The Touchless Carwash got most of my car, but somehow avoided my wheels. They're still dusty and seemed to be untouched! That was the only reason for me stopping there. Such a waste of $11. I'll never go there again. Big waste of time and money. Thanks for robbing me.

Gets the job done, but could be so much easier on your customers. Fix all your vacuums. Refill all your self service soaps. Update your bays to all accept credit card. Nobody wants to stop what they're doing to put more quarters in anymore, especially in the colder months. Why does the brush soap need so much water to wash off? 🤷🏼♂️ The bay did have good water pressure.

If I could give a negative zero for this car wash I would. Hoses are all old and damaged. They don’t work properly therefore causing damage to your car. Owners know and do nothing!! Take care of your horribly old hoses that need repaired and pay for damage you have caused to customers vehicles because of it! AVOID this car wash, it should be shut down!!

Avoid this carwash. Self serve is ridiculously priced to start it, gives you like a minute initially, then only increases 20 seconds per quarter. The owner should feel ashamed for their ludicrous pricing. And on top of that, they don't even have warm/hot water, air dryers, or any of the extras some of the nicer washes locally have. For shame.....

Card reader wasn’t working for me. After time spent waiting in a long line and a long line behind me I said screw it and paid with a $20. So fun to get $10 in quarters back 😑. I basically paid $10 to have my car hosed off.... Undercarriage wash has NO water pressure. Didn’t see any sort of soap suds. My hair dryer would have done a better job. Shame. Get 2 starts cause some salt was removed.

Went to wash my car here,it was busy, the bay I used the soap didn't work. The bay next to me had an older gentleman in it he told me the machine took some of his quarters and wouldn't take any more , so he left. I Spent $3 to spray my car off. Then I used the automatic and my car still wasn't clean. this facility needs a total upgrade. This car wash is a total rip off in the state that it is in.

I went to simply wash my vehicle In the automatic wash bay. Paid, pulled forward as prompted, the stop light never lit, continued to pull up then the wash beeped at me to stop and go backwards to start wash. I proceed to do this FOUR TIMES then finally the wash remaining number said 0. I pulled out of the bay and got out of the vehicle to find a number to help. I finally went online and found a service number. Got connected to a service guy who raised his voice at me that I should have never left and he claims he is here to help. But it was in fact my fault that the wash sensor never detected my vehicle because of how i pulled in. I explained its a full size SUV and I pulled back and forth 4 times. I Also urged that he stopped raising his voice at me. He shouted at me that he was not raising his voice. He proceeds to yell that he wasn’t yelling and that I should turn down the volume of my phone and he doesn’t know what to tell me... ? I then expressed that I should not have to call to use an AUTOMATIC car wash. He asked how I even got the number, I said online. He yelled back that there is a service number provided BEFORE entering wash for assistance. Unless there was an issue with payment why would have taken down the number, honestly not knowing there would be an issue? I continued to ask why he is still yelling at me. He again yells that he was not yelling, states that they have my information and will send me my $9.00 and not to ever return to the car wash again and hung up on me. Who knew an automatic car wash could be that stressful... ? I actually went there to sit in my car and relax for a second. Smh.

Sounds like the automatic car wash should be avoided, based on other reviews. I used the wash it yourself bays and they were fine. I actually appreciated that the foam brushes actually produce a lot of soapy foam. Price is in line with other washes of this type.

the pressure washer seems like it was coming out in spurts and not spraying completely which ineffectually cleaned my car. the soap they use also left a weird film on the paint surface. paid $10 for 6 mins

Touch less car wash. It did a good job. I got the premium, it was $13. I took my Cadillac DHS through and it did a good job on my chrome wheels. If you don't have time to wash yourself, this does a pretty good job.

I paid for the Deluxe wash ($11) with a credit card on 7/6/2020. Once processed, I was told that the car wash was in use so I had to wait. It wasn't in use, it was empty. I waited for about ten minutes, and nothing happened. I drove into the bay to see if that would activate something. Nope. There was no phone or office to report this to, so I left and went home in a dirty car. I paid $11 for a car wash I didn't get and I have no way of getting a refund.

If I could give less that 1 star I would. I usually take my full size truck to Laser Car Wash on Rt 30 which does a great job but I figured I would give Carmel Car Wash a try being it was close to my home. After reading every sign on the building (took photos as well after this occurred) the only warnings were for 1.) over-sized mirrors and 2.) vehicle height limitations, neither of which disqualified my truck. I paid the 10$ and entered the automated bay, the lit flashing sign telling the driver to continue to move forward kept flashing until I could no longer move forward without hitting the exit door, nothing was happening at this point, I was stuck in the bay. I called the phone# for the car wash and got an answering service and told them my situation they took down my address then they put me on hold and patched me through to the owner. He told me to turn steering wheel to the left a little as the sensor did not "sense" my vehicle, the car wash began to work, I thanked the owner and hung up. The automated machine moved from the front of my truck to the rear, spraying water then stopped. After 7 minutes of nothing I called on the phone again and the owner told me about the "Emergency" button on the wall for me to press to get out of this bay and was very agitated speaking to me as if I was a moron and I should have read the warnings about over-sized vehicles (which there are none) and he will send me a refund (which after a week I have still not received and do not expect to as this guy does not care). Well I am here to tell you what is moronic about this car wash, first if an automated system has to have an "Emergency exit button" there is something wrong with the design so lets face it this is a car was bay, not a shuttle to the International space station. And to tell how poorly thought out this place is, very close to the "Emergency" button which requires you to exit your vehicle to push there is a sign saying boldly "Do NOT Exit your Vehicle" (I'm lucky I had a full size umbrella in the truck to push the button from inside the truck). In all honesty the owner was just probably stressed out from getting all the calls from this piece of junk of an automated wash. Just go to Laser car wash and save yourself the aggravation and get a good wash for the money.

You don't get much time & have to keep adding quarters. So it gets rather expensive to wash your car. Which ends up not even totally cleaning it, i ended up leaving here & going home to hand wash my car cause it was still dirty.. So this is good to remove some dirt but don't expect your car to be truly clean. Not i didn't try their "touchless" auto wash cause i think $10 & up was kinda a bit much.

Customer service is completely terrible. They need your name and address and phone number to send a refund. There’s no one here that can give me my three dollars. Their shampoo and fragrance doesn’t work so don’t waste your time. The shampoo was two dollars and the fragrance was a dollar but still it’s just about me driving out here wasting my time and also I don’t want to give my address for three dollars. I wish there was just somebody here that can give me my money back so I can go to another car wash Will never be back here again.

Used the self wash bay and the sprayer would not stop dispensing soap I had no way to rinse off my car. Was forced to move to a different bay and waste more money just to rinse my car.

Fair amount of cleaning products to purchase from machine outside. Several powerful vacuums along with scrub and scent options. Prices are good. Property is monitored closely 24/7. They will have police show up and have you leave if they suspect something shady is going on.

I paid$10 for a basic wash. I got soap then immediately got rinsed and that was it! Very disappointed. Not even the dryer was working. What a waste of$10.
