I recently had my car washed at this amazing car wash, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience enjoyable. Not only did they do a thorough job cleaning my car inside and out, but they also paid attention to the smallest details, leaving it looking brand new. I just want to take time to let management know I come to the princeton tx location at least once a week since it has opened. when ever Sabrina is on shift she always gets the line moving, the towels are stocked, and have not had any vacuum issues. She is an asset to your organization and should be recognized for it.

On two separate occasions, the employees of this company have deliberately scraped off the front emblems on my BMW. I complained once and the little kid snicker with no remorse. So funny how broke people have no empathy And keep such a low vibration. That was my ticket to cancel my subscription and go to a more friendlier and welcoming car wash in Princeton the one by the Dairy Queen. I’ll urge you to go there if you care about your vehicle being serviced correctly in with proper care, not negligence.

I want to give a big shoutout to Nathaniel! He was moving people through quickly and efficiently, and you can tell he has a great work ethic. He really saved me today—I had my sunroof open and he immediately signaled for me to close it before going through the wash. That small detail could have been a big disaster, but thanks to his attentiveness everything went smoothly. Truly excellent service!

Carwash and staff are great!! Only improvement I would suggest is the suction of the vacuums. The 2 locations, Princeton and Greenville, have low suction power in my opinion. But overall, the carwash is great for the value. We have the monthly service for 3 vehicles.

Im not one to leave reviews BUT TODAY sabrina and caleb since the moment to paying to washing the truck their whole attitudes were great! They made conversation were patient and so in detail of cleaning our truck good(never had anyone before take time like they did) to ensure it was ready to get it washed.... honestly a great way to start my day!

Decent car wash with good prices. They pre-scrub your vehicle, but ww still had some missed spots. Nice bank of vacuums, blowers, and towels. They also offer a detailing spray, I guess it's to get those spots the washer misses. $15 for the Deluxe wash. Pretty fast service in spite of the crowded lineup. The Squirrel (Smitty) did a decent job.

Stopped by Smitty’s Car Wash on a whim and was seriously impressed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth. The wash itself did a great job—especially considering my car hadn’t been washed in weeks and had been through rain. It handled the buildup well and left my car looking fresh. Big standout: the free vacuum area. They provide microfiber cloths and cleaning solution, which is a huge plus and not something you see everywhere. Pro tip: First-time visitors can get a complimentary wash through their website. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend
