Horrendous approach to customer service, cooperation or even the slightest hint of we care about your concern. Complete lack of empathy and understanding of what actual customer service is. Have been going here for YEARS, and will never return. Very unfortunate that the level of unprofessional behavior and attitude lets a business like this suffer.

Their service sucks. I had a member ship with them for 2 months and canceled because I was moving out of town. Randomly today 4 months later I received a charge for the membership. I went in in person to cancel my membership and took a picture of proof. Idk where the picture went but again I wasn’t worried about being charged because it’s been 4 months. I called to dispute it and the lady on the phone basically told me I just had to ride this month out that they won’t refund me because it apparently wasn't terminated. When I brought up that I went in to terminate it that I haven’t been charged in months she basically just kept saying oh well. I live no where near the valley anymore and I’m paying for a membership I won’t even be able to use.

Nice and quick service, just think that they overdo it with the leather conditioner like all the non leather surfaces of my interior are so oily I have to go over it with wipes

Shocking service by Christina (sp?). Opted for a 2 month promotional $5 car wash service on 10th January 2024. 2 days prior to the service ending (today, 8th March 2024), I phoned up aiming to cancel the service, however was then told that the service has to not only be cancelled in person, but also has to be issued 5 days prior to the 2 month period ending. Both of these “verbal policies” are sprung upon me in my bid to try and cancel the service and were never disclosed in person. I knew I would be out of the country towards the end of this 2 month promotional trial ending, and would never have opted in for it if I were told that the cancellation could only occur in person. Christina was of no help, extremely rude on the phone and hung up without any form of customer service facing courtesy when I informed them (read informed, not exclaimed or angrily stated) that we would take this up with our credit card company. Please avoid this business that locks you in with make believe policies that are not disclosed in full at the time of purchase.

Had to tell the supervisor my car was not clean and to have cleaned. Even then they took their time and I waited an hour. The cashier want going to give me a reason check. I then said why not, you didn't clean it right the first time. It's dad they used to have outstanding service. For the price I paid I could have gone elsewhere and gotten a better job and service for the money.

Best place to have a full service (with interior vacuum service) car wash in the McAllen area. They also dry your car by hand using soft towels which I appreciate at the end, and all at a fair price. Will be coming again.

I take my cars several times a week! 👌The Staff Is Great, can't say the same for what I can assume is the manager.. NO HOSPITALITY PRESENCE WITH HIM! He just walks around from station to station with demands from individuals without any care of the customers in the vicinity who you can hear his comments and tone.. - if for whatever reason he needs to get his employees attention he should have the courtesy to pull aside and not do it for other customers...

Absolutely terrible job. $70 for a Fiat 500 detail and left the inside virtually untouched. I have pictures of what a terrible job they did.

I came here expecting my vehicle to be clean (July 12) but mostly my tires I even talked with the manager (Alex) and told him my expectations and he ensured me that he would make sure they focus on that but all that time he was just standing in a little corner not doing anything while the other workers where moving around doing the other vehicles I can’t believe that they put that person as the manager they took more than an hour to finish my vehicle I understand he is an older person and he might of been tired but he can’t just be a whole hour just standing there I’m never coming back

Went in to get a smell out of my car with a shampoo. Once there, they offered a detail package which included shampooing the carpet as well as the seats, interior, sure vents, and every nook and cranny one never notices to leave looking "brand new" for $230". Six hours later (3 hrs longer than what they'd said), my car was still not ready. I went to the back where I saw my kids' car seats thrown about on the floor, books of mine were carelessly on the floor and getting wet, the cover to my spare tire was warped and messed up, both car make and dealership emblems were accidentally knocked off (and are still missing), there was black oil residue on one side of the car, and the inside 😏: spots on upholstery had not been cleaned as they said, door panels were still stained, cup holders were dirty, and there was dirty grime still around knobs and buttons. This was a $40 cleaning at best, not the "amazing detailing [I would love]" I was sold on and paid $230 for. I complained, and after about 30 minutes of having to prove the lackluster job through pictures, since my word was not trusyedu, the owner finally approved a $30 gift card-- which they expected me to use towards them doing the job I was promised, the next day. This was not the way to resolve this as it involved me having to come back and spend MORE time out of my day so *they* could complete the job. A considerable discount should have been made as compensation for taking twice as long and not even doing what they promised. Period. But, the owner said he'd just have them do the job, free of charge (well, of course!). I expected a spotless detailing, since they'd now cleaned my car for a total of 9 hours in two visits, but it was not. They were not able to reapply the emblems on my car, and kept them both. Also, the smell was not gone, and worse, it now smelled musty and rotten! But, I left because I didn't want to deal with them anymore or waste more time. I had to drive with, and keep my windows open for days to dry out all the moisture and clear out the smell, which undid any cleaning they had done 😕. It took a month for the smell to go away. Needless to say, I will not be going back, and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I signed up as a member for $26 a month which is good because I can go anytime I want. The only problem is that they don’t clean it all too well! just take a look at the pics.

Ok here we go. The manager did call me back and offered a refund or to fix the problem. They initially did not vacuum inside properly. There was stuff i didnt even get the car dirty w to begin with. The floor matts had puddles of water. And thats bc my carpets under matts are clean from when i drove it off dealership when i bought it. I asked them to fix it. They did NOT. They didn't do rims or front of car. It had bugs still. The headlights were dirty. I will never ever go back. DO NOT GO HERE. I WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY AFTERNOON THERE. and i ended up doing it myself. $21 thrown away. Im glad they refunded bc I ENDED UP DOING IT MYSELF. MY RIMS ARE STILL DIRTY W HANDPRINTS ON GLASS. AND STREAKS OF RUNOFF WATER ON WINDSHIELD.

They do a fantastic job and the price isn’t high either. I usually tip ($3) the person washing it and still pay about $25 for the full package, I think it’s a little more if you have full sized truck. Definitely recommend and also they offer a guarantee where of it rains within 24hrs you can always bring your receipt and they’ll wash it again for free.

A few months ago, you would’ve thought this place was going downhill, both in service and work quality. But now, you can clearly see it’s under new management and the difference is noticeable in everything, from the way you’re greeted to the overall quality of service. It’s a complete 360 turnaround. I’m really glad the owner took action, because they were close to losing a loyal customer. I was right on the verge of giving up on this place, but the improvements have truly changed my mind.

I paid $60 for a full-service wash and speed wax, and the results were very disappointing. The interior was not properly vacuumed, with visible debris left on the floors and in the crevices. Surfaces still had dust and spots that should have been wiped down as part of a full-service package. For the price, I expected careful attention to detail, but the cleaning appeared rushed and incomplete. The attached photos show the condition of my car immediately after the service. This level of quality does not justify the cost, and I would not return based on this experience.
