Re: from my last review... That is incorrect, I brought you to my back yard. In front of no property what so ever. There was a vacant yard, in the back of my house. Your worker insisted that I bring the vehicle to the shop in order to clean my seats properly. And his “team that you spoke of” was not present when I dropped the vehicle off, but when I picked the vehicle up two hours later, the person that I left the vehicle with was not there. Another gentle that seems to be highly under the influence was there stating that he was doing the guys a favor and he told him to tell me that it will be $75. He wasent even able to answer my questions when I asked him why my vehicle was so dirty. My vehicle is considered brand new okay, only 29k miles on it, when I purchased it there were 0 miles. I expect someone to give me my vehicle back looking better than what I gave t to them, not the same. It’s already a brand new car basically! I know that it does not need much work, but I wanted it detailed. That’s what I asked for, and that’s not what I got. What I got was one of your workers to telll me that you charge more to take simple plastics off, and clean seats bc you have to take them out of the car, but was that not what I was paying for???? Terrible service, I would like a refund and my receipt that you still have not given me for some very odd reason. Thank you. I would also like my seats cleaned properly! ASAP, without me bringing a car here and there, because I am not paying for an Uber again.

I Called Mr. Tyrone at 11:30am and scheduled for 2pm, I arrived at the location at 2:30pm yes I admit I was a half hour late. Mr. Tyrone still was there. Needless to say I'm very pleased of the services rendered by Mr. Tyrone! I will continue to be a strong advocate for Car Shine Mobile Detailing from now on. Thank you again!

I called to get service from them because they had good reviews just to end up disappointed. They are unprofessional I was told they were going to come to my house then I ended up having to go to some random garage. Dirt still on my seats, smellls still on seats, glass still inside vehicle. They were just plain ghetto, unprofessional, and disorganized. Only took two hours for them to clean it just for them to make me wait another hour for them to clean it better while I stood and waited had to Once they finally finished my seats were soaking wet I wasn’t given any seat covers and now my seats are stained from them not drying it properly. I wasn’t going to write a review at all because I was just so disappointed but after not getting a receipt when I was told I would receive one via email the day I made the appointment to call they day after and still have not received one I had to make a review. This is nothing but bad business.

Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment at 1pm and at 1:30pm I still haven’t received a phone call or text telling me that they were going to be late. I called and the individual told me he “lost track of time” he also said he was still working on the first car and he could get to me after without providing any sort of timeline. Terrible… If you run a business in which appointments are suggested, it is your job to keep track of those appointments as well. Wasting someone’s time is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not suggest using this service unless you have nothing better to do than to wait around on them.

Dametrious from Car Shine Detailing came out to detail the interior of my Nissan Maxima today. He arrived on time and was very polite. My car looks better than the day I got it. I have an XL dog who sheds A LOT in my back seat. You could never tell I had a dog in my car looking at it now. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with and I will refer them and use them again in the future!

This is my first time having my car detailed since I usually perform my own full detail. Unfortunately, life happens and my car needed to be cleaned. Tyrone fit me in the day after I called and he did an excellent job! The exterior looks brand and he even removed several blemishes I thought were beyond repair. My interior lools mint. Extremely helpful and professional. Responded to my inquiry via text message with in seconds early on a saturday morning. And even though their online system wouldn’t allow me to book within 24hours, they were quick to accommodate my request so that I wouldn’t have to drive around in a vomit stain car all weekend and recommend the best option for my situation. These guys are so professional and polite. They came to my home to detail my car and I was really impressed. I never had my car detailed before so I ddnt know what to expect but when they were done I was so surprised that my car looked brand new on the inside. My seats were stained from liquids, dirt and footprints. I had the car for 4 years and never got the seats cleaned until now. I have children so having them come to my home was super convenient. The guy spent almost 3 hours detailing every inch of my car for such a reasonable price. I will be calling them to detail my other car. They are worth every penny. I would give 6 stars if I could.

My car was flooded by a heavy rain storm. I googled "car detailing near me" and Car Shine was the 1st ad to appear. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Tyrone & Christopher were able to remove my seats, completely dry the matting and clean my carpets to avoid any mold or rusting! The entire interior is now spotless and smells wonderful. They buffed and shined the exterior of my car so well that my kids literally said WOW when they saw it the next morning. What an excellent experience! We've had a couple detailers clean our sedan, but no one has been as detailed or dedicated to cleaning like this company. Many stains we thought that would be permanent on our seats were cleaned off and even the crevices were fully vacuumed and wiped down. Highly recommend this car detailer that comes with a fair price and great service.

I did not watch them clean my car, but I am certain there were Q-tips involved. My car was immaculate. When I walked up to see the finished product, one of them was trying their damndest to get tar off my fender! And he did.
