I called before I came and told the lady what kind of car I had. She told me it was $89.99 and obviously I knew I would pay more for a cabin air filter. With no warning I come back and the total is $166.83 for the same thing I was quoted $90 for?? Her defense is she quotes starting prices- never TF again and I wouldn’t encourage anyone else to come here!! No customer service from the desk, the detailers outside were more friendly. She was real quick to get me a $20 off coupon too. Shady and unprofessional!!!

I paid for the gold package so that my interior would be cleaned but I left with the exterior still dirty and the inside barely touched. I even told them I needed the seats wiped down (leather) so if they needed to charge extra they could. When I went out, I opened the lift gate to put my bag in the back and it was never touched. Never. I asked for a rag and helped one associate wipe down and cleaned out a couple of dirt spots. Bug gunk left on the car, water spots where it was never wiped down, and an associate threatened to fight me because the other told him I was "mad" at the job he did, so it's all in a good day I guess. Never going back.

Been going 3 time with my truck all wasn't good first visit had to come back and they had to redue it.second visit was better but still issues my third visit was better all good now I'm getting ready to head over I did notice my wheel are loosing color due to what ever chemicals they use to clean wheels not happy hop they will fix it .

Went here yesterday with my husband to get our BMW X1 washed the guy told us he was the manager named David that there their car wash was broke and that they had to drive it through themselves , so my husband and I gave him the keys and we went inside and the waiting room it wasn't long before my husband went outside to check because he just doesn't trust anyone with the vehicle like that he details cars for a living but unfortunately due to a medical condition and surgery he can't do it himself right now so he comes in to get me and says hey you're not going to like what happened to the car so I go out there and there's this long scratch on the hood almost like a gouge and on the passenger side door! So they were getting ready to close they said come back in the morning the manager David and the other guy Joe was supposed to take care of us this morning we get up go up there this morning neither one of them were scheduled today to work so they lied to us and it seems they don't want to take responsibility for what happened to our vehicle my husband got into it with another guy that works there make a long story short it was going left real quick so we left and called our insurance company hopefully the insurance company takes care of this if I were you I think twice about taking your car there cuz if they do damage it they're going to BS you around on making it right! SHAME and lies to us ,knew they wouldn't be at work today .no respect for this business

Took car of my old girl! I appreciate the patience and great customer service. It was my first time to this location. I use to do the washing and detailing myself, but no strength for it. So proud of how my 16yr old suv looked after the wash and detailed clean inside and out. She needs some body work, but she's beautiful 😍

The car wash portion is great, and it's nice to have the exterior hand dried & tires dressed. Tip the attendant, you'll see how hard they work. Now if you came here primarily for an oil change, that portion of this looks a lot like a Valvoline shop, but don't try to use your Valvoline Instant Oil Change coupon here - only CARisma coupons are accepted.

Update*** I used to be very satisfied with the detailing services at this establishment. However, my most recent experiences have been disappointing. I suspect they may be reusing unclean rags, as I noticed some questionable residue in my vehicle. Considering the amount of time the service takes, the quality was far below my expectations. Therefore, I am now searching for a new car detailing service. 2/2025 The crew is friendly. I only go here for oil change and to get my car detailed. Little Q does great work on detailing.

Cody did an amazing job!! Carisma is the BEST place for hand washing! I have too many mods to go through an automatic so I let Carisma take care of her and they always do an amazing job and all the staff is helpful and polite!! I also use them for my oil change AND they’ve filled a chip in my windshield! Please bring some extra cash with you to tip these guys! They deserve it!!

Took my car for an oil change a few days ago and when I was driving down the road, I noticed my driver side visor was broken and fell down when I hit a speed bump… then I was driving down the highway and the entire plastic cover under my car fell off.. I called and they said they must not have bolted it back on correctly so they came and temporarily “fixed” it with zip ties. I was told to bring it back the next day, so I did and they said they were going to replace the whole cover.. looked under my car and they didn’t even touch it, it still has the zip ties on it. Fast forward to today I was driving and my check oil light came on. I am HIGHLY upset and will be contacting corporate about this, do not take your car here.

Horrible ! Got to my car and middle captain chair wasn’t even put back in . He said he couldn’t figure it out so I had to do it myself . As I did that I noticed stains on the seats that easily wiped up with a baby wipe. The third row seat had chips and the cup holders weren’t wiped . I asked the man why they didn’t clean my third row and he said hold on let me ask ! Then he came and wiped down the third row barely. When I got in my drivers seat the odometer dash was covered in dust and my cup holders were not wiped , nor was my radio or ac buttons . I’m actually trying to figure out what they did do other than rinse my floor mats And wiped the windows and doors. My teenager could have done a better job go somewhere else !

I asked for an interior super clean (34) they gave me an interior detail clean (89)… I was there over 4 hours, finally got sick and tired of it and asked how much longer was told 5 minutes, at 20 minutes I asked for my keys and left. My driver side controls for the seat is broken off, there is still dirt all over the place. I paid 160 and now I get to go clean my car again. Done.

Too many empty promises. I was really looking forward a car detailing at this store after reading the reviews and I am very disappointed at the service. Although the car was cleaner, there were a lot of untouched places, especially at the rear. They probably didn’t expect me to be as attentive as I was. That was very unprofessional, especially considering it is a paid service they were providing. After my complaints, the guy who cleaned the car started giving me an attitude as if I was the one in the wrong. I don’t think the manager is aware of these behaviors and hopefully this sheds some light on that. If I were you, I’d research my options before committing to this place.

I recently opted for the most expensive detailing package, and after nearly three hours, I returned to find my car looking barely different. It appeared to have been vacuumed quickly and wiped down, but there were still visible spots and debris. To make matters worse, they left the doors open, allowing even more debris to blow in. Overall, it looked almost the same as when I dropped it off. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I won't be returning.

Unfortunately I had an issue with my car’s oil change, the service port of the skid plate wasn’t screw in correctly and came off on the road . I came back several times to talk to the manager, he fill out a report but didn’t file with corporate. There was no response or compensation for their negligence. I don’t recommend this particular store due to their lack of customer care. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Brought my car in today for a detail, car wash, and a back wiper and let me tell you i was not disappointed whatsoever! i had never done this process before so i was a little nervous at first but when i saw how easy they made the process and how visible they make it to see the car while its getting all clean. i was very very happy with everything i experienced on my first day here today. friendly staff, car looks better than when i bought it from the dealership. Michael was the one working on my vehicle and when it was done he offered scents for inside the vehicle for no cost at all. i got strawberry and it was more than amazing. i’ll definitely be back when i get it all dirty again for sure. which will be soon
