I love this touchless car wash. I get my car relatively clean compared to the car wash locations that use brushes. However, the only drawback is that it can get quite expensive during the winter months due to road salt, compared to the automatic car washes that have no limit monthly subscriptions.

The automatic wash did a fairly good job cleaning my car. All that was left was the buildup on the windshield that wasn't caught by the wipers. I did mine over a month ago and it kept up fairly well. I will note, I used their highest wash setting (includes wax and RainX). They recommend wiping the car down manually afterwards. There is air at the end that blows most of the water off the car. I brought a bunch of microfiber towels with me. My only complaint is that there's barely any room to park the car to dry it off. I'd recommend coming during off hours to wash and wipe down the car. Regardless, I do recommend and will be back.

The only car was ill go to. No brushes so it doesn't scratch the clearcoat on my car and has two lanes so sometimes there is a wait but it has multiple wash options and cool lights/colors. The spot free rinse is great too.

My favorite car wash business. When close to home I go to Englewood and when out running errands south of town I go to the Kettering one. I won’t go anywhere else because obvious spots are missed at other places.

I bought a new SUV back in May of this year and just can't bring myself to use a car wash with brushes. I normally bucket-wash it at home in the driveway. As the colder temps are here now I'm forced to using a drive-thru car wash. I drove 13 mi. (Troy) to try this car wash for the very first time. I selected the premium-level wash was extremely impressed with my SUV's wash WITHOUT using brushes. My review lacked only one star, as I wish the dryers lasted a few more seconds, or were just a bit more thorough. I will definitely return, as I think this might be the best brushless car wash closest to my home.

Love this car wash! I live in Springfield and miss living near this car wash. I work in Dayton (for now) and made a trip after work today, my Chevy Trax needed a desperate wash! Love it and worth the trip! Thank you to whoever was there servicing or checking it out, very friendly! The machine to choose your wash and pay was down but was told I could get a free wash. I am super thankful! Amazing place to get a clean. Love the new equipment.

1 hour wait, $15 car wash only to have $120 worth of damage done to my vehicle due to the over powerful dryers. The amount of profanity Clarence used during my husband and his conversation is appalling, he is extremely rude, disrespectful and dishonest. Would never recommend this car wash to anyone. Edit. Not a bug deflector what so ever. Secondly must have missed him pointing to the policy sign as this was a phone call and not in person discussion. My bad :) Didn’t realize being diplomatic was talking over the customer any time they spoke and cussing at them.

It's hard to rate this car wash simply for one reason: you have to have cash because ninety percent of the time the card reader doesn't work. Follow the directions doesn't help. It will not read the card. When you remember to go to the bank ATM and get cash, it works. Frustrating. Have to find another place that reads the bank cards.

Not that great, knocked down the heavy dirt but still didnt get my car clean Update 9-26-19 So I got ahold of the owner who was very nice and gave me a free wash, asked me to try them again, so I did just now, drove home and did my inspection, first off, the sides of my car are super clean, but...... the hood and rear bumper are not clean at all. I have attached pictures of the hood and front bumper, the clean lines are from my fingers wiping across the hood to show the difference. I am gonna give 3 stars because the owner was very nice and did give me a free wash. The bug on my bumper was there before I hit the wash and still there after.

The new system they’ve installed is horrible… Don’t waste your time and money….The system leaves a residue on my truck that makes it look worse than before I came… By the way, regardless of what that the owner is trying to say… I finished the wash cycle, this is not user error… I’ve visited this establishment quite frequently and take it as an insult to insinuate I don’t know how to utilize an auto-car wash… It says to fold in mirrors on large trucks… I don’t have a large truck that needs the mirrors folded and my mirrors aren’t the issue here

I’ve been using cascade for the last year since I moved to Union. I have LOVED using this car wash! My husband has a monthly membership at another wash in town and I never want to go anywhere besides cascade! This morning I went for the first time since they installed the new equipment and I got the $14 wash. I was not impressed. I noticed during the wash that it seemed like there was no true high pressure rinse like there had been previously. I left with bugs still on the front of my car. Normally when I’d use this wash my car came out spotless! I might give it one more try with the new equipment, but today was disappointing.

The owner was actually here and he gave me a free car wash once I explained everything about my experience with the South location. He said my car looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Very nice car wash, cleaned my car up nicely! Much cheaper than flying aces, only downside is that it might take longer in line but the quality is well worth the wait! They also take pretty good care of the facility. The water hoses also do a pretty good job getting dirt off my car, 5 stars!
