I recently visited Carnation Car Wash in Wylie, Texas, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, especially compared to other Carnation locations I’ve visited, where the service was much better. From the start, there was a lack of clear signage to direct customers to the entry, which caused some confusion. At the register, the employee checking me out seemed disinterested and didn’t provide any guidance on the process. I wasn’t informed that I needed to place my receipt on the windshield for the associates to know I had selected the $20 wash, which includes tire shine. This oversight led to further issues after the wash. Once I had gone through the car wash, I parked by the vacuums, expecting the team to apply the tire shine. After waiting for about 10 minutes with no assistance, I approached an employee who told me to wait. They left and returned without any follow-up, leaving me uncertain and frustrated as I continued to wait. The lack of communication and customer service was quite frustrating, as it felt like the staff was more focused on watching me than assisting me. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory due to poor communication, inadequate signage, and lackluster customer service. This experience was a sharp contrast to my visits at other Carnation locations, where I’ve received much better service. I hope Carnation Car Wash in Wylie can improve its service and training to meet the standards I’ve come to expect.ious positive experiences with the brand, making the feedback more impactful.

I was a five years customer of carnation how to spa That life changes and had to cancel my membership. It took a long time before they made action to my request, but I was so pleased with how the manager of Wyle branch handle my problem and give me a good compensation, cleaning the inside of my other car and even give me a Transportation assistance, Assistant That is above and beyond Great shout out and kudos to Juan that made my experience, very pleasing and accommodating even it took three months before everything was been sorted out. I am so grateful about the service had from coronation auto spa here in Wylie great guy and great service.

We cancelled our services in person for all three cars back in February. We are still getting billed. Calls to the manager get disconnected. Posts to the website go unanswered. The staff has confirmed twice in person all 3 cars are cancelled. Still getting billed. I will be disputing the charges for the last 3 months. The car wash itself is great but the service with problems is HORRIBLE.

I often run into long wait times even though there's no cars in line. The staff are usually high schoolers who aren't really paying attention, the parking set up is strange and is difficult to get out of. This is my last carnation auto spa I resort to.

I dropped my minivan and it was pretty dirty and had bad smell. It stayed there like 5 hours and when I pick up it was good but would be better. Middle row seats and center console were cleaned without taking them out and some stain were left behind. So not bad but would be better. Those photos are taken right after pickup.

I would give them 0 stars if I could, they detailed my car and scratched my seats, the Hispanic girl who works there she said that's how it's gonna look after cleaning worst customer service ever, please avoid this place there's many other places you can go to don't waste your money and time

I bought a monthly subscription, however I’m going to cancel it, my car was half washed after I went through. I had to clean the entire lower and back part of my car with a rag. Not acceptable.

Ive used this carnation for years with my POVs but doing them myself using the free vacuum. Today I had a full service detail done on one of my company trucks. A 2025 Ford Maverick AWD. I took it out on its first major voyage the last two weeks and put 4K miles on it. I virtually lived inside it for two weeks. It was crusty. She had been in the rock fields of Kentucky, up crushed coal piles in Indiana, dirt mountain roads in West Virginia, through muck and yuck in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Two weeks of running interstates through Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. I got home 2AM Saturday and had a Barbecue to attend with a vendor this afternoon. There was a chance people were going to want to see my truck so I needed it cleaned - fast and now! I didn’t have time to go to my usual detail place in McKinney. Despite a few negative reviews on google I thought I’d give them a try. Very happy with the results. The undercarriage could have been a little better. But overall I am very happy with the quality and the speed. The interior cleaning is where I was the happiest The back was covered in mud and dirt and dust … peanut and sunflower shells were everywhere. The crew here got everything cleaned up nicely. The interior looked new again. (At 7K miles it still is kinda new … but you wouldn’t have said that if you saw it before.) They have lots of chests of complimentary water around. (And I being nearly dehydrated was thankful). A nice waiting area with coffee and donuts. That was a surprise. The coffee is actually pretty good. I would use them for full service. I’ve included a few pics - woulda been nice to have some before pics but I wasn’t really thinking. Update/edit : I tried cleaning that white dirt off the wheel wells and underneath … I don’t know what that stuff is but it’s not from this planet. I pressure washed and scrubbed with a brush and made little progress. I’m going to have to chip and scrape it off. So it still being there is not Carnation’s fault.

$29 and this is what you get?! The back of my car isn’t even clean. They don’t do any type of scrub on the car before hand or towel dry after. $29 for what?? Some water and soap suds. I’ll never be back.

They got a free Super Car Wash promotion going on and I used it at this location. I got a basic wash, not the highest package they have like advertised and the worker barely even pre-washed my car, only hit the windshield and some of the driver's side. I didn't get anything else besides just going through to get a car wash, which only really cleaned like 80% off the car. No wheel cleaning, nothing other than the basic wash. If you're going to advertise a promotion, you should probably honor it, or don't give it out. Even if it was free, I was supposed to get the works done and didn't even get fully clean. 🤷♂️

I was visiting my parents for christmas and my car needed a good interior cleaning (I have a dog). I got the Carnation interior cleaning package for $110 and it was a great value! They said if you’re a monthly member you get 50% off of these interior services which is such a deal. Their waiting room was also very clean, free coffee or water, speedy wifi and bathrooms.
