On a long road-trip (packed car, kids, etc.), we ran into some tire woes. We were so luck that this particular Car-X was our closest and first stop. Bobby and his technicians at Car-X were amazing and kept us on schedule to reach our final destination. Bobby was clear and honest with us, and had quality tires in stock. Car-X worked with us to make sure we had new tires before closing for the night. Bobby and his technicians were wonderful to work with and they really saved us. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable, precise with diagnosis. Check engine light came back on a few miles after picking the vehicle up. Took it back, they called the manager/mechanic (Bobby) he came back up and addressed the problem after hours. Great service, beyond pleased with this shop. Highly recommend the Neil Street location!
