Disappointed that half the stuff inside the car wash aren’t even working. One set of spinning brushes not spinning nor touching car. We have a monthly membership for 2 cars. May have to shop around again.

I give this place 5 stars I enjoyed cleaning my car out with little one and all the amenities was a plus! This car wash was affordable and had everything I needed to clean my car to my liking. Definitely will be coming back!!

Madison was super friendly and walked me through my car wash options. Wash was better than normal. It’s never perfect but removed almost all the water and hood, tires, rims are cleaner than usual. Now the vacuum area is where you will find the upgrade from other competing car washes. They have ample towels and glass cleaner and adequate vacuum suction but what got me was that they have air at each stall. I have a leaky tire so this was a big plus to me. They also a hand held air blower gun. I didn’t even notice it until the guy next to me was using it to force the remaining water off his car. I used it to blow out some of the dirt in the corners of the interior. I’m pretty sold on Caliber and will be back next time I need a wash. Also, since they have a poor location the place is not packed out (Sam’s) and I could take my time on a busy Saturday. 👍

My nephew told me about this place that just opened up and we were very excited about it. Got there today around 11:45am and the girl who welcomed me was very sweet and polite. But then, I had the worse experience with the man working there. Very rude. Paid $18 and My car still dirty with dead bugs in front of it and dirty marks on the back from the brush and now I’m getting ready to wash it again. Thanks for nothing!

We came into town and didn’t have the chance to wash our truck before leaving home. Found this place on google maps and decided to come here. I love that the actual drive through car wash has some power to it because our truck was a mess. In addition to the actual wash, the vacuums are free and a free rug cleaner. But here’s the major plus for us!! You know how after you wash your car some of us want to hand dry it so it doesn’t get water spots and wipe down the inside of it as well, well they have free towels at the vacuum stands with a multiply cleaner and glass cleaner. Major plus if you have kids, which means you have finger prints all over the inside glass of your car 🫣😂. Anywho, we were satisfied. Plus we got an air freshener with the $23 wash (the highest one). It’s the like a subtle new car smell. Thank you Caliber Car Wash

Anderson was incredible! I had an ongoing problem with the system confusing the “B” on my license plate for an “8,” but he took the time to sort it out manually. He was patient and made sure everything was set so I wouldn’t have issues going forward as a monthly member. Maddie’s also been super kind and sweet every time I stop by. Great service and solid products!

By far the best car wash I have ever been to. They have the tools to really give your car a deep clean. The air compressor and the air for your tires is something I have never seen in the industry. My wife is so happy. You can’t even tell we have 3 kids who eat in the car every chance they get. THANK YOU!

Great convenient location! The employees are friendly and helpful. There was an issue where the tire scrubber was leaving black tire shine on the sides of my low white car.. I would just wipe off- but it seems to have been resolved recently

This is an excellent car wash!! The car wash itself is great. The detail area has both multi cleaner as well as glass cleaner solutions. It also has compressed air and a floor mat station which don’t exist anywhere else around here that I’m aware of. The staff is always very friendly. In particular Iris always greets you and asks if you need anything. I highly recommend this place!!

After trying all the other big car washes in the PTC area (Tidal Wave, Rip Tide, etc.), Caliber is hands-down the best. I am so impressed with their customer service, clean facilities, and ability to ACTUALLY clean my vehicle that I signed up for their premium membership. I’ve been with them for a month now, and I will continue to use them. For my pickup truck people: I would like to note that the car wash will not properly hit the middle of your truck’s rear glass, inside the bed, and middle of the tailgate. It’s as if there’s a straight line where the brushes don’t touch, or they aren’t calibrated for pickup trucks. It’s kind of annoying to have to get out and wipe down the middle of your rear window and tailgate, but it’s worth it in my opinion. All in all, I give Caliber 5 stars for doing such a superb job. It would be awesome if they could find a way to hit the middle parts of the rear of the vehicle, but in the meantime, I highly recommend this place for everyone of all vehicle types!
