He got the outside of my car clean but the drying leaves a lot to be desirable and the vacuums were poor at best I had to go to another place to have my car vacuumed out

It's a cool case wash only problem is that they don't open the time they say they will be this is a terrible business practice. You gotta be open when you say that you will be, there's no excuse for this. If you're going to open later change your time.

Guy working there was great... facilities just terrible... and it cost more than most drive thru car washes... red detergent all over the car ... but the vacuums just horrible shape

Just ok!Expensive.My car didn't look fresh washed, nice and clean. Vacuum was weak. I did 5 star review for shiny clean car at another spot and paid only 7 dollar this place was 10 and my car was just ok 😒I wouldn't visit again.

**WARNING WARNING WARNING** Please Do Not Use this Car Wash! I have used it several times and Each time there was a new scratch, but something i could live with. Now i recieved a dent in the top of my tailgate and of course the First thing the Manager tells me is there machine couldn't have done that! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The vacuum service closed as I was waiting in line for it. But I had been offered by an employee who was a short male with a buzzcut that I could use it for $3 extra. I agreed because I waited in a line and did not want to waste my time. But then he said that he’s now charging $6 if I want to use cashapp to send him the money. So I left. Bad business.

Service was horrible. Female worker looked as if she did not want to be there. Entered the carwash car was fine. Exited car was barely driveable. Please train new staff on customer service and on directing vehicles on entering the carwash correctly to avoid car damages. This is the worst experience I have had at this location.

Do not waste your time here. They closed early after I spent my money. Turned the vacuums off 15+ minutes early. The workers were rude and didnt want to work tonight. I will now take my 2 vehicles the other way up the street to fayetteville thanks to tonight's experience. At least they have a $10 membership where you can come back the next day for free just in case their incompetent employees decide to go AWOL and close their business earlier than directed by management because I'm pretty sure it is not protocol to turn money away and close early.

I visited this car wash weekly and was pleased with the service until there was damage that occurred to my car last Sunday. I filed a report with the Supervisor and no one ever called. I went by the site and spoke to the manager and he never called. Horrible people person. So if you continue to use this Car Wash Beware..if any damage occurs..

I used to come before and they sucked! With the new management all the vacuums work, both credit card machines work great. Instead of 1 worker, now they have 4-6 each time I come. My favorite car wash!!! Friendly staff

Car wash itself was pretty good although they do need to clean out the vacuum hoses many of them are clogged in the nozzles and don't work very well. Other than that it's a nice car wash employees are friendly.

Does not wash larger vehicles good at all. Tires were not touched around the perimeter, leaving red dirt markings. The towel them at is purchased for $1 is too flimsy to clean anything. Cannot locate trash cans, had to take the trash with me. Better express washes elsewhere.

Not only did the price go up even basic wash. Prep area dry no water in brush buckets no window cleaner available. I inform the employees they stayed inside and done nothing. I waited until after I dried my truck off and still no water in prep area and no window cleaner available for customers. Have to get better.

Definitely won’t be coming back went to vacuum my car before I got it washed. Haven’t used this car wash in years and I see why now. The parking lot attendant shouted to me. After approaching he tells me it’s three dollars to use the vacuums you have to go through the wash first… Needless to say I explained I was going to go through anyways. For a business to feel that is the case why not pace signs because last time I used this car wash they told me Vacuum your car first who wants to slosh around in water dripping from the car just to get into the car you just vacuumed. Better car wash located on Tara Boulevard!

The basic wash didn't even do that. 3/4 of my car was clean. Entire front was more dirty than when I pulled in. Customer service was not pleasant. The guy was very rude and argumentative and kept trying to silence me. His pov was that I only paid $8 for a wash. My pov was that at minimum my $8 wash should have given me a clean car not to include the wax, the shine, the extra works. Then he tried to be smart and put tire shine on my tires which were still dirty.

I am currently at this car wash and I paid $20 for the full service and clearly you can see no water ever touched my tires. I called one of the workers over to let him and know and he stated that the tire shine is not working and someone could come over and wash them, but they would charge me a fee. I paid a fee to have that done and I’m not going to pay anything extra when I just paid for it. There is no signage up stating that that feature is not working. I need a refund asap! This is unacceptable and I don’t advise anyone to go here.

Don’t waste your time or money going here because the car wash os not good at all. I purchased the $10 wash that includes tire shine. My tires are dirty and have no shine and my windshield, rear view mirrors, hood and front bumper are still dirty as well. When I brought it to the attention of the staff that was working, I got a shoulder shrug and was told I should have purchased the more expensive wash.
