Terrible service even worse management curses customers out when point out dirt and scratches on car after they so called washed it. Ended up with police being called and getting an incident report due to scratches.

Mediocre car wash at best. Windows always smeared. Car left streaked after wipe down. Quick to take money, slow to finish car. Dude, be careful. Anglos speak Spanish.

Why would anybody come here for the gas? It's so expensive! Like a $1 or more expensive. If you want Chevron gas just go to the next exit Central.

Chevron is supposed to be a nicer station with paper towels, window wash and squeegee. For the several years I've had to stop by here (only if desperate) I've had to walk around looking for towels or asking the lazy attendant sitting inside texting for some towels. More than once I've had to ask for a squeegee (again, lazy attendant looking startled because he was being asked a job question.) A couple of years ago, one attendant who seemed a little more attentive said they had a homeless problem and couldn't keep the towels filled and the squeegees from being stolen. OK, that makes sense. But after the construction, there aren't so many homeless anymore (it's harder at that area to stand with signs). And still, half the paper towels dispensers are empty and all the squeegees were INSIDE the place and all were junk. So it's not a homeless problem, it's just a standards problem. When I pulled in tonight, the young guy was closing the door for the night. I motioned for paper towels as I walked around looking. He acknowledged I was looking, but kept his ass in his seat. When I asked for a squeegee, he grabbed the first one like a toddler and said "Is broke, is no good heh-heh..." without looking at the others. It's just a trash station. They have hand-washes here during the day and they park the cars near the entrance it's hard to drive in off the busy road. Absurdity. And no pride in a job.

Gas prices are way to high! Insanely high! $0.70 cents higher than average. This gas station will put a hole in your pocket. The owner is sure taking advantage of the location since it's in the center of town. Don't buy gas here.

Don't waste your time. Whatever "convenience" you get from its location is eclipsed by the GARBAGE customer service and high price. You're getting a car washed, it shouldn't require much effort to be helpful or treat the customers well, but apparently management at this establishment would beg to differ. Find somewhere more reliable and leave this place for the birds.

Absolutely horrible in every way. Expensive CAR wash ($20 for small SUV) and the service is the slowest I have ever experienced, 50 minutes for a simple wash with only 3 vehicles in process!!! Also the gas is almost $.80 more per gallon than other nearby places. DON'T GO THERE, I'LL NEVER BE BACK!!!

Yesterday, I stopped here for gas, before making the drive west on the 91 Freeway to my job in Anaheim. I was paying for my gas with cash, so I went in and payed the cashier and headed out the door and back to my car. Riverside has been in the middle of a heat wave lately and I noticed the door not shutting behind me, remaining wide open. They were running the air conditioner inside, so as not to be rude, I proceeded in closing the door for them. Immediately, the young man working the register yells "DON'T PUSH THE DOOR!" with an angry voice and then comes out from around the counter, follows me outside (leaving the other customer who was standing in line behind me, to remain inside the store alone, waiting...), yelling at me about how, if I were to break it, they would "fine" me. (Who is this guy? A member of the door police?) To me a polite person's natural inclination is to shut the door behind them when going outside, to keep the cool air inside. I tried explaining this to the guy and that I was sorry...that I hadn't realized I could break it, but all he could do was keep repeating how expensive the pressurized door hinge was and that I'd be responsible for it, had it broken. "POST A SIGN! DON'T YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMERS!" was my final, frustrated response. By this time, I was back at my car to pump the gas that I'd just payed for, when he tells me to KEEP MY MONEY and goes back inside. Sure enough, he won't start the pump for me. Nor does he bring me the $20 I'd just given him. I go back inside and ask him to please start the pump and he ignores me. The twenty is sitting there on the counter still, so I grab my money and walk out flustered and late for work, because I have to go to a different gas station. Never in my life, have I ever been so disrespected by an employee of a place, while being their paying customer. That cashier needs to be fired.

Why would want to bring your car to wash to this place? The owners mistreat the hard working employees. The owners only care about their profit rather than having productive employees. I don't believe they even paid them the minimum wage. Very cheap! People.

Stopped here in a pinch to get air and it was $2. I asked the lady to turn it on. She yelled at me that I had to buy gas, so I drive my car over to the pump and bought $0.50 of gas, boy did she flip out. Came outside screaming at me I needed to buy $20 of gas to use the air. This place is the epitome of what is wrong with people today. Gas over $6, rude beyond belief and can’t even help a person who has a low tire. So I went across the street, the lady gave me someone else’s receipt so I could use the air. Seemed like she had a stack of receipts just for that purpose.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Maybe me and my wife have too high of standards you be the judge. We drove across the country and just got back after 13 days on the road. Our car was dirty from bugs dirt road debris etc. We came to this car wash spent over 45 minutes here, and our car is absolutely disgusting. The interior is covered in dust and dirt still(from every state between California and Florida), the front of my car exterior is still covered in bugs. My windshield is so streaked it's harder to see out of it after they "cleaned" it than before. My back seat is still covered in dog hair (my Germans Shepherd went with us on the trip) and doesn't even look like an attempt was made to vacuum it out. My side windows are covered in water spots, and my rear window wasn't even touched. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Spend the extra money and go down the street to the car wash on 14th and Main.

Worst customer service ever! I have a Ford Edge, and I told him that I did not want the back cleaned. Only the front. He told me it was going to be $2 extra because it's an SUV. I asked him why $2 extra if it was just like a regular car since I didn't want the back cleaned. Fair question I thought. He got upset said he'd rather not clean my car! He refused to clean my car. Now I know why there was nobody there!!

Purchased a $17 super car wash. It's supposed to include interior vacuuming/shampoo, window cleaning, and premium exterior car wash w/ wax finish. When my car was returned to me 20 minutes later the only difference I could tell was a thick/heavy new car smell, vacuumed floor mats (But not the seats), streak filed oily windows, and a wiped down dash. Exterior looked like it had been rinsed and dried off at most. Had to redo the entire process at home myself late that day, so much for the convenience of a "full service/detailed car wash" Waste of money, don't bother.

Wanted to try this car wash while I waited in Riverside area for my spouse to get off work. I've been to the other one down the street which is nice but expensive for a car wash. It took them forever to get to me and then not sure what was going on but the owners had to wipe down my car which had water spots and dirt still under the seat and in the front driver side area from getting into the car From the car wash. They didn't put those paper mats down at all.

Aside from this place having ridiculously high gas prices, their service delivery and customer service will hopefully drive these people out of business. Their car wash service is deplorable, for $16.99 you get their entry level wash, the problem is the people that dry and make your car ready do such a lousy job that you regret having paid these people for the work. Please don’t gas-up here and don’t have your car washed here. There are much better places to do either where you will get more value for your money. I think it’s time we stop enabling incompetence.

I had a terrible experience at the Chevron on 14th St. in Riverside. The customer service lady was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed at every question I asked, as if doing her job was an inconvenience. This is not the kind of service you expect when stopping for gas or essentials. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere until they address their customer service issues.

I passed by this Gas Station / Carwash and seen it was empty so I decided to give them a try as I wanted to support their business on 06/27/24@2:45pm I opted for their works package listed at $36.99 they add charged me another $5 for who knows what I decide it’s because I have a truck? Whatever no big deal I’m willing to pay for good work. Unfortunately this car wash fell short of this. It’s not the employees it’s the owner or manager not providing keen instructions or training I feel. The workers (2) of them only looked overworked and just beat. I hate to say it but I will not be coming back to this place ever again it was a waste of money and a lesson learned. I usually go to East Los Angeles Fred’s Carwash and pay $30 for excellent service but this place just doesn’t have it like that. Everyone wants to raise prices and ask for more but not give more?! It’s like how do you stay in business??? So far I have not found a worthy car wash out here in Riverside……

I had the most horrible experience at this gas station during my lunch break today. My tire was almost flat (I likely caught a nail) and I needed to fill it with air to make it through the rest of the day and get to a tire shop after work. I went straight to the air pump to fix my tire and planned to get gas afterward. Inside the station, I picked up a drink and a pack of gum. Before completing my purchase, I asked the cashier if she could please turn on the air pump. With a noticeable attitude, she told me, "If you don't get gas, it's $2." I explained that I intended to get gas after taking care of my tire, but she insisted I had to get gas first or pay the $2, and said if I had a problem, I could talk to her boss. I had no issue paying the $2, so I asked her to add the charge. She then became upset and started yelling that the transaction was done and I should just go use the air. I suggested she be nicer to customers, and she accused me of arguing, which I wasn't. Upon leaving, I noticed the manager near the car wash entrance. I explained the situation, and he indifferently told me to pay the $2. His dismissive attitude was shocking and unprofessional. I decided to return the items I had purchased, as I no longer wanted to do business there. He insisted on the $2 charge for the air, and when I mentioned that the cashier never gave me a receipt, she started screaming at me again. The owner and cashier both yelled, with no resolution in sight, and I ultimately walked out, unwilling to tolerate the hostile environment any longer. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The owner’s and cashier’s attitudes were appalling, and it's clear that this toxic environment affects both employees and customers. I will not be returning to this gas station and will advise others to avoid it as well.
