It was good but they never clean my inside windows good and the mats were not that clean either. Also the shine on the tires was not shining and cup holders were cleaned but the dirt was pushed up in the corners.

I drove out of my way to this car pool car wash and paid $28.95 for the Interior and Exterior clean, and it was the worst cleaning job I ever seem for the price. They didn't vacuum my interior front dash mat which had still pet fur on it , they didn't clean the crumbs and lint off any of my seats, my ashtray was not dumped or vacuum out, nor was the interior front windshield clean. The tire shine must have been a cheap product or they didn't use it because by the time I got home there was nothing on my tires and I noticed my rims were half clean. "I Do Not Recommend this Car Pool Car Wash Establishment at all" and I would recommend that no one should go to this establishment, go elsewhere or clean your vehicle yourself. SMH, high price for low standards, not even the basic items were clean.

Felt rushed and couldn’t give my car a look over. I get home and I paid $7 extra for my back floor mat to be covered in dirt and the door jams were not cleaned. Attention to detail isn’t there. Will travel further for Dave’s Auto Spa. Update: emailed management and no response. Nothing was wiped down in the back seat.

It’s a brand that many I know go to and trust so of course I went also. Today was a beautiful clear and sunny day. I got great customer service from the staff and quick service too. The finish product looked perfect from a glance but when I had a chance to stop and look LOOK at the car in detail I noticed a few things not as perfect as I thought: one of the vent air fresheners I had in my car was not placed back and some spots in the car were not cleaned(or dusted) inside and out. That’s a bit disappointing as they promote quality work and quality check of their work. I believe the staff still deserved the tip but for the cost of the service I think they might want to slow down on the speed and pick up the quality.

So I read a lot of the reviews and decided that I was going to try out this car wash shop regardless of the 3.9 rating it had. A lot of the previous reviewers complained that they spent 30$ and they still left crumbs. In the floorboard of my car I had grass leftover from a outdoor wedding- as you can see.. they got it all up! In my opinion- I spent about 28$ and then another 10$ for a tip! I was thoroughly impressed with what I got for my money! I guarantee i won’t find something of this value for this price. It’s VERY affordable for what you get! I will be back. The only “feedback” I could say is that I DO agree with a previous review… the service manager (can’t remember his exact title - but he took my car from me) his name is James. He’s very cold. Didn’t seem to be having a good day. He could potentially afford a position not dealing with customers as it seems A norm for him! But nonetheless, my experience was overall good!

I’ve been coming here for a very long time, between weekly to every 2 weeks. Reality is that the job they have been doing since the change is no good. Not even decent. Tried their combo twice and it wasn’t satisfactory in the slightest. Today my weather mats were wet and my seats are never vacuum. I find the price reasonable, for other locations, this one needs to catch up!

I went the carpool on midlothian trpk. I got the rainbow wash. Usually when I go, they do a good job. But not this time, I don’t think I want to come back . The amount you charge for the rainbow wash wasn’t worth it for me.

For the first time, I was not very pleased with the final stage of the visit. I observed the workers and they touched the body of the car four times. The young lady did the rim of the tires and that was it. It was awful. This is not the place where I used to brag about for a quick car wash.

*You really need to read this review!* So, I just left and yes I have a smile on my face! This week, I finished pulling out 9 boxwood bushes out of my front yard so my truck was filthy with tons of mud in the bed of my truck. (see pictures). Also look at how nice my truck looked when they were finished! I knew that I was kind of pushing it bringing my car to Carpool in the condition it was, but as a business owner, time is precious and I had to get back to see a client by 4:00pm. So first, I tip my hat to the manager JAKE. He offered me to pull my vehicle around back where he had one of the employees spray out the back of my truck and sprayed down the plastic mat I have in the bed of my truck also. The staff went "above and beyond" to make sure my truck was shiny and clean. I also want to thank the employees... Jae, and Cindy who also were very pleasant and helped make my experience nice. Oh, Jae... thanks for hooking up my cup holders! I noticed you went the extra mile and I appreciate it. As a business owner myself, I value good service, kindness, and making people happy. It doesn't take much to spread some good Karma around and one of my favorite sayings from the movie Joe Dirt is "Good Things Come To Good People" and . “All’s I got to do is keep bein’ a good person. No matter what, good things’ll come my way. Everything’s gonna happen for me, just so long as I never have ‘No’ in my heart.” So next time there is a problem with your vehicle not being cleaned the way you like it, instead of leaving a bad review, SPEAK UP and simply ask the good folks at carpool about it and they will take care of it immediately with no questions asked. They always take good care of me and this is why I have been a customer of this place for more than 5 years! Words to live by! God Bless all of you and Thanks a bunch. Oh and I will be back!

Came this morning and was “greeted” by James, the service advisor, who didn’t greet me but was frustrated that I was in the wrong lane. I was reading a sign they have out about a new wax service they are offering. When I looked up James was visibly frustrated with me pointing over and over again at me to come to the other lane. He didn’t say hello. He was mumbling under his breath shaking his head as if he was being inconvenienced by me. Once they called my name to get my car and I got in there was spray all Over my radio system that hadn’t been wiped off and on my door. The floor didn’t like vacuumed. I asked him if he could get the wipe off the radio and the door. When I pulled out this is what I left with after paying almost $50 for this wash. I’ve gone many times to this place but I will never be back. I have been looking forward to a good cleaning for my car and just couldn’t be more disappointed.

Overall, it was satisfactory. The driver's side floor mat was not cleaned properly. The driver's side seat was wet when I was called upon to ride in my vehicle. My pants and shirt got wet when I started driving my vehicle. I was very disappointed. I was very happy with service of just washing the outside. Very well done, cleaned and above all it was free because of my birthday. Thank you Car Pool Car Wash

I read all the recent reviews but thought this can't be the old Car Pool they are talking about so went to give it a try. Immediately knew the place had changed hands since my last visit since you now pay outside. The reviews were right. This place has gone downhill drastically. I paid $35 for the Extreme wash. I knew something was wrong with how quickly they said my car was done. The exterior wash was fine as was the tire dressing but that's where it ends. I know pet hair is difficult but it's like my car wasn't vacuumed at all. No attention to detail with drying the car and the windows were a streaky mess. The photos speak for themselves. Very disappointed. This used to be my go-to, full service car wash but I won't be returning.

I just had a car wash here today and when driving home after, I noticed a piece of my side view mirror was falling off that had been properly secured before. I attempted to call this location twice and the manager did not answer. I tried to leave a voicemail but the voicemail box was full. I should have inspected the car more thoroughly before I left. I won’t be visiting again.

Took my car there last week and probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had. I didn’t get pictures of the inside before I cleaned it but they didn’t wipe down anything on the inside except the cup holders and the steering area. Seats, doors, radio screen, and middle console not even touched. Visible dirt all over the trunk, had to wipe the wheels, half the tires had uneven shine, dirty under door handles and around the headlights, big crud still on the front. Super disappointed and probably won’t go back. Used to really like that place but clearly lack of concern for doing it correctly and did bare minimum to get me out of there. $45 for extra nothing from the basic wash

Today i purchased the $35 wash. I have to say i am extremely disappointed. the outside look immaculate but after my car was supposedly done, i noticed everything had been wiped down but not vacuumed. so after some consideration, i went back and explained my concerns, they were nice enough to vacuum my car again. i got in and was still dissatisfied. only my two from seats were vacuumed and the back seats hadn’t even been touched. i decided to not go back because clearly they don’t care, needless to say i will not be going back. here are photos for reference. this is after they supposedly cleaned it twice. i understand they were busy but that doesn’t mean we get a crappy clean.

Dear Carpool Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my recent experience at your establishment, as I believe constructive feedback can be beneficial for continuous improvement. I have been a frequent customer at Carpool and have consistently received outstanding service. However, my visit today did not meet the high standards I have come to expect. I purchased the RVA Ceramic Wash, anticipating the quality service I have previously experienced. Unfortunately, after inspecting my vehicle, I found several areas that were not adequately addressed. Specifically, the inside door panels were still dirty, remnants of debris were present under the mats, and the running boards and certain parts of the seats had not been vacuumed, despite having four attendants assigned to my vehicle. I requested to speak with a manager, Tyler, who was very attentive and assured me he would personally address the issues. I appreciate his effort, as I observed him working on my vehicle while the other attendants moved on to other tasks. While I did notice some improvements after Tyler's assistance, there were still certain areas that lacked the attention to detail I had expected. Additionally, I found that the overall wash did not achieve the shine I anticipated, and the tire shine did not meet my expectations compared to past experiences, including those at other establishments like Tommy’s. I am uncertain if there have been any changes in products or procedures recently, but I felt it necessary to convey my experience. While I appreciate Tyler’s efforts, the overall service today did not encourage me to return in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. Worst Carpool Car wash I have ever had. Sure they were fast. So fast they did a terrible job. The were so fast you can tell the job was rushed. Dust and debris left behind and over looked, I have used Carpool for over 20 years, and have never had any issues. I've been to Short pump location a couple of times but the rest of the time I used the Old Broad Street location they tore down. This was the first time at the Southside location and I'm pretty sure it will be the last.

I stopped using carpool many years ago, as their quality of work had degraded. But I recently had both cars done. To my surprise, they have really stepped up their game! They did a magnificent job on both cars and use inspectors to verify the work is complete before releasing the car as done. I defy anyone to find a better price for the quality of work done. Highly recommend!

I am 36 years old and this is the first ever review I have done on anything! But I’m so saddened and deeply disappointed. I payed for the “best” package deal. Specificity including “all cup holders, and many of other things and I’ll just leave my pictures here so you can judge. More than anything, I’m just so bummed because I was so excited to treat myself and “splurge” on getting my car cleaned. Very disappointed.

Went today for the “super clean mini detail” service for $99 and absolutely NOT worth it. Specifically chose this service for the more detailed interior cleaning (what it’s advertised as) and was told it would take between 45min-1 hour. They took a total of MAYBE 30 mins and that’s being generous. After bringing up concerns to who I’m assuming is the manager, he just said they do the best they can with towels, cleaning product and air. That they don’t have the appropriate tools or cleaning products to detail, which I understand so don’t advertise it as a detail or charge the prices you're charging.
