Our family has been bringing our cars to this shop for over a year now. The owners, Alex and Enrique, are hardworking, sincere, and truly care about the quality of their service—a rare quality in businesses these days. In our home, we embrace the principle of striving for excellence rather than perfection. While perfection may be momentarily achievable, it is not sustainable. Excellence, however, is both attainable and maintainable. It allows for the unpredictability of circumstances and outcomes while fostering growth, conviction, and character. To those sharing negative reviews: Did you communicate your concerns with them so they had the chance to address them? I ask because, in the beginning, I also encountered some aspects of the cleaning process that didn’t meet my expectations. After a couple of weeks, I returned to speak with them about my experience. Their receptiveness and genuine care left a lasting impression. Since then, I’ve come back numerous times, and every visit has reinforced my trust in their service. I make it a habit to inspect my car before leaving, and whenever I’ve pointed out missed spots or areas needing attention, they’ve responded with gratitude and promptly made adjustments. Loyalty is often misunderstood. Many claim to be loyal when things are effortless, but true loyalty shines through when challenges arise—be it in personal relationships or professional interactions. This experience provided me an opportunity to offer feedback and foster growth. For Alex and Enrique, it became a chance to express their gratitude for their customers and continually refine their craft. Simply put, I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else.

I went there yesterday to have my car cleaned. I spoke to Henrique, who’s very friendly and I told him I was looking specifically for an inside cleaning, with my biggest concern being the dogs hair, from the previous owner. He told me there was an extra fee for that, I agreed and he said the car would be ready in 1h ~ish. This is how I got the car back after 1:50h. Very disappointed. Won’t go back.

I had a great experience with Carwash Optimus! They took me in same day, gave my truck a 2.5 hour detail inside and out, and after driving cross country, the vehicle looked brand new - they even included a wax job…all for only $110. Highly recommended for professional service, communication, very easy to find, and much better pricing than a lot of others in the area. I will be back for sure, and you should too!
