Busy Bee is honestly my go-to car wash now. It’s quick, easy, and they always get my car looking fresh without me having to stress about anything. The staff is cool and keeps things moving, so I’m never stuck waiting around. My car came out super clean — shiny on the outside and the vacuums actually have good suction (which is rare these days).

Re: The kindness of Richard at the Miami Shores Location Good Morning I visited the Miami Shores Busy Bee on Friday and paid for the $29 wash, but the detail section had already closed. The manager Richard said I could return for the interior vacuuming. When I came back Sunday morning, I was surprised to learn there’s now an additional charge for the detail lanes—even though I hadn’t received the full service Friday. That said, I really want to recognize Richard for his outstanding customer service. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. He truly went above and beyond.
