* i never write bad reviews, but this place was just the worst. I would give zero stars if I could. This establishment has the worst customer service! After waiting in line for over 20 mins, it’s finally became my turn and I had two works both pointing in opposite direction for me to turn my wheels to get on the conveyer belt. Due to my confusion I roll the window to ask, and one of their employees that looked like a manger came to my window and yelled at me “ What are you doing, take your feet off of the brakes”. I advised him there was no need for the yelling, and that his staff was giving confusing information. He then responded in English “ oh be quite, I don’t understand YOUR language”. Which I questioned him with which language he was referring to, was it the English he was just speaking to me or would he like me to speak Spanish. The worst customer service ! Secondly, they don’t properly dry the cars so that afternoon my black car looked like it hadn’t been washed with all the water marks everywhere. Never again!

Worse car wash ever the staff is rude except for the lady inside. They just want your money. The service is slow and terrible. You think that if they are slow the job would be good but it’s not. And not to mention the owner/manager is only nice and friendly to young ladies. I was inquiring about getting my car detailed there and I had to run him down to ask for a ridiculous price. Terrible won’t be going back. Terrible service Terrible work Terrible management

I've been a customer for them for almost 3 years. They're keep increasing their price every year, one dollar. But service is getting worse worse. There was a milkshake drops on the car. They could cleaned it after 3 or 4th wash. I'm still going to this place because it's on my way to home. I'm writing here because I am hoping to be seen by the management

This place is just terrible. I would never wash my car here again. Out dated car wash. Guys here are not friendly, and the place is filthy. The only good thing is the vacuums. .75 cents for 4 minutes. Usually cost me $1.50 to vacuum my entire car.

I have brought my car to many car washes in the area and Paulson Car Wash is by far the best, always leaves my car spotless. My wife brought her car in to get detailed after an oil based paint fell on it. They were able to get all the paint out and now the car looks like she just bought it. I highly recommend them

I have gone many years to this car wash with my family. Have gotten my carpets shampooed here as well. Just tired their detailing and it was fantastic! I’m absolutely satisfied with their service.

SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Went there to wash my car today and it was not cleaned good!I said give me the $7 ladies special and under wash for $2 extra.He said $11 I asked why was it $11 he says oh tires.No i didn’t ask for that,so he says $9 (with an attitude)Car gets washed and the ladies drying did a horrible job leaving windows with steaks and when I asked for them to be dried correctly with was with an attitude!So I go around and ask the guy who takes the money before to wipe my front windshield again cause it was still dirty he looked at me and said “YOU ONLY PAID $9”!! I grabbed a rag he had laying there and cleaned my window myself which I couldn’t even reach all of it!! YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN,BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT IF I WAS A MAN !!!!!

You get what you pay for. I was told that my car was to dirty and that it might not all come off. I have never been to a car wash in my life that said a car was to dirty. I had driven thru a mud puddle and there was dried mud splatter on the sides of my car. Nothing serious. And after the car wash they seem to always try to hand dry my car with wet towels. Which never works.

Solid quick wash. The car gets on the tracks. They wipe down after. Pretty economical. They also have vacuums available to rent on the other side of the building. Often you’ll find a line to enter the car wash on Main.

8 o’clock in the morning we are two cars earlier than the shift. This place is this good. Friendly staff. Tipping policy is one of a kind and fairest I have seen. Even in the busiest times you get in and out in 20 to 25 minutes. I strongly suggest. I have tried others but this is the one I always go.

This shouldn’t even be called a car wash. At the most they just wet your car with some soap and wash it off then 3 ppl wipe your car quick quick in the end. They DO NOT even clean the interior of your car but you have to go pay 75 cents in a vacuum at the side of the place. Thinking they will do a better job by choosing a package is even worse. I’ve never seen lazy guys like this at a car wash ever, while they sitting on their phones I watched an elder lady have to vacuum her own car after she paid to get a car wash. Horrible

This car wash is not bad at all too many people complaining about their cars and how they have stuck mud on their cars doesn’t completely come off. At least they did tell you it may not come off. What more do you want? They did tell you think about that. You have to understand this is a quick car wash not a detailing place. They do the best they can. It’s in and out and for the money you get what you pay for they’re OK to me for fast wash. Stop complaining they do the best they can! I have a lot Of snow on my car that I can’t take off by myself I took off as much as I could see my way and went to them was happy just to get all the snow off my car so its cleaned without all that snow. these people work for hardly any money They’re happy with the tips people give them if some people give them tips at all, which is a shame if they don’t! Give them a break just go somewhere else if you’re not happy I don’t even live in the area and I go there for a quick car wash. They never did anything wrong to my car and I have a new car as well. And no, I’m not related to these people. I have no clue who they are. I just observe how hard people work and people complain about them all the time. Life is worse than worrying about a car wash. That’s not completely 1000% perfect.
