I was near empty on gas. All I needed was a drink and To fill up but the workers closed the doors at 10:50pm. Yeah it was close to 11pm (closing time) but I had no other choice. I’m certain they saw my car and did see me walking towards the door, just to lock it up early. Thanks a lot.....

This store constantly closes early. It's really frustrating when you live across the street and they close 15 minutes early. Lazy employees who have no concern for customer service. I now go out of my way NOT to patronize this store. Good job.

Terrible service. 7 or 8 people in line only being helped by one person while another employee walked around and acted busy. I left cause I couldn’t wait in line, I also saw two other employees outside smoking out front. This was not the first time I have experienced terrible service at this location.

I was having the worst day and I realized that I forgot my cell phone. I asked a Casey's worker named Jerol if I could use his cell phone hesitantly. Thinking "there is no way. I am in Omaha and you are lucky if they will let you use the store phone in most gas stations, Right???" Well, he said to me (in a very friendly tone) "sure it isnt a problem." I said "you can watch me, I just wanted to redeem my Casey's points to use for cash, and of course, I forgot my phone at home". He replied "it is ok, here, take my phone, and use it". I was so surprised at how friendly and trusting he was to me. I live in Blair, NE and you can't even find that sort-of kindness (most of the time) in Blair, Omaha or the other counties around. He turned my very awful day into a much brighter day!!! I called the store this morning and they said that he is already a manager ...well I believe that he deserves a good bonus for a job WELL-DONE! Thank you Jerol you really made my day 😊 Your satisfied customer, HEATHER

Easily the WORST Casey’s in town. There was a line with one register open and 3 employees behind counter, only one on register. Then to make it worse the checker cards me for cigarettes...I’m 46 and look it. It’s a “convenience” and nothing about it is convenient! I left and went to Buckys...cheaper smokes, Monster, and the cashiers can tell the difference between an over 40 year old and a kid.

They are always low staff on the car washes, so you will often wait there waiting for someone to direct you into the car wash. No one pays attention to you. Better luck at 168th location, they are practically waiting for you to come in at your service!

I have always been pleased with their carwashes until today. The prewash guy and the drier guy both missed lots of dirt towards the bottom of my car and over the rear wheel wells. Didn't get a picture of those.

Five stars for the simple fact that this is the only Casey's I've found so far that has a touch touchless carwash, as well as attendants at the start and finish to prime and hand dry your vehicle. Bring cash so you can tip them because they do a great job!

Horrible experience and I will NEVER go to this Casey's again! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I bough the most expensive car wash and ran my truck through their wash this afternoon (3/2/23). When I got home I looked at my truck and was disappointed to see that my truck was filthy and hardly any dirt was removed by the wash. I called Casey's and talked to the "kitchen manager". She had the audacity tell me, "if your vehicle was really dirty then it would still be dirty when it was done being washed". I told her that is not correct and I asked if I could stop by tomorrow and get a refund with my receipt. She got very sarcastic and then hung up on me. The car wash is rip-off and does not work. Save your money and get your vehicle washed elsewhere.

Came a week ago for a car wash. When checking out, we were told to honk if no employee was at the car wash & someone would come out. We honked several times, even got out to see if anyone was around. No one ever came. The line inside at the register was so long we & we were in a bit of a hurry, so we decided that we’d come back another time. Came back this morning, the line to the car wash was several cars deep & not moving. The person in the front of the line finally got out, walked inside the store and then a few employees walked over and things started moving. Just got home and looked at my car and there’s several spots that are still dirty. Just a big hassle to get a car wash that didn’t even get my car completely clean.

Want ads blasted in your face as you pump gas? I don't. I'll go somewhere else from now on that doesn't try to sell me something when I'm already buying something.

Very rude service. Making customers feel dumb and worthless. Had to help a gentleman out because he grabbed the wrong medium cup and the lady was going to charge him double for the wrong cup when the correct cup wasn’t even stocked. It’s just the little things that make a big difference be kind. Plus his English wasn’t the best and making fun of him not being able to see/read the small print labels and saying “medium, right here can’t you see” in such a belittling voice.

Y’all ran out of gas and didn’t think to put up signs? I had an issue with my transaction and the technician came out and just expected me to know you guys were out of everything except 93 and that was “dangerously low”. He said I don’t know what to tell you, there’s nothing I can do about it then walked away. I had to help an elderly gentleman that had the same issue I had because again, NO SIGNS. Now there’s a card hold on my account for literally nothing and bogus customer service. Ought to pay me for doing your team’s job.

WONT GIVE YOU A FORK. Even with a purchase of a food item and other things. This Casey’s hoards their forks like OTC prescriptions. Weird hill to die on for something that cost pennies.

Blond lady in the gray Casey’s sweatshirt at the front cashier counter is EXTREMELY rude. I did not catch her name, but she was chewing gum loudly, barely paid any attention to me, focused on counting her cigarettes instead of checking out her customers and kept trying to rush me out with a RUDE ATTITUDE. All I wanted was my morning coffee, not a crappy attitude & service.

I come here almost everyday and the blonde woman in the grey Casey’s sweatshirt is very kind and helpful. I’ve seen some of what she has to deal with from rude customers and the way she holds it together is impressive. I honestly feel like it’s part of our routine seeing her and gives me this “ we’re all in this together “ mindset. She’s remembers my coworkers and I and we joke and laugh with her. Great worker she should get a promotion in my opinion.
