I have a monthly payment of $55.00, and I am sorry to say I maybe dropping. 1- there personnel don't use a step latter when drying & doing sunroof glass, 2- poor vacuuming, 3rd- later in the day you can see swirling when they cleaned the windows, and I have to bring to have redone, 4- when we had rain for entire month and they were close, the owner or Manger would not prorated the cost. I hope they this because I am not the customer whom feels this way.

Been a monthly membership holder for 3 years. Attendant said car was "too dirty" to go into the wash. Then the attendant said... ok well put it through but we are not liable if you damage the car behind you because dirt sticking to the rollers. What the hell does that mean, you going to put the blame on me lol I asked how can you guys prove im the one responsible for something like that... He said, "because we wash the rollers everyday" So, long story short, I canceled my membership, never going back.

Close earlier than time stated. I drove Saturday at 4:45 pm 8/16 they were closed cones were out. So I tried going the next day a little earlier at 4:00 pm, Same thing cones were out which makes it frustrated.

I paid $65 for hand wash and wax but they washed it with automatic car wash, when I informed them they said will wash hand washing and wax and will give you the different, they gave me the different money but not wax. Very disappointed no trust any more I went back to this car wash again a person charged me $100.00 I said never paid this much even you don’t have on your price list it cost $ 100.00 he said it’s hand wash and wax I said I never paid 100 always I paid $65.00 for my car hand wash and waxing he gave me -$20.00 I paid $80.00 still I am not happy with price it’s out of their price, he said next time when you come back I will give you a discount I said no worries about next time I never paid more than $65.00 he gave me -$30 which I paid only for hand wash $50. 00 I know it’s not the price for only hand wash to pay $50.00 very bad customer service and you need to watch what you get to be charged technically, they are a cheater

I will not take my car here. Bad service!! My hand wash, only the drive side on outside was clean. Passage side was not clean, there was mud shoes print step on the passenger inside doorway ane nothing inside was clean.

Horrible Car wash!! Vacuuming job was horrible. Did not wipe down any interior. I was told that is detailing. My rims are still dirty! I will never go there again!

Went in for my first time and spent 45$ they did not properly vacuum the interior of my vehicle and seats and door panels were not even wiped down. Then have the audacity to claim i didnt pay for my car wash even after i showed them my receipt. Will never return here again

They do a crap job!! I purchased a membership for $65. My car was returned to me dirty. I ask for a cancelation of my membership on the spot. Was told by the lady/cashier that I had to keep the membership for days. I told her my car was dirty & I'd pay for the carwash if needed. But wanted the membership canceled due to poor service. She told me to go talk to the manager. The manager played dumb and told me he had nothing to with money. Highway robbery!!!! Reported all to my bank!!! Do not trust these people PERIOD!!!

I got a car detail today and all the items I had in my trunk was taken. I never had an issue with leaving things in the truck so I didn’t think to check. But when I got home everything I had in my truck was gone. Unopened cases does not look like trash.

I did carwash hoping my car would be clean after. I’m very disappointed how they wash its like an express wash while I paid detailed wash. I’m posting this right after my wash today. I’m so mad.

I've been bringing my cars here since 2011 and I'm never coming back again. The service has been declining but I still tried to stay loyal. I just paid $80 for a hand wash & wax and my car is still dirty. That's it for me.

Honestly the dude dented the top of my truck and wasn't gonna say anything. He's lucky it popped back up or we woulda had a real problem that money can't fix . How u gonna dent the top of a truck and not say anything just look at me stupid that how I knew something was wrong he didn't even say anything at all just rushed away . Like I said he's lucky it popped back up

Carson Car Wash used to be my top choice if I needed my car wash or detailing needs. However, I haven't been back here for the past three years due to a bad experience. Fast forward to April 2024. I thought I'd give them another chance. First, I was they were so focused on upselling to a hand wash, after I declined the guy tried another upsell into a spray wash. They should put more focus into actually giving the best experience and delivering the service the customer paid for. In the end, I opted for the Premier Wash. When my car was ready, I tried pointing out some missed spots, most noticeably the rims were still dirty. I tried telling the guy however, he just looked at me like crazy and handed me my keys. Today's negative experience left me with a bad taste. This car wash service has gotten downhill. I will take my business somewhere else where they care and value the customers.

First time here. For $23.99, my car got vacuumed, machine-washed AND thoroughly hand-wiped from inside-out. This IS a deal! My Asian mom was quite pleased with the service and the price (She even considered the Saving Plans). Will come back!

Came in friday after noon it was not busy. It was also my first time here . I paid almost 40$ for a “premier” car wash and the wash was not worthy. I didnt even get tire shine And the inside was still dusty on the dashboard . Also was not offered air freshener spray on the carpets.. my lexus did not look like i had a premier wash. At least they vacuumed! I will not return.

I came here because where I usually go was closed. When I pulled up there wasn't any options of what to get, the guy pushed for an expensive wash 129 dollars and I usually pay max 50 at the other place. I said yes but when I spoke to the cashier I changed it to a much less price. I don't know how they do business but it felt like "ok you dont want to pay 129 well im gonna put much less effort" ... I tipped the person that dried my car and left. This could have been a good experience but I wouldn't recommend this place.
