Paid $12 togo n tunnel & never got. It wash took 4 days to get a response y they have 1-800# ?????? Guess i wash our vehicles at home

Great wash service. Only downfall is there is not a air dryer in the drive thru wash and machine does not accept American Express. Otherwise great car wash!

Getting too expensive. No fault of the car wash, but THE Burk water canceled out the wash. Waterspout that almost need buffing to get out.

Instructions are confusing. The wands were not located conveniently for moving quickly around my RV. They have no timer mechanism to warn you you are getting short on time, and give you no time to plug the meter, making you have to pay $1.50 every time it stops. Not user-friendly.

Good car wash, takes coins and also credit/debit cards. If you use credit, push the button to stop....otherwise it will shut off when it hits $10

Waste of money. The do it yourself bays never spray clean water to rinse off soap so once your car dries you see all the soap left on it and if you want to use the sit in your car and the machine wash it for you option half the sprayers don't work so you won't have a clean car that way either.

I have been to many better carwashes. This doesn't give you enough time to wash. It usually tales $10 to wash my truck and then it isn't cleaned very well. It leaves terrible water spots, difficult to get off, even though I have a clear coat sealer & keep a clear coat gloss on it. The watet is so hard and unconditioned the water spots almost seem etched into the surface. It takes a great deal of effort to get him cleaned off with other cleaning products you have to bring with you. Bugs are hard to clean off but you should be able to clean them off the headlights & windshield; I understand the body takes special care. Tire & wheel cleaner doesn't seem to do any good with just regular paved road soul. Also, people go there and wash out all kinds of equipment, there's always nails and screws and so forth all over the place; enter at your own risk. I do know they try to keep that cleaned off, to their credit. But the biggest complaint is you can't get a dark vehicle clean looking here.

Great car wash. I particularly like how the timer just runs when I pay with my credit card. I tend to feel rush when other car washes have a time limit per transaction. Otherwise, it's a pretty normal self service car wash. I didn't give five stars because the auto wash seemed very complex and ate my cash. I was in a hurry and just wanted to run through for a quick wash and couldn't get the thing to start. Oh well ... Maybe it was user error.

Nothing special about this car wash. You can wash your own car or pay a little more to have the machines do it for you. Vacuums are available as well. There's a bill/change machine too if you arrive with no quarters. Expect to spend about 5-6 bucks if you're doing the washing. 7+ if you want the automatic washer.

Could have been cleaner, and yes I know we've had a lot of rain lately. All the stalls but 1 were muddy. Also $9.00 for me to wash my car is a little steep.

Paid for the automatic car wash with my card and it didn’t work. Thought maybe the card reader was broken. Then paid cash, and it still didn’t work. I tried to call to get help and my $18 back, but the number is a spam number.
