Clean, well lit, reasonable prices, lots of bays and vacuums, neat trash cans so the trash don't blow out. Easy to get in and out of and not in a neighborhood so I can bump my edm while I clean and no one complains, open all night.

Well the sides of the car got clean. Pictures speak for themselves about the front and back....

Be warned, automatic car wash ruined my clear coat on brand new truck (black) car wash didn’t do a rinse before the brushes fired up. Owner says it worked as it was supposed to. I will never be back.

For a "the works" 9$ car wash it does really good. I do get out and use a towel to dry it off so it helps get any missed spots but its pretty good for the money

Love this wash. Good value and pretty well taken care of. They recently replaced all the lighting so nicer when I clean my car at night.

Don't really care for touch washes, but in a rush. These brushes beat the snot out of my car! Not just scratched it, left it in a ditch crying! I knew I was in trouble before even looking at the finish, as they hit so hard they rocked my car! Felt like I was under the stage at a performance of STOMP. Didn't really get around the wheel wells clean either. Won't be back.

More often then not the water is cold. I've never encountered a car wash with nothing but cold water. Doesn't get car very clean. Don't like vacuuming my car after I wash it. I call it the backward carwash.

The facility is well kept. Their automated car wash does a nice job. While it is not "brushless" it does a better job than one by Grease Monkey. Also, I see no harm to my paint or finish at CVCW.

I love this car wash and go about every other weekend. Fair price, everything is always working as it should, good options, and you dont need to go get 15 dollars in quarters like the one i live by.

Apparently this car wash doesn't think that it's of any value to allow a guy to wash a muddy truck, I was probably going to spend 25 or $30 cleaning my truck after I recently got stuck on a dirt road. When I pulled in this guy was standing outside and threw his arms up in the air very rudely and when I pulled into the stall he immediately walked over and said "I'm going to have to ask you to go to another car wash" I asked him if that was what he wanted even if it meant I would never come back there again and that I go there all the time and spend a lot of money. He just shrugged his shoulders and said it would probably cost him more to wash all of the dirt out of the stall than too that allow me to wash it. I seriously doubt that it will cost 20 to $30 to hose out a stall, it was obvious to me he was just being lazy and didn't want to hose It off (I didn't tell him this but I intended to wash it out myself after I was done). Also the brush Car Wash is a piece of garbage and never works so don't use it. I will never go here again.

I have been coming to this car wash since it was first built and recently it has been maintained the best in a long time. I go there a lot and the gentleman John I met is very personable and helpful. Glad to have this spot close to home!

$9 car wash says high pressure pre-wash included-it does not do the high pressure pre-wash. A little bit of soap is sprayed on your vehicle, then straight to the brushes grinding the dust that is on your vehicle into your paint. Asked the owner why the pre-wash was not working, so the dust gets rinsed off before the brushes go over my vehicle, he didnt even care to hear what i had to say, and said it goes straight to soap with no high pressure rinse. Sign says for $9 wash you get a high pressure pre-rinse!!!!!! Either add the pre-rinse or adjust your sign!!!! Horrible customer service from the owner. Will not be back!!!! Better car washes in Firestone!!!!!

Absolutely loved this place. Other car washes I've been to, were no where near as good as this place. Great pressure wash, and awesome wash, I can actually smell the soap when washing my truck in the 'do it yourself' bays. John, was a gentleman. Asked if everything was working alright. My second time there (I take my truck mudding a LOT) I was almost done cleaning the interior of my truck when John came over and gave me a complementary big blue drying rag for my truck, and helped me get two vanilla scents for my truck as well. Will continue to come here for a long time. Love, love, love this place.

Great little carwash. Used both the DIY and the drive thru. Both are good- though I can never get the stubborn bugs off my car. I have no idea how to use the "special washes" like the big remover, which i would really like to try. Bug remover or any of the other choices are not on the dial. Been using the power version of soap and water but it just isn't strong enough for the bugs.

I used this place today to wash my car after the snow day before yesterday and I spent the same amount of money that I do at riptide in fire stone but my car did not come out clean at all compared to the way it does it riptide I guess it’s due to the fact that riptide actually has hot water… And maybe better soap I don’t know, but I won’t come here again! I should’ve stayed with Riptide!!!!!

Been going here for the self-service bays for years, and it's always been a pretty good value. You can use credit cards, quarters or $1 coins in the wash bay and there's two bill changers if you need change. There's all the major features like wheel/tire cleaner, foam soap, etc but they advertise a mag remover that doesn't seem to be an option on the control panel. So I don't know what's up with that. Expect a wait because it's usually busy. All in all, I'd recommend.

Did the automatic wash, which was already bad value to begin with….only to have to pay for vacuum service, pay to spray off my mats, and even pay for a TOWEL. Ridiculous considering that most other car washes include these additional services in the price of the wash.

The automatic wash is a total scam. I spent $15 and this is what my car looks like.

DIY side is OK, but the Automated wash isn't very good. Tried the Automated wash twice, as it's local and easy to get to. Wasn't impressed either time. Leaves lots of dirt/dust and bugs. The most obvious sign of is the bed-cover in the below picture. The brushes grazed the sides, but left the center untouched. It's nothing more than a light layer of dirt that came right off with a swipe of my own finger. The under-body wash is also rather weak. It's worth driving to another wash to get something more aggressive. Erie has a touch-less wash that took care of the stuff this one missed, which seems odd given this is not touch-less. For this location, you're best bet is to simply use the DIY side.
