Eh - I wanted to give this a better review, but not sure I can. I bought the $100 detail package and while they did a nice job on the interior, there were several misses on the outside. I felt like for a 1.5hr process, it should have been more thorough. The headlights are smooth and easy to get bugs off of even at home, but they event. The wheels were probably the worst part. We would probably do a more basic option next time, or try another car wash.

$75 hand wash + $40 interior = 9/10 recommend! Docking 1 point only because there wasn’t a two bucket method for the exterior cleaning. Overall very pleased with results. My car has a ceramic coating and today didn’t have time to wash at home so I gave carnation auto spa a shot. The staff was thorough and quick. Time: 45 minutes with 3 man team.

STAY AWAY! Scratches all along both sides of my ram 1500, from front to back at the same height. Based on their signage, they won't hold responsibility for it because my truck is 6yrs old and has just over 60k miles on it, so I highly doubt I'll get anywhere with them. Aside from the damage, the wash is as good as hitting it with a water hose and walking away. It is not "spot free". I didn't go for the full service wash, so I wasn't expecting detail level results, but I would hope to not feel the need to wash it again.

Comparing to other Carnations where I have a membership this one is by far the worst. The building looks nice from the outside but the wipe down was lacking: lots of bugs, dirt and residue left on the windshield, back hatch and lower section of my SUV. The towels ALL smell like mildew and the glass cleaner and air freshener bottles are not labeled correctly. I cleaned my windshield to get the bugs and left over water spots off (after they supposedly did) with a bottle labeled “glass cleaner” and it’s left a lovely residue behind that won’t come off. My hands still reek of mildew from the towels. It’s absolutely disgusting.

I left the car at 930 am for the full carnation. I went to pick it up at 5 PM, and they had done very little. He said give him another 2O mins, and he would knock it out. There was still dirt on the car when I got home. The free wash is good with the monthly, but do not waste your money on the full detail....they just charge you more.

I’ve been coming here for at least a couple years. I signed up for the cheapest wash and was getting pretty much 2 to 3 times a week. Got busier and then after I washed my wife’s car using the ultimate package, I can never go back. My car stays clean way longer just by using the better wash. Last week I stopped at a different location and tried to get him to upgrade my package to the best one they have. They couldn’t seem to help but today when I stopped at the Murphy location Micheal the supervisor was on point. That guy is awesome. He shook my hand. He smiled. He took really good care of me and they made sure I got my wash corrected from here on out. Thanks, Micheal! Please keep this guy at that location, cause I frequent it the most.

This place is listed to close at 8:00 pm. But it is not even 7:45 pm. I chose to come to this location out of the several other options in the area. Other locations which are open per their listed hours. General public: Go to another location. Don't waste your time here Carnation Auto Spa: If you care about your company, you'll not allow this type of ridiculous BS when you're company name is on the building. Just a word of advice If you want to stay successful; abide by the hours that you yourself have listed. It's just good business. Something your employees at this location know nothing about. Alternatively you could maintain your hours properly on Google. That could help too!
