I love this casey's! They are always friendly and helpful. They could definitely use a bit more selection of snacks but they're not too bad. Usually in and out pretty quickly even when they're busy.

What's the point of them hiring someone for the carwash if they never pre wash your car? They pretty much are useless it's not a hard car wash to line your tire up with the wash its just like any other one without an attendant. Are they just hired to stare at you. They also are more expensive. I'll be going to a cheaper one that washes just as well

They have 3 different types of breakfast pizza! The vegi breakfast pizza beats expectations. The kitchen staff friendly and fast while maintaining food and COVID regulations. Great job. The cashiers are friendly and very speedy.

Unacceptable wait time for my food. I did an online order at 6:51pm for a 20 piece buffalo wings and the Estimated pick up time was 7:11pm. I showed up at 7:11pm and was informed that it might be a few more minutes. That is ok, estimated time to me is +/-3 minutes. 7:22pm comes around and he handed me a 10 piece. I had to wait a total of 24 minutes (7:35pm) in the store for my order that should have been done around 7:11pm.

Little after 1pm, nothing but pizza out and looks terrible. No tenderloins, only white bread for subs. 7 people standing behind the register, Terrible kitchen operation out of any Casey's I've been to within the Cedar Rapids area.

Food! Since the new chicken sandwich has hit the ready-to-go section I am always on the lookout for this item. Today I stopped by my local store during the evening pizza rush and even though a clever passerby had already grabbed the sandwich I was looking for, I had a fresh new one in my hands only minutes later. Thanks for being not only engaging but serving the best chicken sandwich around!

It's clean and has the normal stuff you would expect at a gas station. The Food for carryout is great. The pizza is 4 stars. The tenderloins are outstanding. 5 stars. Prices are high. Gas station normal.

Third Sunday in a row I tried to order a breakfast pizza from here with half the shredded cheese and a little extra bake time. They argued with me on the phone about how it's going to burn the eggs and will not be what I want. I said just want to order my bacon breakfast pizza this way. Again I'm told that it's going to not be what I want. I call to the next Casey's, they are happy as hell to make it and it turns out perfect every time. I just wish I didn't have to drive past a Casey's to another Casey's because the close Casey's argues with you P.S This is one of the cleanest Casey's I've been into in a long time!! A lot of the other stores should take a better look at this one

Short version: air pump is broken, charged me money, manager gave me attitude. Air pump was broken. When I went in to let someone know the manager said in a crappy tone "ain't nothing we can do about it". Perhaps there's a method to open a ticket with maintenance? Maybe a manager higher up she could inform? Either way, she needs retraining in both policy and tone of voice. Especially if you're charging for air. Didn't ask for anything, no refund, no discount. Will never stop at this Casey's again.

Pro: Cleanest Casey's ever. Con: The worst pizza we have ever had from Casey's. We always order from our small town Casey's and never have any issues. We were traveling into CR and decided to grab pizza on our way out of town. Large Taco and Large supreme. The taco had very little chips on it, and they were stale. The pizza tasted funny, and none of my kids wanted to eat it. The supreme needed to be cooked longer, it was still very doughy in the middle. Super disappointed when we know we can go elsewhere and spend less for more, but we won't be back to this Casey's for pizza any time soon. It was awful.

I’ve never had issues buying stuff here but usually stay away from the food lol, however… If you’ve been holding your pee for 30 minutes on a long drive and stop here to go to the bathroom maybe just keep holding it until you get a kidney infection because I’m sure that’d be better than this bathroom 😂

Worst customer service and unprofessional. I ordered a breakfast pizza online. Then when I arrived to the store 20 minutes later, the woman working in the kitchen says that she did not see the online order. Even though there was a online order receipt posted on their hanger for the cook to prepare. So, I had to wait another 20 minutes, and the woman who failed to see the online order simply tells me "here you go". No apologies and very rude like somehow this was my fault. I'm not impressed!

12 people in line one cashier , kitchen person finally came to help Very rude slammed register shut before he gave me my $10 cash back then had to ask other guy how to open it . Other was asking me why , then very slowly pulled 10 out only to have the other man yank it and throw it at me . Then asked about where Maverick was and why I didn't shop there next time Everyone in line applauded me when I had asked if anyone could help the guy on register.

I ordered a wrap along with other things paid for it then it was delivered they forgot my wrap and when I called he wanted me to come get it I said I'm on oxygen so no I can't and he didn't know what to tell me and I cussed him out and told him to have his manager call me all he could say was door dash delivered it not ok I will call them to come back since u already paid for it

Well I really didn't want to have to do this, but after the experience over the phone with the kitchen manager, I am here. As you can tell by the picture, the cutting of the pizza was less than stellar. I decided to call the store to let them know, so they could use this as a coaching opportunity. I wasn't looking for a different pizza, wasn't looking for my money back. But after the "We have a lot of trainees right now", "We have a lot of pizzas going out right now." and other excuses, I felt the problem was bigger than the cutting job. The kitchen manager really didn't care to take my call. I felt she wasn't listening, nor offering solutions, or thanking me for taking the time to inform her. As the kitchen manager if you have trainees in there, and you're busy, you should probably be double checking their work and ensuring it's to the standards set by the company that employs you. She asked if I would like to speak with the store manager, it was beyond that at that point. Needed to be addressed a little higher than the store manager.
