Carwash was pretty much worthless. They kind of spray it off at the beginning and dry it at the end but it seems to mostly be rubbing in the dirt before and after. I bypassed the dryer to do it myself and there was alot of grime all over the car. Couldn't see out of the backup cam still.

Extremely pleased with the touchless car wash. The guy sprayed down the entire car & scrubbed the windshield before I started down the track. After the dryer was done a guy did a great job of wiping dry the car. Definitely left them a tip & will use this carwash again!

My mom went in to buy a lottery ticket 06/24/2024 , a worker by the name of Justin was ”helping” her. She said went in and said she wanted to buy a lottery ticket, he goes well what’s the name and she said I forgot the name but it draws tonight. Justin said “well a lot of them draw tonight” he walked away and said to his co worker “buch hair cut” my mom lost her hair due to breast cancer and just finished up chemo 5 months ago. It’s so sick. I will no longer go to Casey’s anymore, I’d rather drive to quick trip then be around someone who would treat someone like that. Horrid customer service. She was not at all rude or disrespectful to him she just simply forgot the name and then was made fun of. we did not end up buying the ticket and left.

This is only a rating for the car wash and the staff inside the gas station. Like half the people here do a good job. There’s a younger kid usually at the end of the wash that’s supposed to do tire shine, but never remembers. Nor does he use clean towels to dry off your vehicle like they’re supposed to. If you have a Casey’s car wash membership to the one off dodge. They do a better job.

Came in today and asked if the pumps are able to be used and she was really rudder about it and came outside to the pumps and looked at them and said ya idk what those are and came to the pumps where I was at and smacked the paper on the pump and said ya that’s for atm use and said everything rude and the whole interaction was rude and the way she went about it was really unprofessional.

Best car wash in town, BUT...pumps don't allow contactless payment at the pump despite prominent sticker advertising it, thus increasing risk of credit card data theft.

Touchless Carwash was amazing. They took their time before starting it to spray down the car and presoak it. At the end they wiped down all the mirrors, glass, and areas that had water left. More thorough than most carwashes. It can definitely depend on which employee does it but the times I’ve been there most of them are great.

Called in to ask if they can simply make a cheese pizza to put in the warmer my child cant eat meat but also we dont need an entire pizza. We have done this multiple times with no issue and now it is “company police” that they cant do this. We called a different store directly after and they said they can do it right away! Disappointing that this happened wont be going back to this store.

It's dirty everywhere. Outside in the parking, the bathroom, all the floors, and the coffee makers has interesting ecosystem developing under the grate. One of the employees was walking by and over heard me talking to myself about the mess and they shook their head for a a longtime. I was starting to wonder if their head would start spinning. For whom it may concern if you hear a complaint you should find out what you can do to make it right. Also maybe stop chatting with co-workers and get busy cleaning. Most people can clean and talk at the same time.

The worst Casey’s pizza I have had in years. Ordered a pizza tonight, it literally has no crust. Apparently the person who thought to make it figured people want a crustless pizza. The worst part is it’s like they stacked the most cheese in the middle making it a mountain of cheese slop. The dough does not feel like it cooked all the way due to the shear mountain of cheese on it. Avoid this location if you are looking for good Casey’s pizza. The inside of this location also had open boxes on the sales floor that appeared to be full of trash. The employees were nice but the pizza was terrible unfortunately.

Bad car wash. Takes 20+ minutes if there’s a small line. I just don understand why they need someone to spray the car and scrub it prior to even getting the car wash. The whole point of a touchless wash is to not get the paint touched. Doing all of that adds so much time. Also paid for the highest package and never got everything that was advertised. Just canceled my membership after a year to go to Tommy’s Express.
