I guess a new owner bought this place and now charges $10 extra for crossovers. Not even SUVs a crossover. When pushed on it the staff was very rude. Not only do this they charge extra they actually do a an awful job. I would stay away from here at all cost. They staff is bad ownership bad and there are much better places. Lastly, cheapest car wash where you can get your car vacuumed is $55 if a crossover. Utterly ridiculous!

Great customer service and they usually do a pretty good job. However they dropped the ball tremendously today. Apparently they Had problems with the water pressure system and never opened up at 8 a.m. I got there at 8:50 a.m. not realizing what time they actually opened. I assumed from the long line of cars that they opened up at 9. So I'm waiting and waiting. Wasn't until 9:10 a.m. that I started to question what the heck was going on. I saw the guys standing around drinking coffee and on their phones and thought that was pretty strange. Stayed in line and called in to the place and was told by the woman that they're having problems with their water system for the past hour and something and haven't been able to get it fixed. I suggested she come out and then at least inform the customers which she was very nice. But still no one ever came out to inform anyone. It's that I took it upon myself to go to all of the cars online and explain to them what was going on. They were pretty pissed off to the no one came out to say anything. Horrible communication for such a great place to get your car washed. So I'm keeping them at four stars as not to hurt their rating. But they definitely need to do better with customer service when there's a problem. And I wouldn't have to post this publicly if they at least had a website you can go to on Google and send them your complaint. This place needs to step it up. I know it's in Newark but have more respect for the beautiful people of Newark when it comes to running your business.

They was ok if you're in a hurry but it was only one other car and myself. Didn't mind the $28 dollars but They did not do a good job on the inside.. they could of been a little more detailed like cleaning the console in the car properly, I went in becuz I spilled coffee in the cup holder, I soaked up most of it with a napkin but the sticky stuff was still there. Maybe I'll try them again one more time before I move on.

Great job. A lil sloppy on the windows and had to ask someone to dry the back of my vehicle but otherwise nice job. Car looks fantastic. I got the Royal flush. Mats were washed dash was dusted and protectant applied.

first time using the car wash facility, I normally go here for oil changes only. received a 1/2 off coupon so I had my car cleaned which was much needed. i selected the $16 option. they did a great job, then even got up some of the stain that was on my carpet on the driver side from my mechanic... I paid $8.. it rain all this week n my car still looks clean n the windows ate spotless! all i needed to do was clean the around the dash with cleaner.. car looks great

Service is inconsistent: they open late (after the advertised time) and close early (before the advertised time), so it doesn’t make sense to expect a car wash in the morning or evening hours. Customer service is blah.🤨 They’re not focused on customer satisfaction because they work 7days per week (as the manager explained). I would not recommend buying an over priced membership since they make it hard to extract the value out of it. Moreover, last wash I got was semi-clean.

Great car wash, all by hand and very reasonably priced (2nd highest option is only $20). They also offer student discounts. Just try to avoid going on weekends because it gets really busy. They also offer inspections and oil changes along with a store for basic car wash stuff (generic wiper blades, assorted air fresheners, chargers, etc).

HORRIBLE Customer service !! The charge $90 for a monthly plan which states unlimited washes! They have a team that halfway cleans your vehicle , missing obvious areas that need cleaning and if you try and take it back to get cleaned they don’t allow and tell you , you have to pay again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Spend your money elsewhere!

It was very very bad experience at Casino Car Wash. The team has no skills for the job they are doing and have least commitment and sincerity to what they are charging. I had bought a comprehensive package (all services included) for my car, but it was not cleaned/vacuumed internally, least expectation like cleaning glasses, carpets, seats and wipe wet areas was not done. I DO NOT recommend Car cleaning services at Casino. The cleaning team do not understand the meaning of cleaning hence its not worth trying car cleaning at Casino. I also opted for under-chassis wash for cleaning salt/soil deposit and this was not done. Not recommended for car washing services!

After coming here for 7 years, they scratched up my brand new car. Cops came and said it didn’t show up how it happened on camera. They didn’t wanna let me see the cams but ok. Also, horrible job on this $48 mini “detail”.

Prices are more than fair, hand wash is fantastic, location is good, discounts available are very nice. they are quick, very friendly, and i'll definitely have to return. Usually I am quite hesitant to take to a car wash since I normally hand wash myself. But i'll gladly pay $25 to save me 1-2 hours.

Wow. They wash it by hand and dry it by hand. For $10. I just fell in love with the color of my car all over again! They load it with soap.. hand wash preserves the paint.. dry it so thoroughly.. it's really worth the money. Plus, most of the staff is so nice! This is my go-to car wash from now on.

I would advise people to not use this car wash as they have cracked my windshield. These people don’t wash your car with care and love. They wipe down your wheels and windshield with a brush attached to a pole. The guys cleaned a little too hard and broke my windshield. And the ceramic coating sucks. They couldn’t be bothered to apply it to the top of my car. Shiny on the sides, dim on top. Only positive is the student discount they offer and nice staff.

I waited in line for about 45min for a car wash. Once my car was washed, a trim piece was missing from my car but the manager was not able to find it or provide any type of concession.
