Just came to the dog wash, put $5+ into the shampoo/conditioner dispenser…and got nothing but water from the hose. What a rip off.

You have to pay for the dryer, doesn’t clean the back and sides well, they don’t answer the phone and no one is ever in the office, I’ve been trying to cancel my monthly plan, and no one answers and the website is says “it is an error” :.. would not recommend

Unfortunately this facility, especially the auto wash bays and dryer, is dated and does not deliver the quality of service at the listed price. Hopefully there are upgrades coming in the near future.

Paid $12 for the “premium” automatic wash and got home to see there were still marks all over my car as well as suds that didn’t get completely rinsed off. Guess if you aren’t doing it manually you’re wasting your money.

I just went through this car wash to clean the bugs off of my car. I just got home and YOU CANT EVEN TELL aside from clean windows! I'm so mad! $12 for my windows to be clean.... unbelievable.

Great car wash. Good system works trouble free has everything you need for a clean vehicle. Vehicle dryer is awesome. Attendant on duty for assistance and no waiting to get a bay. Try them.

If you want to rinse the salt off your car it's fine. But otherwise the washes are way overpriced for what they give you. Always have water spots even if I dry. And the vacuums are absolutely terrible.

Im not sure how anyone could give even 1 star. Super low water pressure but at a premium price plus when arrived home my credit card was charged $10 for 3 minutes and 45 seconds . No answer when I called to report, , imagine that.

Got a wash here at the soft touch bay. Brushes missed the passenger side and back of vehicle. No dryer, left with a spotty & dirty car. Horrible. Would not recommend.

The first time I was there recently I put my money in but the wash would not work. I called the number posted on the building and did eventually get two free washcodes. The second time I went the code would not work for me but there was an attendant on duty and and he helped me. I was just there again this evening. Tried to use the second washcode and it's said that both of them were invalid. I attempted to pay with cash. It kicked my money out. I then attempt it to pay with credit card which they accept but it would never take my money so I left. And I probably will not ever be back.

Great car wash. Helpful, friendly attendants. Owner/operator was very quick (immediate) to respond to an issue, rectified it AND gave me an (unnecessary) upgrade for my trouble. 😃 I recently had my vehicle ceramic coated and the automatic brushless wash is exactly what I need and it does a good job of cleaning my vehicle. The drying tunnel is comparable to, if not slightly better than, other area dryers and their vacuums last an adequate amount of time to vacuum a mid- to large-sized SUV. No complaints!
