I would definitely give her 5 stars, but the only issue was punctuality. I wasn’t done at the time she first told me. But it understood and wasn’t in a rush. Other than that, she is a really nice lady doing a really good job with cars. One week later, my car is still spotless on the outside. Would recommend her for sure

Cassie did the interior of my car and it is absolutely spotless. My sad little sedan has endured years of abuse to the upholstery and even spots on the ceiling from hauling things and people and critters in the back seat as if it were a pickup. Now it looks and smells like it never even happened. Stains are gone and it has the "this car is truly deeply clean" new car smell, not the "this car has been doused in 'new car' perfume" smell. Very impressed. She was awesome: flexible enough to get me in with drop-off service the same day I called while juggling three kids at home. She's a force to be reckoned with, I'd say.

I dropped off my van to have the headlights restored. I was told it would be done the same day. When the pick-up time was near, she sent a text asking if it was OK to wait until noon the next day. I said ok. I had notified her before taking it in, that I was on a schedule. I need to drop the van off in Philidelphia by a certain time so my son's band can begin their tour. I showed up at noon the next day, as agreed upon, only to find out she hadn't even begun to work on it. I got some excuse about being really busy. I say if you can't deliver on-time, don't promise it will be done at a specific time. And if, for some reason the customer does agree on a delay, you CERTAINLY don't ask for a second delay! I was told to come back in 2 hours. I told her to call me when it was done, so I didn't waste another trip to her shop. Well, 3.5 hours go by with no word. I sent a text asking if it was done. It was. She failed to call to let me know. I went to pick up the van and there is still some cloudiness. With no time to let her fix it, I accepted it. No offer of a discount, just excuses. Now, because of these delays, I am forced to make the 22.5 hour drive to Philly straight through. No time to stop for the night and get some rest. I can not recommend her, simply because of the unprofessional nature of her business. I will never use her service again. I will pay more to go somewhere else.
