with passion.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate Cat Wash and Gilza. I have a big boy (cat) that is just too heavy for me to handle by myself anymore. He gets mats. I really needed help. Gilza was so sweet and understood. She came to my rescue. Now my big boy looks like a lion and not only is he a good lookin boy again he is so happy, I'm happy. My two cats have been to the Cat Wash Center twice now. Both are very timid, scaredy cats, but Gilza has such a way with calming them down, and I so appreciate that, am sure my cats do too. They've had their nails done twice since I've been taking them to Gilza, and today they got a bath. I think they feel pretty, at first they were mad at me, but now it's like they're two different prima donas. They look and feel wonderful! Can't say enough on how happy I am to have found the Cat Wash Center. Already have them scheduled for their next grooming.

Gilza is AMAZING! She is always so caring and loving to our kitties. We have four very medium/long fluffy haired cats and after their grooming, they smell and feel amazing for weeks. They never seem distressed when we pick them up and have even went back for pets after they’ve been groomed, so I know they feel safe with her. She is so communicative during appointments and always sends us pictures of them during the process. My cats are my world I am thankful I found her, they’ve never been cleaner and I feel so comfortable with the Cat Wash Center. I strongly recommend them to anyone with cats! 🐾

I was really disappointed with the grooming service my cat received after dropping her off. I was messaged an Hour later, saying I’d have to pay more because she had additional matting, but you were already shaving Her mats are not so I don’t understand why the price suddenly changed. A flat rate should be a flat rate! It felt really unfair to raise the price while my cat was already in your care. Of course I felt pressured to say yes on top of that. My Persian tail was shaved. There was no reason for that. Her tail could have easily been brushed out. I paid $170 and for that price I expected better care attention to detail brushing out The tail is basic grooming not something that should be skipped. It came across as careless and lazy, especially considering how much I paid overall, I was extremely unsatisfied with the service for anyone considering taking their pet here I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience did not reflect the quality or professionalism I expected.

Gliza is an amazing groomer. I’ve never brought my cats to a groomer before so I was a bit skeptical leaving them with her but she sent me pictures during, communicated very well, she wanted the boys to be comfortable and was so patient with them. She doesn’t force the cats to do anything which is so important to me. My boys looked amazing when I picked them up, she deshedded them, washed, and did a sanitary shave, all for an amazing price. I’m so impressed and will be returning in a couple months.!

We were turned away by another groomer before and told there was no way they could brush let alone bath my kitty. The man said she wouldn’t “let” him even near her. I will NEVER take my cat Sheba, to anyone other than the car wash center again. . :) Was very very pleased with their excellent service, and they even sent photos during her visit! Gilza took amazing care of our boy Conway! He's not the greatest about using the litter box properly and I could not keep up with the grooming after a week of him having tummy issues 👀. Gilza was more than happy to clean him up for me. He got a nice bath and a lion cut. He was not thrilled, but he smelled so clean and has a nice fresh start on his fur! Loved getting progress pictures too! So happy with their grooming and wish we weren't moving cuz I would absolutely be back!

This was my first time taking my cats to Gliza just a little over a week ago. I’m honestly amazed by the wonderful job this groomer did with my cats! They were so gentle and patient, as well as keeping me updated during their time with Gliza and it really shows — my cats came back looking, smelling, and feeling so much nicer as well as COMPLETELY DRY. Whatever magic they use kept them calm and comfortable, because the car ride home was surprisingly peaceful instead of the usual agitation. I’m so grateful for their care and will definitely be back!
